I received a debt notice that is obviously not mine. I have tried to contact the associated law firm but I have only gotten voicemail. This is for a missing XXXX for a high school student that is not my child. I believe that this debt is fraudulent, and I have to question the validity of any other debts that I may or may not be responsible for in their office. The document clearly shows that this debt does not belong to me, and they are threatening to sue me over it.
The law firm 's name is Primus Law, PC. Lawyer 's name is XXXX XXXX XXXX. I requested any and all paperwork they have regarding my supposed debts, which I received on XX/XX/ ( file number XXXX ). ID # XXXX with XXXX XXXX XXXX as the debtor. I know this document was researched by this firm because they sent me a scanned copy of it. It clearly lists who the debt belongs to, but for some reason my Wife 's name is hand-written on the copy with a false phone number. I believe that this is a predatory operation and I question the legitimacy of their law license.
Anyone who is literate will immediately understand that this is not my debt.

On XXXX I called to find out more information on my account. While I was on the phone I was talked down to by the representative. I asked her to please work with me to help me understand what is going on and she kept interupting me, telling me I did not take care of the outstanding bill and spoke in a belittleing manner. I repeatedly asked her to please understand that I have some mental health concerns that prevent me from understanding things so if she could please help me. She continued to be very rude and I asked to speak to someone else and she was short, rude and put me on hold. I was able to talk to someone else and he was very helpful and provided me the information I needed to get this resolved.
I would like to file a complaint about the company 's representative. Her name is XXXX XXXX and she works with Primus Law.

Excessively threatened me with wage garnishment and refused to stop contacting my XXXX XXXX wife, I've called the actual lawyer, another assistant and his immediate manager and told them that XXXX is not to contact us any further in the future. The very next person that calls is is XXXX. This is not appropriate.
