I went last year and got dental work. I used a credit service to help pay the remaining balance. With the company, they're require you setup account on autopay. Which I did. My finalize report showing late fee charged when you can't be late if you're setup autopay. XXXX of this year, my account would have been paid in full. I did have an issue on two payments, but I paid. XX/XX/2022 I paid account in full and the account was closed. But they're still reporting to credit agencies that I have delinquent account, which is not true. It has made my credit score drop 8points and how it went from fair to poor.

PrimaHealth is reporting a charged off account on my reports that I have been disputing for some time now. I sent them a letter requesting validation of debt and it has been over 30 days and they have not responded in any way. Per the consumer laws and rights, if a consumer requests documentation and reaches out to a creditor to dispute an account with a creditor or bureau they must acknowledge and respond to the dispute. PrimaHealth is in violation of the FDCPA and I am requesting that this account is deleted from my credit reports!
