XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX contacted me in XX/XX/XXXX in regards to a delinquent debt. I spoke with representative XXXX XXXX. He informed me that I owed a debt from XXXX XXXX XXXX, to which I responded that I was pretty sure I had already settled that debt, and emailed him a copy of the Paid in Full letter. I used the phonetic alphabet to confirm the spelling of the email address the account representative gave to me. When I spoke with him after I emailed the letter to him, he informed me that there was a second debt, for my XXXX XXXX XXXX. At this point, I worked out a one-time payment, which I paid between 2 accounts on XX/XX/XXXX, for a total of {$1400.00}. I never received a paid in full letter from XXXX XXXX XXXX. It was not until my military pay began being garnished in XX/XX/XXXX that I discovered that XXXX XXXX XXXX did not own the XXXX XXXX XXXX debt, and was not legally allowed to collect on it. After a month of trying to contact XXXX XXXX XXXX directly, I filed a complaint through CFPB. XXXX XXXX XXXX responding by stating that they never mentioned a second account, and would send me the paid in full letter for the account I supposedly settled with them. I still have yet to receive the paid in full letter, and have again been unsuccessful at trying to contact this agency to settle matters on my own. I am providing proof of sending the original paid in full letter to the XXXX XXXX XXXX representative for the original debt, the paid in full letter, and the bank statements showing my payment to XXXX XXXX XXXX. I still maintain that the account representative mentioned a second account ( the XXXX account ) once I told him that I had the paid in full letter for the XXXX XXXX XXXX account, and that they defrauded me by collecting on a debt they did not own.

I was contacted by Preston Clark & Quinn ( PCQ Associates ) in XX/XX/XXXX regarding a debt for a charged off credit card from the XXXX XXXX. I established a payment plan with them to resolve the debt, and made 2 payments onXX/XX/XXXX ( from two separate accounts ) to settle the debt in full. The company never sent me a paid in full letter per the verbal agreement, and has been unresponsive to phone calls, voice messages, and email requests for the debt settlement letter or contact information. The original creditor recently started to withdraw money from my military pay in XX/XX/XXXX, which is how I discovered that PCQ Associates defrauded me.

Called on XX/XX/23 to myself and my sister stating I would be served papers. Upon calling back I was told I was being sued for an extremely old debt and after I attempted to tell them not to call my cell phone or my sister 's cell phone I was hung up on repeatedly.
