XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, OR XXXX XXXX XXXX XX/XX/XXXX Consumer Financial Protection Bureau XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX, IA XXXX TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN : I am filing a complaint with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau against Premier Student Loan Center. Basically, I fell for a third Party Student Loan Scam and am now enrolled in a student loan option I would not have considered had I done my homework. But I didnt. I got caught up in the sales pitch and overlooked the obvious. On XX/XX/XXXX or XXXX of XXXX I received a call from XXXX XXXX, a student loan advisor with Premier Student Loan Center. I rarely engage in conversation with telemarketers however tackling my student loan was my next financial priority to tackle so I listened a bit to his spill. For whatever reason I bought into his program, especially because he relied heavily on his companys partnership with the Oregon Department of Education and a loan forgiveness program. The focus of the conversation was The Department of Education offering individuals nearing retirement, who were making regular payments and not in forbearance, a forgiveness program that spread affordable payments over a 20 year span with no accumulating interest. The conditions of the agreement includedbased upon my eligibilityforgiveness in the amount of {$7800.00} on my student loan balance of {$39000.00} with a new account balance of {$31000.00} and zero interest. My new monthly payment of approx. {$120.00} would be spread over 240 months. To enter into the program I agreed to 5 payments in the amount of {$230.00} ( a good faith holding fee ) {$1100.00} totaland XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX would pay off my current balance of {$39000.00} and set up my new loan documents for {$31000.00} owed and zero interest spread out over 20 years through the Department of Education. My new low monthly payment of {$120.00} would begin on XX/XX/XXXX. I sent my proof of income to XXXX and he called me back with a qualifying monthly payment of {$120.00} for 240 months, minus the {$1100.00} holding fee, and zero interest based on my monthly income. I agreed to the terms and electronically signed Premiere Student Loan Centers document preparation and service agreement on XX/XX/XXXX. Over the next few weeks I felt uneasy and emailed XXXX to express my fears. He returned my calls always reassuring me that I needed to trust the process and then he would walk me through the agreement as stated above. I will upload supporting documentation in the forms of our emails strings, the Premiere Student Loan Center Service agreement and my new XXXX account loan document. I do have a recording of a conversation I had with XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX, and the transcript of that conversation is included in this letter. On XX/XX/XXXX I received an email from XXXX XXXX, Processing Department SL Account Management with login information to my new service provider, XXXX. When I pulled up my account information I was furious and disheartened. I am now enrolled in an income driven student loan program with an outstanding principal balance of {$40000.00}, an interest rate of 5.75 %, and estimated interest accrual over loan term of {$15000.00}, and overall total to be repaid is {$55000.00}. I received a letter from XXXX XXXX dated XX/XX/XXXX that my account of {$43000.00} was paid in full. I felt very stupid and sent an email to XXXX and XXXX asking for an explanation. From : XXXX XXXX Sent : Friday, XX/XX/XXXX XXXX XXXX To : XXXX ; XXXX Cc : XXXX ' XXXX Subject : RE : Final Approval - Please Read Importance : High XXXX and XXXX , I just logged into my XXXX student loan account and have discovered that indeed my balance of $ 40,000+ is more than when I spoke with XXXX the first time NOT the {$32000.00} something that was discussed with XXXX when I agreed to do this program..the deal was an {$8000.00} or so forgiveness from my {$39000.00} balancewith a new loan of {$32000.00} or sopaying like {$90.00} a month for 30 years.and no interest. I dont have my notes with me but the figures should be close. Have I been bamboozled? I think so. Please explain. A phone call would be nice. Is there additional documentation you can provide? I dont recall having signed anything other than the attachment I am including. Sincerely, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX did not reply to my email but XXXX arranged a phone conversation with me on Monday, XX/XX/XXXX, again reassuring me that I needed to trust the process and he walked me through the initial agreement as stated above. He also asked me to contact him directly with any questions or fears as he was my dedicated representative and would handle any and all my concerns. He said the XXXX account was a marketing ploy and not to make any payments to them so as not to jeopardize my forgiveness program. He asked me to ignore any correspondence from XXXX and to send him any mail or electronic correspondence from XXXX and he would handle it. He stated that I would have a new account through the Department of Education that would go into effect on XX/XX/XXXX with a first payment due on XX/XX/XXXX. I was becoming more and more skeptical and fearful, but I was so deep into the process that I wanted it to be legitimate and not admit to myself that I had fallen for a scam so I decided to stick to the plan and see how it would play out. Deep down inside I knew I had made a terrible mistake and felt very ashamed. Several email exchanged followed including this one dated XX/XX/XXXX : From : XXXX [ mailto : XXXX ] Sent : Wednesday, XX/XX/XXXX XXXX XXXX To : XXXX XXXX XXXX Subject : STUDENT LOAN FORGIVENESS DETAILS/SPECIFICATIONS/PROCESS XXXX, Your student loan forgiveness program is assigned as described below. Your first 5 monthly payments are {$230.00} beginning with your first payment which was on XX/XX/XXXX and ends on XX/XX/XXXX. Your Loans will then be completed with the consolidation process as well as the continuation of securing your new balance which at that point will be {$9300.00} and will be transferred to XXXX XXXX. Your loan balance will reflect as {$0.00} paid in full at the end of your term. Your XXXX account will be inactive and closed down and no further correspondence will be necessary with XXXX. If you have any other questions or need any further documentation other than the other 2 documents as well as this please call my direct line and I would be more than happy to do so. XXXX XXXX PREMIER STUDENT LOAN CENTER Direct XXXX Fax number XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX : XXXX XXXX Email confidentiality notice ***** Id like to note that XXXX does not have a direct line. Each time I called the number I was transferred to Customer Service Dept. to leave a message. On XX/XX/XXXX I reached out to XXXX because I was receiving statements and from XXXX requesting payments of {$71.00} starting XX/XX/XXXX. He returned my phone call and I recorded the conversation. I will include the transcript* at the end of this letter. I made a list of topics to go over with XXXX that included asking him why I had not received any mail correspondence that reflected our original agreement, which he replied that his company only communicated electronically. I asked him to send me our initial agreement in writing via email. He responded with a very vague email and an inaccurate loan balance number. I also discussed my concern with him regarding the XXXX account and would my not paying the monthly installments affect me negatively. His response was the same as our previous conversations that XXXX was an unprofessional company using marketing tactics to scare me into making a payment and any monies they received would lock me into a long term agreement. He straight up told me to ignore the XXXX correspondence and that at the end of my 5 month payments the XXXX account would become inactive. He reiterated that XXXX and XXXX were unprofessional that my new account would be established with XXXX XXXX or XXXX who were legitimate companies. It was after this phone call that I began to realize that I was enrolled in an Income Driven Consolidation Loan and not a forgiveness program. My disappointment in my own judgement became overwhelming. I had two payments left to make to Premiere Student Loan Services and I paid them. On XX/XX/XXXX I emailed XXXX to make sure my new program with a new service provider would go into effect on XXXX XXXX. He emailed me and said he would be escalating my profile to upper management to fix the communication process with them immediately. I didnt know there was a communication problem. Not surprisingly I did not hear from XXXX after that communication. After several unsuccessful attempts to reach XXXX via email and phone I called Customer Service and spoke with an XXXX XXXX who informed me that my account status with XXXX was current and accurate and that I should contact them and make payments. Which I did. XXXX also put me in contact with manager XXXX XXXX. Mr. XXXX called me to hear my concerns, informed me that XXXX XXXX was no longer with the company and that my new status was with my XXXX account. He immediately credited my XXXX credit card for the {$1100.00} charged by XXXX XXXX, however, I am now paying on a student loan that is income driven with lower monthly payments but accumulating interest ( 5.875 % ) at a fast pace. The daily rate is {$6.00} which if I calculate correctly ( {$6.00} x 365 ) equals {$2300.00} annually. Multiple this times 20, if I continue to be eligible every year, and the interest accumulated is an additional {$46000.00}. At the end of this program, if I am eligible for the 20 duration, any forgiveness at the end of the term is likely to be taxable income. This is a time in my lifeI am XXXXthat I am scrambling to build a retirement plan. This particular loan program jeopardizes my financial stability for the next 20 years. * Recorded phone call with XXXX XXXX. On XX/XX/XXXX I recorded the following conversation with XXXX XXXX so I could better recall the details. XXXX : I received your email from XXXX okay. I already read over the email from XXXX. What kind of questions do have in regards to that email? XXXX : Well, I guess I get nervous every time I get something from them. Especially when it says, you know, immediate response. Uhm XXXX : Okay. So, the thing is theyve been notified. Theres two, theres two services, theres two services being XXXX and XXXX. XXXX is actually worse, they are by far the worst. But, both of these services are going to constantly contact you a lot more than the two actually legitimate services, which would be XXXX XXXX and XXXX. XXXX, is really the only, ( inaudible ) in my opinion, the only legitimate one. And what happens is they are going to constantly contact you because at that point what they are going to do is once you start paying them again they are going to offer you a program, they are going to offer you a different program and it, it is not going to be effective because it will be with the same balance that you had before. XXXX : Okay XXXX : Does that make sense? XXXX : Yes XXXX : In a way, I I, this is very shady of them to do it, it is almost like a marketing strategy like you know oh this is urgent call right now, we need you to call right now because then they have you on the hook. Right? XXXX : Okay, so Im glad I never called them. XXXX : Yeah, so that, that, that, that honestly thats just a tactic and you know and ugh in a twisted sick way I guess it is smart you know but its not, its not ethical considering the circumstances, um its just to get your attention essentially so that you can see what theyre, you know what theyre trying to do with your loans. And XXXX is notoriously known for the emails and their interest rates, ugh which Im sure you saw yours go up pretty significantly or they are asking you for a high monthly payment in the beginning, which was the case, in your case correct? XXXX : Yeah, they offered me {$71.00} till like XXXX and then it was {$400.00} if I did indeed qualify for every year or whatever. XXXX : Right. Did you, did you ugh, when you made {$71.00} payments was your income the same as it was when it was {$400.00}? XXXX : Then they would evaluate in the spring is what their their paperwork says. XXXX : So if you, if you basically, for your income to change, um did your income go up from when you were making the {$71.00} payments all the way up to XXXX : Oh, I, I never made those payments those are the ones that they were, that they are asking me to make now. XXXX : Oh, okay. Okay, I just wanted to make sure that wasnt in the past. Yeah I know I understand that they are asking you for that now. So what happens, that kind of shows you why, why ugh, people are leaving XXXX, were leaving XXXX and companies like that because they ask you for a low monthly payment like that and then all the sudden they go to recertify and you and they say now your income driven program is this amount. Which obviously makes no sense. So when your income is around {$60000.00}, being around {$60000.00} and they should have been asking you for, um, you know, a higher payment from the beginning to chip away at that balance. And it shouldnt have been anywhere {$400.00} it should have been somewhere in the middle of what the {$70.00} they are asking for and the {$400.00}. XXXX : So I guess what I am confused about is that, um, the processor, XXXX, hes the one who sent me that information for my account with XXXX. XXXX : Right. Let me see here. Its going to be. Im looking at the email you forwarded over. Im just verifying really quick, I already looked this over. Your fourth payment being on the XXXX. Okay so thats thats what it is what you qualified for, as far as your reoccurring payment, so right now you are three payments in correct? XXXX : Yes. XXXX : Your fourth payment is going to be on the XXXX of XXXX. After that your payments going to be, that is what your payment is going to be per month instead of paying so that is what your payment is going to be after the first 5 months. So you dont pay that payment now because if you were to pay that payment now to XXXX it is going to be, going to be pretty much useless. So its going to transfer over from XXXX probably over to XXXX and that is where your XXXX payment is set at right now if you were to start paying XXXX right now. But the case is it is going to be transferred over to XXXX after your 5 months payment. And the {$71.00} is what you are going to be paying back with, with XXXX per month and thats going to be you know, thats the maximum, thats, thats not going to be exact, thats going to be maximum the high end. XXXX : Cuz I thought, I thought we originally talked about you know {$120.00} for 20 years. XXXX : Correct. So what happened is, you got it lowered with you got it lowered with XXXX so it got lowered, um, due to the consolidation process and then right now it is set at $ XXXX {$71.00} a month. So you are actually going to be paying, depending on, lets see hereit is probably, probably a graduated program so it will probably go up to {$120.00} XXXX : Okay XXXX : Lets see, yeah thats what it is, it is going to go up to, your last payments are going to be around that amount. So the graduated it going to go up every couple of years but it is going to be you know, the balance is never going to go up the payments are going to go up to fill that balance. XXXX : Okay. XXXX : Does that make sense? XXXX : Yeah. Can I pay them {$120.00} per month? XXXX : Um, I ugh, not in the program you are enrolled in right now you dont want to be making payments over the minimum or over what you are qualified for because then if the Department of Education sees that you are paying more money upfront then they are going to ask why you got qualified for such a low amount, they are going to say well if she can afford to make this many, ugh payments this large why didnt we have her making these payments in the first place she should have been making higher monthly payments the entire time. And so it is kinda that type of program where there is no interest accumulating so you are not saving any money by paying it off sooner or paying more. XXXX : Okay, perfect. XXXX : Okay. Does that make sense? I know its, its a lot of information, it is a lot, its very confusing, not confusing process, its just a lot. A lot of different sources. There is me handling your loans, then you have XXXX doing the consolidation and submitting your new repayment plan. And then after that, it is basically it is all reliant on your payments being made toward your new program which you have been doing very successfully obviously and I appreciate it. But, um, whats going to happen is, you know, your income hasnt changed at all either, correct? XXXX : No. XXXX : Okay, then youre not, then everything is exactly how it is supposed to be. Im just going to review one last note from, from XXXX really quick. Just to make sure. Okay yeah, just want to make sure, yeah so that payment is going to come after, after your last payment to, to us which is going to be on the, believe, lets see here, the XXXX of XXXX. So starting on XX/XX/XXXX, um or if you need to change that date at that time that is when your {$71.00} payment is going to start being made. XXXX : Okay. XXXX : Does that make sense? XXXX : Yes. XXXX : Okay, and then um, basically, you know, like, like we talked about before, is you know, if your income goes up your cuz when we recertify you every year which we do recertify you every year thats obviously part of the services then you will just be showing proof of income once a year. So if your income goes up your monthly payment, you know, is going to go up a bit. XXXX : Right. XXXX : Ugh, I dont mean, you know, if your income goes up {$5000.00} your payment not going to go up but if your income goes up from making $ XXXX to making $ XXXX then at that point, you know of course, it is going to go up a little bit because it is income driven. XXXX : Right. Okay. I understand that. XXXX : Okay. So, I know that it is a lot, a lot of back and forth and everything like that, and, and it is, please, please do ask any questions if you have any. I definitely dont want you to be confused or anything and it is a confusing process, so if I didnt do this for a living I would be little bit lost, well or not lost, but just a little bit, you know, questioning too. XXXX : Okay, so um so that I dontI need to give you my new credit card number. XXXX : Okay, Lets see here. And the other one we will take off file completely, correct? XXXX : Yeah. They issued me a new one under that number but then they, um, I guess there were some compromises so they cancelled tit all together. XXXX : Oh, okay. And is it a credit card or a debit card? XXXX : This one is a XXXX XXXX XXXX credit card. XXXX : And the type of card? XXXX : Is a VISA. XXXX : Okay. And the name on the card is your first and last name? XXXX : Ugh, XXXX, middle initial XXXX XXXX XXXX : Okay. Card number whenever you are ready. XXXX : Is XXXX XXXX : expiration date? XXXX : That is um, XXXX of XXXX. XXXX : The three digit CVC? XXXX : is XXXX. XXXX : Okay, and perfect. Well go ahead and update that right now well go ahead and shred the other card. And as far as, just a second here. Okay, so, perfect that is updated. Im just going to review one last thing on your account. Everything is approved. I just wanted to double check that everything is lined up before we get off the phone. XXXX : Okay, I appreciate it. XXXX : Yeah, absolutely. Yeah theres a couple services, you know, the ones we discussed, XXXX and XXXX that are a lot more of a, I wont say a hassle, just a little more tricky to work with. They just dont really correspond or, you know, participate very much. They take a long time to get things back. They take, theyre just unprofessional, very unprofessional. So, that is what loan servicers do and that is why these programs are offered essentially is because these servicers are charging astronomically payments and when you look at your estimated payback, you know, with your servicer at that point your looking, you know, it is so much interest accumulating over time that you end up paying back {$25000.00} extra dollars or more or something without even realizing it because they didnt explain that to you. So thats, thats why these programs are offered basically. But as far as your account goes, sorry I didnt mean to get off topic here, with XXXX they have your estimated payback being somewhere probably {$60000.00} or more. XXXX : Yes, it is very high. But when this starts in in XXXX my payback or my total balance due will be {$32000.00} something or what we discussed in the beginning? XXXX : Correct. Yes, ugh-huh. XXXX : Okay XXXX : So thats, yeah, basically, the uh, you are going to make the payments, um, you know, just as scheduled. And then as far as the billing for the term goes um as soon as you get to the end of your term any remaining balance that would have been on your XXXX account is going to be forgiven. So, any uh, you know anything that would have would have it will show you what your estimated payback is, not on your XXXX account, but it will just give you an idea of what you would have paid back so that when you get to the end it will say Congratulations this is your discharge, your actually discharge amount because this is what you would have paid back essentially. Does this make sense? XXXX : Um, but I wont have a XXXX account right? XXXX : No, no, you will not. But it will let you know thats what you are saving basically over time. It will let you know at the end of your term whenever you pay your final payment itll show, not on your XXXX account, on the Department of Education, it will show Congratulations, you know, your student loan debt is 100 % paid off due to your successful payments of this amount for this amount of time this is the estimated amount you, that you, saved by enrolling in the program. XXXX : um XXXX. XXXX : Because over the years the interest, you know, would accrue and go up to a certain amount so they give you an estimate just like you would get an estimated payback. XXXX : Okay. XXXX : XXXX, does that make sense? Did I answer your question? XXXX : Yeah. Im still confused but I guess Ill see what happens when, after XXXX : What? What? I definitely dont want you to be confused. What else? Whats confusing or what are we not understanding? XXXX : I just want to make clear that we agreed on a {$32000.00} something payback for 20 years. XXXX : Correct. XXXX : At no interest. XXXX : Correct. XXXX : And thats what the program will kick in on XX/XX/XXXX? XXXX : On, I believe so, let me check, your last payment is going to be on XX/XX/XXXX. Correct, yup. So starting on XX/XX/XXXX, or if you need to change that date you can. XXXX : Okay. XXXX : But starting on your first payment in XXXX thats whenever that will happen. Yes. It will be finalized on XX/XX/XXXX but your next payment wont be due for another month obviously. XXXX : Okay XXXX : Does that make sense? XXXX : XXXX. XXXX : Okay, Definitely, definitely give me a call if you have other questions or you think of anything. I dont, I know this is a long process and it takes a long time for it to happen. Uh, its basically just, uh, realistically it is the Department of Education just wanting to see that you are making an honest attempt to pay back on your loans. And obviously you are so youve done everything on your end 100 % to correspond so as soon as they see that, thats uh, you know, thats why, you know it is such a process, cuz, there are people who just pay like one or two payments then they just stop paying and they are wondering why their loans arent being forgiven. Its a, definitely a process. And if they are going to pay off such a sufficient amount then they have to see the correspondence, which youve been very good about so far and as well as the communication too. XXXX : Okay. Um, I guess my other question I think, I kinda wonders, um, you guys havent sent any mail correspondence. So XXXX : Everything, everything is going to be done, um, you know, over email or through, you know, digitally, because of the fact, that people, one of the biggest issues with student loan debt right now is default, especially people who are in default is getting mail sent to their old address and then having no idea, people call in all the time and they have no idea where their loans are at or they think that their loans are like {$11000.00} and then you pull up their loan details from the FSA and they have {$35000.00} in loan debt because all the mail has been sent to their old address. XXXX : Oh. XXXX : So everything that can be printed is online because you can go directly to the source. Im not saying you wouldnt update your address, its just standard protocol. XXXX : Okay, that makes sense. XXXX : And, its just the digital, digital era. Everything is online now, you know, it is not like direct deposit, nobody really gets paycheck stubs any more. XXXX : Right. Right. Im still old school but XXXX : Yeah, yeah, I understand, no big deal. Yeah, definitely give me a call if you have any questions? And uh, is this the best number to reach you at for future reference? XXXX : Um, no the XXXX is my cell phone number. This is my work number so you can call this number and leave a message at any time. But my personal cell phone is XXXX. XXXX : Perfect that works. XXXX : Okay. XXXX : Alright, I will talk to you soon and, uh yeah, let me know if you have any further questions. Okay? XXXX : Thank you so much. XXXX : Absolutely. Good bye.

1. On the morning of XX/XX/XXXX, I responded to a text message from a company claiming they would help get my 6 student loans out of default status. I said I would like their help. 2. Shortly thereafter, I received a phone call from XXXX XXXX at Premier Student Loan Center ( now referred to as PSLC ), ( XXXX XXXX XXXX , XXXX XXXX, XXXX, CA XXXX telephone # XXXX ) saying she would process and get approval for a student loan rehabilitation program endorsed by the Department of Education. XXXX XXXX claimed to be working directly with the servicer and DOE and could negotiate the one-time agreement for me. She knew several pieces of personal data about me and the transaction seemed legitimate. 3. I provided my SS #, DOB, FSA ID. I gave her my income information. After this, she put me on a brief hold, returned and said congratulations, the DOE has approved you for its one-time rehabilitation program. She outlined what I owed ( which was accurate within a few thousand dollars ) and the DOE would settle for {$8500.00}. She said 6 " Good Faith '' payments of XXXX would be required and then would roll down to $ XXXX/month for 240 months. She also stated that after the 6 " Good Faith '' payments my loans would be out of default. 4. While on the phone with XXXX XXXX, I electronically received a 12-page email contract outlining the agreement which she very quickly talked me through where to sign and initial. I did this while I was on the phone with her, ( without reading the fine print ) and sent the contract back. I provided my debit card information and scheduled the first payment for XX/XX/XXXX 5. After we hung up, I began reading the fine print in the contract. ( attached ) This is where excruciating panic set in. The following sections are of terrifying concern. a ) # 6-Indemnification : " Company makes no warranty, express or implied, as to the fitness of any recommendation it may make to Client arising out of this Agreement. '' Meaning/Interpretation - what PSLC told you about the rehabilitation program the DOE agreed to means nothing. b ) # 6 ( page 3 of 12 ) -Fees for the Above Services and Length of Agreement : " In connection with this Agreement the above services shall be provided to the Client at a rate of {$1200.00} for document preparation and delivery to Client for a consolidation consistent with the above ; and {$1200.00} for services limited to default accounts and rehabilitation programs as described above. '' Meaning/Interpretation - the first 6 " Good Faith '' payments in my contract of XXXX = XXXX - represent the PSLC client service fee. None of which go to the DOE. c ) # 4. Limited Money Back Guarantee- '' This guarantee expires six month after the date this Agreement is signed by the Client. '' Meaning/Interpretation : After they collect the 6 payments, they owe you nothing for non-performance. d ) # 5. Process- " Once Client submits application package to DOE , it may take DOE or its servicers up to ninety ( 90 ) days or longer to respond. '' Meaning/Interpretation - they can delay sending in your application to the DOE for at least 90 days, buying themselves enough time to stall for at least 6 months ( through the no-refund period ). Also that the " approval '' they initially said you 'd received from the DOE was non-existent. 6 ) After reading each of these caveats in the fine print, I immediately called DOE and my servicer and explained what had happened. Neither agency knew or had heard of PSLC. 7 ) I immediately called XXXX XXXX 's direct line at PSLC and could not get an answer after being able to reach her immediately at all times during the day prior to my signing the contract. I called back 3 different times and left messages all within 10 minutes. Still no answer. 8 ) I called the main XXXX number listed on their website http : //premierstudentloancenter.com/ and demanded answers. The agent told me " well you signed the contract. '' 9 ) I was furious and demanded to speak to a supervisor. I spoke with XXXX XXXX XXXX who indicated they were doing nothing wrong and I 'd signed the contract. I demanded that he cancel the contract. He sent an email that the account had been canceled. I followed up with a scathing email to XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX indicating I would be reporting them to you. As I see it, XXXX XXXX verbally confirming that I 'd received a student loan rehabilitation approval from the DOE is fraud. Further, written points in the contract confirm intent to commit fraud. It would be interesting to find out if other PSLC customers 6 " Good Faith '' payments all were XXXX. I would not have known any of these details unless I had n't hung up with XXXX XXXX and immediately read through each paragraph of fine print. ( And unfortunately, who takes the time to read fine print anymore? ) I have canceled my debit card and initiated an identity lock. Under the circumstances, I am lucky. I figured out the scam pretty quickly. ( Albeit, not quickly enough ) I imagine that people who do not read the fine print will not be so lucky when they find out after 6 months of " Good Faith '' payments that the DOE has no idea what they are talking about.

In mid XXXX a company called Premier Student Loan Center contacted me and told me about a loan forgiveness program. They stated that this program would forgive all my loans but that I would need to pay them XXXX for four months (XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX) and then just XXXX monthly for 240 months and the rest would be forgiven. They stated that this program was going to be dissolved in XXXX but that anyone who joined now could be grandfathered in. They asked for some paperwork to be signed which cannot now be accessed because the link expired. They changed my fasfa password which I now have changed again. They stated that I would not have a loan payment but that I was to pay them monthly fee to process all the documents needed. I have since found out that this is a scam and a company is not needed to process any documents. I made all four payments of XXXX but have since reported them to my credit card bank and stopped any future payments. The people that contacted me are as follows: XXXX@XXXX XX/XX/XXXX to me Client, We want to congratulate you, once again, on your enrollment into the Student Loan Forgiveness Program. Back in XX/XX/XXXX, I was contacted by Premier Student Loan Center about my government loans. I was informed that they helped students see if they are eligible for student loan forgiveness. After speaking with them and going through some questions, I was told that I was eligible for a student loan forgiveness program and would receive a total of approximately {$32000.00} of forgiveness on this program. This program was an earned program, where I would make a minimal payment monthly, & at the end, the rest of my loan would be forgiven. The company asked for a payment of {$200.00} for the first 6 months, which would pay for them assisting me & being a third party for me to receive this forgiveness program. After those 6 months, I would pay a {$40.00} payment each month which would go towards my forgiveness program on my loan. They then created a FSA Federal Student Aid login for me & had complete access to account as well as my XXXX information. They also had me sign Federal Student Loan Forgiveness Documents. They then sent me a copy of my current federal loans, a congratulations email, & asked for referrals and also offered a {$25.00} visa to any referrals given. A couple days later, I received an email from my student loan provider, XXXX, that they have received my forbearance request and it is being processed. I thought this seemed odd that it was going into forbearance & didn't say anything about forgiveness, so I contacted the company to make sure everything was fine and they assured me that was how it was going to show on my account & everything was going how it was supposed to. A couple days later, I received an email from FSA that they received my request for an Income Driven Repayment Plan. I thought this was part of the process as well. A couple days passed again, in which I received another email from Navient saying I was approved for forbearance, then another email saying they received my Income Driven Repayment request. All of these requests were done by Premier Student Loans. When I went to go back into my accounts they had changed the passwords, I then I had to contact the company in order to get my login information. Since then, I have been making payments as usual. Recently in XXXX XXXX, they contacted me in regard to my " annual forgiveness program renewal ''. They requested 2 copies of my most recent pay stub, & /or a copy of my federal tax return. They also noted that " not sending in these documents can prolong, postpone, or place your recertification on hold. '' I do not recall sending any of these documents, & I then received an email saying that they have reviewed my " file for accuracy and have submitted my recertification application to the Department of Education. '' I also then received an email from XXXX stating they have received my Income Driven Repayment request. This was all work done by Premier Student Loan center again. A few weeks following I received an email stating that my annual recertification application has been approved by XXXX and my new payment information for the year is listed below : Repayment Program : Revised Pay As You Earn Repayment ( REPAYE ) Monthly Payment Amount : {$0.00} First payment Due Date : XX/XX/XXXX This is the last of contact that I have had with them. My payment of {$40.00} has continued to come out of my account. After seeing the scams on the news, I reached out to XXXX in regards to my forgiveness program, which I am currently not on & no payments have been made on my student loans with the company. Right now, I am on the Income Driven Plan, & not on a forgiveness program. They informed me that this company was scamming me & pointed me in the right directions in order to get this resolved.

On XX/XX/XXXX a Premier Student Loan Center representative XXXX XXXX informed me about the student loan forgiveness program. I was told that as long as I qualify I would be able to be forgiven of my student loan debt after 120 payments. I went ahead and filled out the requested paperwork that was supposed to be sent to the Department of Education. On XX/XX/XXXX Premier Student Loan Center representative XXXX XXXX notified me via email that my consolidation loan package was approved and was sent to the Department of Education. On XX/XX/XXXX Premier Student Loan Center representative XXXX XXXX sent me the following email : CONGRATULATIONS! We received all the necessary documentation in order to process your consolidation! We have reviewed your file for accuracy and have submitted your consolidation loan package to the Department of Education. Please keep in mind that the approval process can take up to 45 days. Also, attached is your Public Service Employment Verification form. Please have your employer fill this form out and return back to me as soon as possible. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to call us at XXXX. On XX/XX/XXXX I contacted Premier Student Loan Center representative XXXX XXXX about my recurrent payments not occurring and therefore no payments were going toward the '120 ' payments that I need to make for loan forgiveness. XXXX XXXX replied with following email : I just got off the phone with XXXX XXXX and they have the waiver but they never processed it. The rep I spoke to put it in review and they are going to process it within the upcoming weeks. I do apologize about that, I do not know whats going on on their end but they have it and will apply it soon. On XX/XX/XXXX XXXX XXXX contacted me again but now the company name was changed form Premier Student Loan Center to SL Account Management. XXXX 's email to me was the following : Your application has been approved by XXXX XXXX XXXX. Your new payment information is listed below : Repayment Plan : Revised Pay As You Earn, Monthly Payment Amount : {$0.00}, First payment Due Date : XX/XX/XXXX, I will be reaching out to you in 10 months for updated proof of income, for your annual recertification. Please call me with any questions. On XX/XX/XXXX I reached out to XXXX XXXX about making sure to include my new set of student loans in my loan forgiveness program. XXXX replied via email the following : So it looks like you took out 3 new loans in XX/XX/XXXX or so. Those new loans can be included when you are done with school and when the loans enter their grace period. Since you work for non profit we do not want to consolidate them because it will start your term all over. When the loans enter their grace period we will apply the correct repayment plan so they are included in the forgives and your term does not start over. On XX/XX/XXXX I received an email from Bureau of Consumer Financial Protection ( CFPB ) notifying me that Premier Student Loans is being sued for deceptive practices and taking unlawful advance fees. The Court has appointed a Receiver who has suspended the companies operations. I am blindsided by this event and am deeply frustrated with Premier Student Loans for their dishonesty.

In XX/XX/XXXX I was contacted by Premier Student Loan Center on my Federal Student Loans. They described their services as being a third party that handled all the paperwork in filing for student loan forgiveness. They explained I could pay them and down payment of {$380.00} and then {$30.00} a month and they would do all the paperwork to keep my Federal Student Loans in a forgiveness program. Premier Student Loan Center approached me in XX/XX/XXXX. They offered services to prepare and submit the documents for my student loan forgiveness programs. As a third party company they would receive my payments, take a fee, and applying said payments to my loan servicer. I accepted the offered services, signed a contract, and began making payments. I was supposed to be signed up for the following forgiveness programs : Income Drive Repayment Plan and Public Service Forgiveness. However, 17 months later I am finding out that they never submitted my Public Service Forgiveness application that I sent to them, causing me to lose the years of service that should have been applied toward my loan forgiveness. The requirements of this program are 120 payments. I started paying this company on XX/XX/XXXX, however, the company that actually services the loan, XXXX XXXX, has no records of payments until XX/XX/XXXX. The first records of {$0.00} payments are on XX/XX/XXXX according to Department of Education. Not only did the Premier Student Loan Center not report any type of records stating I was making payments for 6 months ( XXXX ), but also they have take 17 payments that will not go toward my public service. That is 17 months of service lost. I have now been enlightened by XXXX XXXX that my payments to them were {$0.00} payments, due to the Income Driven Repayment Plan, allowing the Premier Student Loan Servicing to pocket every penny of every payment and not do anything toward the actual forgiveness of my loan over the 120 payments as promised and signed in my contract. When I was approached by this company the only program I wanted was the Public Service Program which they failed to submit. This company claims that they are a document preparation company and the contract states " 2. Performance of Services. Upon receipt of all information from Client, Company shall promptly analyze Clients situation, review the information provided by the Client, and complete the application forms required for the DOE program ( s ) that have been selected by the Client. Company shall prepare for filing an application to initiate a federal student loan consolidation through the DOE on behalf of Client, or alternatively and at the Clients option, identify and apply for other DOE-sponsored programs suitable for Client. All completed applications shall be delivered by Company to Client for Clients approval, signature and direct submission to DOE. '' However they completely failed to do what they contractually promised on top of extorting my payments. Payments are listed below : XX/XX/XXXX {$230.00} XX/XX/XXXX {$230.00} XX/XX/XXXX {$230.00} XX/XX/XXXX {$230.00} XX/XX/XXXX {$230.00} XX/XX/XXXX {$40.00} XX/XX/XXXX {$40.00} XX/XX/XXXX {$40.00} XX/XX/XXXX {$40.00} XX/XX/XXXX {$40.00} XX/XX/XXXX {$40.00} XX/XX/XXXX {$40.00} XX/XX/XXXX {$40.00} XX/XX/XXXX {$40.00} XX/XX/XXXX {$40.00} XX/XX/XXXX {$40.00} XX/XX/XXXX {$40.00} Totaling : {$1600.00}

I have been working with Premier Student Loan Center ( PSLC ) since XX/XX/XXXX. I just found out on XX/XX/XXXX that they have been taken to court, and are shut down. I was not informed about this by anyone. I figured it out when I called to make sure everything was ready for next years plan. I was surprised by an automated voice message telling me that in XXXX of XXXX they were taken to court and are being sued. I was directed to XXXX. I went to the website and was sick to my stomach because I just realized that this company was a huge scam, and I had been fooled. I immediately called my bank, and XXXX XXXX XXXX. The person I talked to at XXXX XXXX XXXX informed me of some of the things done to my account by PSLC, and she told me what to do next. I went and changed all my accounts and passwords, and I submitted a consumer complaint to the Federal Trade Commission ( Complaint Report # XXXX ). I will attach a copy of that to this complaint as well as a bunch of other emails proving my involvement with PSLC. PSLC changed names a few times, and I have proof of that in the emails too. I am just wondering what am I supposed to do now. Is there anything I can do? Can I get my money back? The first 5 months I paid {$190.00} to this company. Then {$30.00} per month after that, equaling {$1500.00} in total. This company made it sound like they were the ones who were going to pay my student loans off after the 10 years and they made it sound like the Public Service Program was their program. I was so concerned when they called I even asked them how I could be sure that they were not a scam and how I could trust that what they were saying was true. I don't even think that women I spoke with knew what the company was doing because she was so sincere in helping me. I just don't know how people can take advantage of others who don't understand. I feel completely manipulated. I have proof of every payment they took from my bank account debit card if I need to go back and get those I will. I am sending proof of the last payment they took from my account in an attachment. I have not heard anything back from the Federal Trade Commission, and when I called there I went through pushing numbers on an automated voice system that took me to the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. I just want to know if I should keep trying to get my money back, or if I should stop putting so much effort into this because that is never going to happen. Please let me know where to go from here. I thank you for your time and energy. It is greatly appreciated. PS. There are company names, employee names, phone numbers, and addresses in attached email documents. If there is anything else that you need please let me know and I can get it to you. My email is XXXX. In XX/XX/XXXX I was contacted by Premier Student Loans. They explained to me that they could help me reduce my student loan amount using federal programs. Since I am on social Security XXXX it was determined through Premier that my loans would be reduced to {$8000.00} from approximately {$160000.00}. My federal student loans had been consolidated through XXXX XXXX XXXX but I was not making payments due to a deferment. Most of my work was via phone but I have several emails from Premier, one of which is an approval by XXXX XXXX to accept this new program. Premier told me that I would pay an initial 4 payments of {$240.00} for fees for their service in helping to set up my new repayment program. After the initial 4 payments I was to pay {$30.00} a month through a credit card. I made my first payment of {$240.00} on XX/XX/XXXX. I began making my {$30.00} payments XX/XX/XXXX to Premier. I was told that in 10 months I would receive paperwork to confirm that my financial status was still the same. During this time I continued to receive statements stating that I owed {$0.00}. Premier explained that this would happen and that I did not have to pay XXXX because I was on a new federal program. After 10 months I received a renewal form to confirm that I still qualified for deferment. I was confused by some of the repayment questions regarding what program I was on. I contacted XXXX to determine how I should answer as to what my program was officially called. XXXX informed me that they had no information regarding Premier and that there was nothing in my records to confirm that Premier ever contacted them. XXXX explained that I was on a financial deferment ( however interest still accrued ) through them. The person I spoke with told me that there were many fraudulent companies and that I needed to contact Premier. Concerned, I contacted Premier only to get a prerecorded message stating that the company was temporarily suspended and was being sued by CFPB through several states. There was no way to get a hold of anyone. I also contacted my credit card company to stop all payments to Premier. In reviewing my credit card statement I found that after Premier was suspended I was still charged {$30.00} but this time through a company named XXXX XXXX XXXX. I have instructed the credit card co. to stop all automatic payments to either company. I have filed a claim with the credit card but at this time they have denied the fraud charges. I am waiting to get a letter of proof confirming that XXXX XXXX was never contacted by Premier and that no payments have been made to them.I am also working with Senator XXXX XXXX XXXX office in Connecticut.

Good afternoon. My name is XXXX XXXX and I am a victim of what seems to have happened to many regarding federal student loan forgiveness. Premier Student Loan Center got in contact with me in XXXX of XXXX and we moved forward with forgiving some of my student loans. They asked for {$900.00} upfront to provide their service and to pay $ XXXX/month for 20 years. Originally I was paying {$90.00} and it was really hard to make payments on top of all the other bills I had after college. They told me to not pay attention to my XXXX bills because with PSLC all I had to do was pay them, and they forgave thousands of my debt, then PSLC would be the ones paying off my XXXX bills. I have worked with consolidation companies before so this did not seem fishy to me at the time. It has been over 3 years since signing all these contracts and I have been paying them every month, but since XX/XX/XXXX money stopped getting taken out of my account. I tried calling PSLC and I heard an automated message saying that PSLC is under investigation and all the money I paid into the program has in fact NOT been getting paid to XXXX, which is what they promised. None of the thousands PSLC forgave actually posted to XXXX, and now I am being sent all these past due bills from XXXX since this whole time apparently PSLC has not been paying XXXX. I only went with PSLC because their website and reviews were accredited by the XXXX. Turns out, the XXXX are the ones actually suing PSLC. I paid all of this money and I trusted PSLC to consolidate my loans and get me on a successful payment plan. Doing PSLC math I only owed {$2000.00} left. According to XXXX, I still owe almost {$8000.00}. I need some sort of resolution or to be put as one of the victims in the class action suit against PSLC. Please help me!! I have all the contracts that were signed by me and PSLC to show how much I owed. Someone please please get in contact with me to resolve this very unfortunate issue. The contract I signed said I only have {$2000.00}, but with XXXX it says I owe {$8000.00} still. This business was originally approved by the XXXX, and I want my contract to still stand with me only owing {$2000.00}. With XXXX, before when I kept making payments to PSLC I received a bill from XXXX every month saying my balance was {$0.00}. Now it's saying I owe them $ XXXX/month since PSLC does not exist anymore. So if it was originally approved by the XXXX and XXXX recognized this business as a consolidation company, then me owing {$2000.00} should still stand, not {$8000.00}. I am seeking to get back {$6000.00} to bridge that gap of what was supposedly forgiven by PSLC so I can pay XXXX.

I worked with a company called Premier Student Loan Center. They honestly did a great job getting my payments very low. After almost a year and a half of paying them, I started to hear about how this company might be a scam and that I should probably look into it more. I reached out to my student loan lender ( XXXX ) and was advised to file a complaint because it did not appear to be legal/legitimate. I filed my initial complaint, here, through this website in early XX/XX/XXXX. I heard from Premier Student Loan Center on XX/XX/XXXX. They wanted to speak to me about my complaint. After our very thorough conversation, the gentleman I was speaking to offered to give me a refund going back to the date I started paying them XXXX XX/XX/XXXX ). He said it would be for a total amount of {$1600.00} and to look out for it in the mail in 5 to 7 days. My complaint on this website was updated from Premier Student Loan Center showing that as well. I closed out the complaint and was happy with their apology and my refund for the inconvenience. I received the check on XX/XX/XXXX, and deposited it that same day. The check cleared with my bank on XX/XX/XXXX. Over the course of a few days, I spent half of the money to pay various bills and expenses. On XX/XX/XXXX, I woke up to my account being - {$1000.00}. I called my bank right away and they were able to find out that the funds were returned due to a frozen/closed account. I called Premier Student Loan Center several times this day. The phone ring and ring and went to voicemail ( as a matter of fact, it kept saying to call back during normal business hours even though I was ). I also sent a follow-up email to the gentleman I was talking to ( on the XXXX ) asking about why the check was returned. I also called their bank that the check was written on and the rep said that all she can tell me is that the account is frozen and I need to reach out to the company that sent the check. I found out that the company written on the check was closed after doing a quick good search. As of XX/XX/XXXX, I have heard nothing back from Premier Student Loan Center in regards to this refund check. All in all, I believe that they sent out the check to make me happy enough to shut my mouth and to close the complaint that I had originally filed ( which by the way, they responded to by saying they will submit a client refund ). I truly feel like they sent the check knowing the account was closed and that I would never see that refund. Shame on them for scamming people this way. Do not do business with them. You are better off working things out with your lender directly.

On XX/XX/XXXX I contacted Premier Student Loan Center to inquire about a loan forgiveness program for XXXX . I spoke to " XXXX XXXX '' who proceeded to determine if I qualified for the program. She said that according to the guidelines that I would qualify. She explained that my payments could be lowered from {$150.00} to {$89.00} a month through the program called public service employees forgiveness program or PELF. Additionally, my loan could be forgiven in as little as 10 years. She then had a loan processor contact me for further information regarding my income and taxes. His name was " XXXX XXXX . '' I communicated with him further through emails and submitted all requested documentation. They made it seem like a very common practice in this field. On XX/XX/XXXX , a final email was sent to me congratulating me on qualifying for the PELF Program. A new payment amount of XXXX dollars would be due XX/XX/XXXX according to the email. I thought this was strange since I was expecting it to be {$89.00}. On XX/XX/XXXX , I went online to verify that my new payment amount was in effect only to find that it was not. I contacted XXXX and she assured me that it was " being taken care of, not to worry. '' A couple more weeks passed and I checked my account again, same thing, no change. According to my loan servicer, XXXX , my payment is {$150.00} a month which is the same as it was before I contacted premier student loans center. Therefore, this company has done nothing to help me even though I paid them in full for their " service ''. I have attempted to contact them several times in the past two weeks only to be told that " XXXX '' no longer works there and nobody seems to know what happened or why my lender is not aware of my approval for this program. I 've left several messages for XXXX , including two voice messages today, XX/XX/XXXX , and he has failed to return my calls. I spoke to somebody named XXXX who is supposedly a supervisor, he told me that XXXX would call me but XXXX never did. I have spoken with my loan servicer XXXX , who advised me that I could have applied for this program free of charge through them, a fact that premier student loan center never informed me, in fact " XXXX '' claimed my servicer would not be able to help me apply for this program at all. I now know that I could have saved {$1100.00} and a lot of stress over this nightmare. I was completely misled by this company and they took my very hard earned money and did absolutely nothing to help me qualify for the PELF program as I paid them to do.

I was contacted by Premiere Student Loan Center of California, in XX/XX/XXXX, offering to look at all of my student loan debt and see if I was eligible for any student loan forgiveness. I am a XXXX so I do not remember if they knew that or I mentioned that, but we got on the track of XXXX at a low income / non profit XXXX and they got back to me in XX/XX/XXXX stating they would be sending a form to me to fill out to verify this was indeed the institution where I XXXX. They asked for upfront the following payments that I completed from my back listed above. XX/XX/XXXX payment of {$240.00} and XX/XX/XXXX payment of {$240.00} and XX/XX/XXXX payment of {$240.00} and XX/XX/XXXX payment of {$240.00}. Then they assured me the repayment plan would be this : 120 payments ( monthly totaling ten years ) of {$30.00} to THEM ( not my student loan company which is XXXX ( totaling {$180000.00} ) starting XX/XX/XXXX {$30.00} every month until XX/XX/XXXX. When you go to their website they are VERY misleading when they show at the bottom of their page XXXX approval XXXX, which implies they are XXXX accredited but when you go to XXXX site they flat out state that Premiere Student Loan Center is NOT XXXX accredited. Now I returned to XXXX University XX/XX/XXXX to finish my XXXX and my actual student loans, at XXXX, were put on an in-school deferment status. But Premiere Student Loan Center still collected. I found out today, from XXXX ( XXXX - conversation was recorded ) that they did receive a form in XX/XX/XXXX showing I do XXXX a nonprofit XXXX and therefore AM eligible for student loan forgiveness, but she assured me based on my income and family size my ACTUAL repayment is {$0.00} for 120 months. Repayment with my actual loan servicer XXXX has NOT yet gone into effect ; they have not received XXXX XXXX from any of the monthly payments I have been paying to Premiere. The {$1000.00} ( 4 initial payments of XXXX ) was explained to 'process ' the paper work. This is a scam. XXXX also informed me today ( from XXXX ) that as of XX/XX/XXXX my account went into forbearance status. This was put into place by Premiere so that I would not be contacted by XXXX. All this time I thought these {$30.00} payments were towards my repayment plan to have {$170000.00} in student loan debt forgiven. Come to find out Premiere was just pocketing these payments. Please advise as to what my next step should be to either get back any of that money I sent them, or to at least help spread the word so that this company does not scam any more honest hardworking XXXX. XX/XX/XXXX After receiving over 20 voice mail calls regarding my student loan I called Premier Student Loan Center ( PSLC ). Immediately the call starts with them telling me that I can qualify for student loan forgiveness. These continually calls attempt to pressure me into taking their services where for a FEE they will get my paperwork into the student loan provider. The caller jumps right into the sales pitch asking for penitent and personal information regardless of you letting them know you are not in a private location or near a computer ; suggesting that once you give them access they can go into your personal student loan account and access your information.. The latest call had them suggesting that I pay {$1100.00} over a 5 month period as part of yearly income re-certification to reduce my monthly payments by approximately {$50.00}. So that in theory I would pay the {$1100.00} plus the current loan payment and then pay the reduced amount after the 5 months of paying the accruing interest. Currently I am in good standing with my loan Service provider and once contacting them was able to go through the process of income re-verification with no additional monies needed and send the information directly to the loan service provider. Additionally, the company XXXX, XXXX contacted my last year ; I was able to stop payment of the funds I paid the company. Now PSLC is using the same tactics as the previous mentioned company based on an email I received on XX/XX/XXXX. In the process they ask for access to my personal Federal loan account and other sensitive information which I wish that I had not given them. The call is pressure filled where they could care less what you are in the middle of they just are hitting you with the sales pitch. The representative send an email that takes the customer directly to a site " Student Data '' proxy : XXXX XXXX XXXX ( www.plscdoc.com ) where there is dashboard screen that is very generic in nature. No identifying logo for the company just a generic web page that they can control remotely. The comany 's practices are deceptive and when questioned the sales representative became argumentative and expressed that I had to MAKE CONTACT with them TODAY after I explained that I would think about my options. While they have the company rating on the XXXX website, the tactics and mannerism are rude, condescending, and pressure filled. How do I stop this contact this company from contacting me via phone or email in the future?

I was called several times by " Premier Student Loan Center '' and one day I actually took the time to listen. They informed me after an hour phone call and digging into my loans and work history, that I was eligible for " Obama 's Loan Forgiveness Program. '' I heard about this and thought that I didn't qualify since I work in XXXX/XXXX and not for the government or a non profit sector. They took about 20 minutes and returned to tell me that I was approved despite my work field. I was told that 73 % of my total loan was forgiven and I would have to pay the balance to them plus fees to file the application resulting in {$190.00} for 6 months and {$80.00} a month for 240 months. Similar to paying a tax attorney to comb over your taxes, I proceeded. I was initially excited and thought that my loans would be paid and the decrease would significantly help me financially. The application takes 30-90 days to process and almost a month later I checked to see if my loans still showed up on my credit score, and they did. Contrary to what I was told the loans would be paid in full and reflect a XXXX dollar balance. I called my loan officer who informed me that I didn't actually qualify for the program and that you have to make 120 payments to even apply, I made 0 thus far having just graduated. They also said that an application was never processed in their system. After researching scams I learned that this company and others like it never submit your paperwork and collect money from you while your loans sit in forbearance. I am sure many people catch this over time as the government will notify you of this, but normally by then you have shelled out thousands of dollars. Luckily via my friends urging me to look even further into it, I made one payment and reported that as fraud to my bank. I currently have a lawyer looking over the paperwork so that legal documentation can be drafted to dismiss the contract due to their services never being rendered. If you receive these calls or find these sites, STAY AWAY. If you work for the government or a non profit you can simply sign up online for free after making 120 payments. If you were a victim of this scam, change your card numbers immediately, contact your bank about the fraudulent charges, save every email from said company, and contact a lawyer! Don't fall prey to the scams of the world!

One of my friends told me about a company, Premier Student Loan Center, that completes your student loan forgiveness documentations for you. I contacted them about their service on XX/XX/2018. I was told that the company was a document preparation company and that is why I had to pay for the service to be done. On XX/XX/2018, I paid the first installment of {$190.00}. I paid the same amount on XX/XX/2018, XX/XX/2018, XX/XX/2018, and XX/XX/2018. On XX/XX/2018, I was charged an automatic payment of {$190.00}. On XX/XX/XXXX, I was charged {$40.00} for the Income Driven Loan Forgiveness that I was told that I was signed up for. All in all, I have paid {$1100.00} towards my installment for the program and {$40.00} to the program that was supposed to be for my student loans. The red flag that made me question their services was when I checked directly with the XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX as to why my payments to them were {$0.00} yet I was paying {$40.00} towards my loans. The representative said that the company was most likely a scam and they falsify documents so that my monthly payments are {$0.00} yet I am paying them and making it seem as though it is going towards my loans when it isn't. The representative said I could be penalized individually and possibly receive jail time or not have my loans forgiven period as a result of dealing with this company. They lied about my personal information for lower payments saying that I have 5 children, I am divorced, receiving government assistance, etc. I have no children. I have never been married. I do not receive any form of government assistance. They lied so that my documents would seem as though I could not afford any monthly payments. The paperwork that I signed with them initially stated that they would provide complete and truthful information which was a lie. They also stated that they have a limited money back guarantee being that I can get my money back since the documents were inaccurate. As of today, XX/XX/2018, I am calling my bank so that they revoke authorization of further monthly payments and working to get my money back. I have already applied for the forgiveness program the correct way with accurate information and I am waiting to be contacted by them. I just don't want anyone else to get caught up by this company that is once again called Premier Student Loan Center.

I got a call XX/XX/XXXX saying how I am approved for loan forgiveness and if I'm interested press 2 or something like that. I was very hesitant to trust them because you hear of scams happening all the time so they sent me a whole bunch of emails proving to me that they were real. The deal was I was supposed to start paying them {$190.00} a month for 6months then my loan payments would go to {$10.00} a month for 10 years, I believe. They were going to handle everything from XXXX company and my Federal student Aid. I had to give them passwords so that they could have the information to contact them. If I was going to get anything from XXXX I was supposed to forward it all to this company. I got a text message yesterday XX/XX/18 saying oops-you missed your due date. make a payment today at XXXX msg & datRatesMayApply. text STOP to stop texts. I would have paid that no problem if I knew I had to pay them. I called XXXX XXXX at XXXX to talk to them about my concerns that I may have been scammed. I was checking my account for XXXX to make sure that I didn't owe them anything and that this premier student loan center really did take care of it. It showed on my account that I didn't owe XXXX anything during these months. to me that made me feel reassured that everything was ok. When I talked to the lady this morning, XX/XX/18.18, she said they were contacted saying that I was having trouble paying my monthly payments that I needed a forbearance. I never called and told them that. that is why it looked like I didn't owe them anything during the months I was paying this other company, premier student loan center. The lady went over all my information and there was a lot of things wrong on my account including, extra phone numbers that were not mine, address that wasn't ' mine, and email address that wasn't mine. We updated all of that. I called my bank and made sure that I don't want any payments going to this XXXX XXXX XXXX account XXXX XXXX XXXX. The lady I spoke to also gave me direction to contact CFPD. I have changed all of my passwords and stopped payments already but I don't know if they are going to come at me with anything. they took audimatic payments from my debit card XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, and XX/XX/2018 all {$190.00} so a total of {$790.00} is what has been paid to them.

On XX/XX/XXXX I was contacted by a XXXX XXXX from XXXX XXXX XXXX also known as Premier Student Loan Center, regarding my annual for the Federal Student Loan forgiveness program, XXXX requested 2 of my most recent paycheck stubs in order to process my renewal. I gave these to him. He confirmed he received them on XX/XX/XXXX. On XX/XX/XXXX I received an email from XXXX Department of Education Loan Servicing stating that my request was received. On XX/XX/XXXX I received another email from XXXX stating that my request was reviewed and approved, I received another email from XXXX stating that there were forms in my XXXX inbox that needed to be reviewed. I logged into my XXXX account to review said forms, while logged in I decided to take a look at my account summary and see how much my new payment amount would be and how much I have paid down since my last renewal. To my surprise, it showed that I have never made a payment. This was very alarming to me since {$30.00} is deducted out of my checking account every month. I called XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX to see what was going on. The rep that I spoke with stated they have in fact never received a payment from me as I have qualified for the {$0.00} monthly loan amount with my last few renewals. The Rep and I took a look into it and found that the company ( XXXX XXXX XXXX also known as Premier Student Loan Center ) was reporting my information to XXXX incorrectly, increasing my number of dependents to put me in a different payment bracket. The Rep at XXXX was very helpful. After my conversation with XXXX, I went back and took a look at all of my email correspondence with XXXX XXXX XXXX also known as Premier Student Loan Center and found a contract from XX/XX/XXXX. The company has been charging me {$30.00} a month plus additional start up fees, to submit my renewal to XXXX, they have been reporting the information to XXXX incorrectly and could potentially damage my credit with the program as well as my credit future. The contract with XXXX XXXX XXXX also known as Premier Student Loan Center was never explained in such a way and has now cost me {$1400.00} in fees of which I thought were going toward my student loans. I am concerned that I am not the only one with the issue and being on the limited budget that I am, this is very concerning to me.

On XXXX/XXXX/XXXX I saw on social media that " students who attended XXXX XXXX be eligible for student loan forgiveness '' and cite Obama student loan programs with urls that upon research do not exist. On XXXX/XXXX/XXXX I was contacted by an unlisted number XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. They ask if you have a job currently and have at least {$10000.00} in debt. They ask for very personal information like being able to access your XXXX login which contains SSNs. They ask for very steep payments for the first 4 months and after that they claimed my loan payments monthly would drop to {$20.00}. They then sent a contract to me stating they are the " Premier Student Loan Center '' and asked for bank or credit card information. On XXXX/XXXX/XXXX I coincidentally received information from XXXX XXXX about the danger of loan scammers. This prompted me to contact the Department of Education and speak to their representatives about these third parties and if any are legitimate. I spoke to a man named XXXX who said that these scams have been an issue and though they have not heard of this particular " company '' it 's likely a scam because the DOE does not work with third parties and that all of their forgiveness programs are free of charge. As soon as I contacted the sir who initially tried to set me up with their program, XXXX XXXX who 's company direct line is XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, to cancel he tried to reassure me the program was legitimate. He assured me that the DOE does n't normally " take civilian calls '' and the the number for the DOE given to me by the BBB when I was researching the PSLC with them, was not correct. I responded I would do more research still and then make my decision. I was then contacted by a " XXXX '' at XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, that he is the " program processor '' and inquired about my tax documents. At this point I fully believed I was being scammed and requested the contract cancelled and all my information deleted as of XXXX/XXXX/XXXX. I have changed my XXXX password, cancelled my credit card, and put necessary protections on my federal loan account. If you are hurting/struggling to repay your loans, please use extreme caution when being offered " to good to be true '' offers.

On XX/XX/2019, I have been emailing back and forth from an agent fro the processing department of Premier Student Loan Forgiveness, XXXX XXXX ( XXXX ) about how it is time for me to recertify for the loan forgiveness program. He was telling me that he need some documents from me, which was my tax form from the pervious year and recent pay stubs. So I sent them. On XX/XX/2019, I got a confirmation email from XXXX XXXX ( XXXX ) stating that they received my documents. On XX/XX/2019, I called XXXX XXXX ( XXXX ) XXXX to follow up on my recertification, but when I called there was an automated voicemail stating that the following service is under investigation in the state of California and you should go to www. studentloans.gov or contact your student loan servicer regrading the status of your loan. I went to the website and found out my initial provider is XXXX. I called XXXX ( XXXX ) XXXX asking how is my federal loan doing. The agent told me that it was time to send in my document to recertify me again for the forgiveness program. I told the agent that I sent in the document two months ago but the agent insisted that they did not receive any documents from me. I sent in the documents in again. On XXXX XXXX, I decided to call XXXX XXXX again, to see if that automated voicemail was still there and it was. That's when I texted my Aunt XXXX XXXX : hey auntie, so the student loan program you told me about isn't working anymore and i'm trying to call them and the phone is out of service. That's when I called XXXX again to make sure they got all my documents and they did. The agent then proceeded to tell me that I had to pay the XXXX fee of {$330.00}, so I paid it. I then asked if they were getting my payments of {$40.00} every month for the last year and a half, and the agent stated that they did not receive any documents or payments from my since XXXX XXXX. When I heard that I was shocked because that is when I talked to/signed up to Premier Student Forgiveness Program with XXXX XXXX ( XXXX ) XXXX and gave all my information to an agent at XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX ( XXXX )

I received a call from a service rep from Student Loan Premier Solutions about a year and a half ago. They stated that my current loan lender, XXXX, was involved in a class action lawsuit and that I could enter their program as long as I qualified because that class action lawsuit would guarantee me lower payments with Student Loan Premier Solutions. I ended up " qualifying '' for their student loan forgiveness program after they asked me all of the qualification questions ( income level, how many dependents, employment info, etc. ). They stated I had to pay {$200.00} a month for 6 months which was supposed to be the initiation entry fees and then every month after that my monthly payment would be {$40.00}. I had been paying that {$40.00} a month for 6 months or so now to the point where I stopped paying attention because it was an automatic withdrawal from my checking account. Then, within the last few months I started to get non-stop phone calls from XXXX which made me wonder what was going on with the program I was involved in with Student Loan Premier Solutions. I had already been skeptical about Student Loan Premier Solutions since the beginning because anytime I'm dealing with paying big amounts of money to a business like that I just hoped it didn't turn out to be some kind of scam especially since student loan forgiveness is an area where alot of people are getting scammed. So I started doing some research online and come to find out, Student Loan Premier Solutions is now all of a sudden out of business without any notifications to any of their customers. People are now finding out and people are extremely upset including me. I want to sue for ALL the money I paid them which had to be around {$1500.00}! I want this complaint to go the highest federal agency because I want restitution. Student Loan Premier Solutions scammed me and countless other individuals and I want my money back. I really don't even know what to do about this situation but hopefully this first step I am taking to file this complaint pays off.

On XX/XX/XXXX, I talked to XXXX XXXX, who was said to be a senior account manager for the XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ( premier student loan center ). She had me sign electronically some forms and send her my XXXX 1040 tax return for proof of income. Shortly after that I got conformation by email from XXXX XXXX that my proof of income was received. A few days later on XX/XX/XXXX I received an email requesting more copies of proof of income by a man named XXXX XXXX who also worked with XXXX XXXX. I then called them both with comments and concerns since I had already sent proof and was sent conformation proof was sent. The plan was said that I would pay {$240.00} per month for the first 5 months and then after those 5 moths I would be paying only {$22.00} per month until loan is paid off. I asked if I could pay more if I was able to pay more and I was denied that capability because they said then I wouldn't qualify for the forgiveness plan. On XX/XX/XXXX, I received confirmation from XXXX XXXX by email that my first payment of {$240.00} was processed and received. ( on the email it said " last '' assuming that was a typo ) as it was agreed my payments came out on/or around the XXXX of every month. I thought my loan was getting paid off and everything was good ... On XX/XX/XXXX, I received an email from XXXX about a Lawsuit - Bureau of Consumer Financial Protection, et al. v. Consumer Advocacy Center , Inc. d/b/a/ Premier Student Loan Center, et al. As soon as I got this email I immediately contacted my loan servicer ( XXXX XXXX ) I talked to a woman who informed me that they have NOT received any form of payment from the XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX or Premier Student Loan Center. So where was all the money I sent to pay off my loans going? I then called my bank and asked to stop all payments to the company and as I was going through my history I noticed that the names on the transfer changed ever so often. At the end of the day this is devastating to say the least.

I was told about the company Premier Student Loan Center by my cousin who had spoken with a representative that told her he could get her student loans forgiven and that if she referred people to him she would get a {$25.00} gift card for each referral. I called the company and a representative told me he could get my loans reduced but he had to confirm that I qualified. I gave him all of my demographical information and verbal permission to access my loan information. He stated I owed {$81.00}, XXXX and if I stayed with XXXX I would end up paying {$160.00}, XXXX but if I went with his company he could get my loans reduced by {$69000.00} and only have to repay {$11000.00}. He stated I needed to authorize my automatic monthly debits and his company would get my loans forgiven. I was to make 5 payments of {$230.00} and the remaining payments of {$86.00} for 120 months and my loans would be paid in full. From XX/XX/XXXX to XX/XX/XXXX I made my required 5 payments and then I began to see monthly payments of {$40.00}. I thought nothing of it because I was making my payments. In XX/XX/XXXX I received an alert from XXXX XXXX that my loan balance was going up rather than down. I called XXXX and was told no payments had been made and that I had no payments due because this company had told the US Department of Education that I had no taxable income during XXXX. I was astonished and afraid all at the same time as this company had lied to the federal government and I could suffer the repercussions due to their negligence in providing false information. XXXX advised me to contact CFPB to file a complaint and seek financial resolution for the 12 months + payments I have made that never went anywhere towards my actual loans. To contact www.studentloans.gov to get my password reset. To contact my financial institution to stop the payments. So I contacted CFPB and was told to complete these preliminary steps to get the complaint filed.

I have recently disputed payments deducted from my checking account due to a company called Premier Student Loan Center, LLC. They have fraudulently deducted money on a monthly basis since XXXX of 2018, and are NOT providing any services. The first 6 months they deducted {$390.00} a month, XXXX for my student loan, and XXXX for my husbands student loan. There has been no payment towards our student loans and It appears that they are somehow putting our student loans in forbearance without our authorization and pocketing the money. After obtaining our credit report, I found that our student loans are up for renewal and that NO PAYMENTS have been received. I contacted the company and the XXXX to find that Premier Student Loan Center is a SCAM, and there is no forgiveness towards our student loans, and they are not providing any services, just taking our money on a monthly basis. Over {$2300.00} was deducted the first 6 months, then another XXXX has been deducted from our perspective checking accounts ( XXXX and XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ) despite hundreds of dollars in INTEREST accruing in our student loan statements. My student loan lender is XXXX XXXX XXXX and they have NEVER heard of Premier, the merchant taking my money. My husbands student loan is serviced through XXXX. XXXX XXXX XXXX suggested that I initiate a complaint. Also, despite giving this fraudulent activity to XXXX, I was unable to receive any return of the funds. However, my husband received a partial refund from XXXX, but has recently been notified that he will not be able to keep those funds as these deductions happened longer than 60 days ago. XX/XX/2017 I inquired with the Premier Student Loan Center about reconsolidating my student loans from my XXXX degree. The gentleman I spoke to told me that once my application is approved, I would have to pay a fee which would be divided into 4 payments to get my application started and that would go towards my loans. First problem, I never received a copy of my application to review, only emails from the company. After the payments and future payments were deducted from my account, I did not hear from this company unless they did not receive a balance. As months passed, I kept receiving statements from my " previous '' student loan provider. My balance continued to increased with no payments being added from Premier Student Loan. Also, I never received any receipts for any of my payments I made, and each time I would inquire about getting a receipt for my payments, they always have an excuse as to why I cant receive it. Many times I would call this company during their " business hours '' and I would not receive an answer and if someone told me they would call back, they don't honor their word. I would have to call the company back after days of waiting for their call. Each time I would speak to someone, I would always to be something different from the previous representative. My payment for this month has not been deducted from my account and I can't get an answer from the company to figure out what is going on with my account. I have tried to give this couple a chance. Now I realized that everything I have been told from this company is a lie. I am disappointed in this company and all the false promises they have made. I want to cancel my account with this company!! In addition, I want a full refund of all the money I have paid including all the interest that have accrued on my student loan account during my years with this company. If not, I will get a lawyer involved!

This complaint is in regard to what is believed to be a scam company referenced as Premier Student Loan Center allegedly located at XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, CA XXXX ( likely a drop box ) with various telephone numbers that appear to be local and web address www.premierstudentloancenter.com. PSLC called me today at XXXX from XXXX ( XXXX XXXX, TX ). After multiple disregarded calls from them, I answered this call. The lady asked for my name and how much I owe in Student Loans, then transferred me to another lady who was going to tell me all about the forgiveness program. Enjoying the amusement, I decided to listen up. She again asked for my name and amount I owed. I informed her the lady gave her that information when she introduced the call, and I only want to know about the program. She said she would just make it up, I said OK. She then proceeded to explain the program to me and stated the Department of Education will pay my loan off through PSLC , take it back and lower my rate. I responded, first off, the Department of Education isn't paying off anything, they never have or will so let 's get that straight. She immediately started yelling to the top of her lungs, stating I work with loan forgiveness and you don't know what you're talking about, You are trying to tell me you know everything, I don't understand the point of this call if you refuse to let me talk. She paused for a second and I started laughing and asked why she was so upset, she then started up again, I'm not upset, I'm not yelling, you're yelling, then she put me on hold for 3 minutes and disconnected the call. As comical as it may be to me, I'm fortunate to have a career where fraud is identified regularly, but others aren't so lucky. This company need to be shut down, sanctioned and fined for these illegal practices and taking advantage of misinformed and disadvantaged people!

I saw an ad on a social media site stating " Loan Forgiveness Program '', I was interested because I have loans that I needed to consolidate, so I ended up calling the number XXXX, someone answered right away asking me how many loans I had, for my social and all my information, he put me on hold for 5 minutes claiming he was speaking with his manager in order to get me the loan forgiveness plan & explaining to me that I would have to pay anything after me paying them. I gave them my debit card information and they charged me a total of {$790.00}. According to the person on the phone, he said the payment went through, and that from there forward I would n't have to worry about any more payments, therefore, my school loans were at {$0.00} balance. I also have documentation where they said I signed which I never did, use a cursive font in order to make it seem as I signed. One year later I now recieved a letter for Federal Student Aid stating I had to start paying my student loans. I thought this must be a mistake because I already " consolidated '' my loans why would I have to continue to pay anything anymore? I called the Federal Student Aid and to my surprise, all they did was take my information and pretend to be me and have my loans in deferment. I also tried to log-in to the Federal Student Aid website in order to proceed with the Income driven re-payment plan and they had used my information, created an email address I have never used, also use a California address and phone number all associated with this account. I have lived my XXXX years of my life in Florida. Why would I use any contact information in California? These people have scammed me out of my money for in their words " documentation preparations '', which I could have done personally for FREE. I located a company via the U.S. Department of education website. The company is called Premier Student Loan Center or another name of XXXX XXXX XXXX. They made statements that they would and have worked with XXXX XXXX to lower my payments and take care of all of my student loans. They stated that they would take care of everything. With the amount that I owed XXXX XXXX and the hope of trying to repair my credit, I began working with this company in XX/XX/2018. They obtained all of my personal information and student loan information. They stated that they would start with {$200.00} a month for 6 months and then all I would pay would be {$44.00} a month. In speaking with XXXX XXXX, the company made fraudulent statements to lower my payment. Was this for my benefit or theirs? So far they have taken {$590.00} out of my personal account and have paid nothing to XXXX XXXX. I have tried to contact PSLC or XXXX XXXX XXXX, via phone and email and have yet received a call back or email back. The service representative with XXXX XXXX said that this company has done nothing for me but add more and more interest to my loan by not paying, which is going to continue to grow and make it more and more difficult to pay off. Here I am trying to help my family and credit by getting this paid off and now its more money and they have my information too. I am looking to at least obtain my money back from this company and also the interest that was added to my XXXX XXXX account. The interest total, since XX/XX/XXXX, is {$1800.00}. Plus the additional interest that is going to add during the time to try and make resolve with XXXX XXXX while my loan is on forbearance for this incident. This company is not showing that they are helping people with student loans but stealing money for their own financial gain. Please help and advise.

I received a call from XXXX XXXX of Premier Student Loan Center explaining that his company could reduce my student loan debt through debt consolidation. I explained that I had never qualified for a program like this as I and my husband make too much money. XXXX went on to explain that because it was my loan and not my husband 's loan we would not be including my husband 's income in the qualifying process. I found this to be suspicious, however I went along with it anyway as my loan debt is high. After a few days I spoke to XXXX who is the company that is taking care of my student loan debt and I have had a payment agreement with them since XX/XX/XXXX . A rep from their office said the combined income should always be taken into consideration when qualifying for any program such as theirs or the one that XXXX was attempting to qualify me for. Otherwise, I would need to file my tax return separately for my husband 's which I would never consider doing. XXXX XXXX submitted a repayment plan to XXXX that was noted as a Suspicious Application as it states that my husband and I do not file taxes jointly and that my husband 's tax information is unavailable. This is false. We file jointly and my husbands tax information is always available to me. He is XXXX and I have access to his XXXX , XXXX and all other pertinent tax information. When I told XXXX that I was withdrawing from the " program '' he set up for me after I was approved, he said no further payments would be taken from my checking account, however I would not be refunded the {$290.00} that was taken out on XX/XX/XXXX as this was for processing fees and did not even go towards paying the loan. I informed him that I would demand my money back due to the fact that it was owed to me. These programs can be misleading.

This all started XXXX/XXXX I signed up with Premier Student Loans because they said they could get me signed up on the new Obama Plan, This plan was suppose t reduce my student loans from {$44000.00} to {$8000.00} if I paid 240 payments. I had to pay the first three months {$300.00} and the remaining months would be {$30.00} per month. I became aware of this XX/XX/XXXX when I received a call from XXXX stating I have n't paid them since XXXX/XXXX. They said I made a {$300.00} payment to them which I do n't remember paying so that must have been Premier paying on my behalf for that one time. I checked my credit report last month and discovered I still owe {$44000.00}. I received a call from Premier asking for me to provided income information and I did n't feel comfortable with it. So, I went on line and sent my income information to XXXX because they were the original loan company thinking that Premier would get the information. Premier then advised that they are a third party and not affiliated with XXXX. At this time I decided I wanted to cancel their services and stay with the known company of XXXX. Premier began to give me the run arounds. They would not give me an email confirmation of my cancellation. They just told me the check for {$330.00} will be sent to me, They did not verify that they will cancel the automatic charges of {$30.00} that they deduct from by debit card monthly. The number I call to reach the is XXXX and the case manager is XXXX. He 's extremely rude and arrogant. I have also spoken to a guy there name XXXX and neither one would provide me ID # 's or some form of cancellation receipt. They laugh in my face as though they have all the power. I just want them to cancel my service and refund my money. The main number to Premier is XXXX.

I received a call from premier student loans center asking me about my student loans, I tried to verify who they were to make sure it was not a scam, but both the initial woman that called me from XXXX was defensive and aggressive asking, " do you want to see if you qualify for loan forgiveness or not! '' She transferred me to : XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX PREMIER STUDENT LOAN CENTER Direct ( XXXX ) XXXX XXXX www.premierstudentloancenter.com XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX When I asked for a call back number to verify who he was and the company he worked for he too became defensive and aggressive, saying I was offending him and how would I feel if I were in his shoes accusing him of being a scammer. I don't know if this company is a scam or not, but when he claimed I was waisting his time, I asked to be transfer to someone else and he stated that he couldn't transfer me and I could only deal with him, and if I choose to try again next year for student loan consolidations I would have to call him back. He sent me some emails and went through a process of trying to get me to sign up to give payments thorough his company. The entire time I felt he was aggressive and pushy, I didn't feel comfortable at all, he used President Trump as ammunition for pressuring me into following through with a payment plan with his company. He also said his company worked for the government, but they were not considered government employees. If this is a legit company then they should be required to answer all reasonable questions about the company they work for and adjust their customer service. If they are not a legit company then something should be done the name and information above is the information that was emailed to me along with links to government websites.

Hello, This took place about a year and a half ago with a company called Premier Student Loan Center. Premier Student Loan Center withdrew three payments of {$290.00} from my bank account. The first withdraw was XXXX XXXX, 2016, the next was XXXX XXXX, 2016, and the final withdraw was XXXX XXXX, 2016. I did not receive the services I was promised. I was told by the first Premier Student Loan Center agent I spoke with, that my total loan payoff amount would go down {$4000.00}, from XXXX to {$8500.00}, and that I would have a {$30.00} a month student loan payment that would go toward paying off my {$8500.00} student loan. As it turns out, none of this was true. My student loan has not gone down any, and the {$30.00} was to go to Premier Student Loan Center every month to do nothing. Loan consolidation is a free service, which they proceeded to do for me one time and then once a year they would renew my repayment plan which is a free service as well. Furthermore, they lied to the new student loan agency they hooked me up with ( XXXX XXXX, I was originally with XXXX ), and said I had XXXX children and whatever else they had to say so that I would have a XXXX balance on my loan repayment and my {$30.00} a month would keep going to Premier Student Loan Center. Once I figured out what was going on I wanted a full refund. I talked to a supervisor at Premier Student Loan Center and another agent. I also got my bank involved and brought their fraud department up to date. I was able to get {$600.00} of the {$900.00} they charged for services not rendered as well as a refund on the first $ XXXX monthly charge they withdrew from my account. I closed my account with Premier Student Loan Center.

I registered for loan consolidation with Premier Student Loans XX/XX/XXXX. When I signed up on XX/XX/XXXX I was told in an email and on the phone there was a 10 day cancellation window. If I cancelled within that 10 day window the consolidation would be cancelled and all of my money would be refunded. I signed up XX/XX/XXXX and cancelled by phone and by email on XX/XX/XXXX. ( Still within that 10 day window. ) My money was refunded back in XX/XX/XXXX and I was told via phone that the consolidation had been cancelled after I did not receive a response from my email. Earlier today I called XXXX XXXX XXXX to start a payment plan to begin paying back my loans with XXXX XXXX. When I spoke with a representative at XXXX XXXX I was told my loan had been consolidated by XXXX. I guess Premier Student Loans transferred my loans to XXXX after I had already cancelled?? And my loans were still consolidated against my will. I called XXXX XXXX at Premier Student Loans and notified him of the error. He told me it was their mistake and that the consolidation should never have went through as they noted I cancelled within the 10 day window. I then spoke to his supervisor XXXX XXXX and she also told me that it was their mistake and that they were sorry but the consolidation has already went through and it was too late. I am very confused and upset as I clearly followed all of the guidelines to cancellation and because of their negligence my loans were consolidated against my will. I did not receive any notice in the mail for any of this consolidation, so I am just finding out today of this unwilled consolidation.

Premier Student Loan Center ( PSLC ) contacted me stating they could reduce my student loan because they had an agreement with the United States Department of Education Fed Loan Servicing If I made payments to them they would negotiate my student loan repayments and so long as I made these payments for 20 years, consistently, the remainder of my student loan would be forgiven. They took from my checking account {$190.00} XX/XX/XXXX, {$190.00} XX/XX/XXXX, {$190.00} XX/XX/XXXX, {$190.00} XX/XX/XXXX, {$190.00} XX/XX/XXXX, {$190.00} XX/XX/XXXX. Starting XX/XX/XXXX of XXXX until XX/XX/XXXX they took {$40.00} from my checking account. I noticed the payments were no longer being taken. I called PSLC and to my surprise found out they were put out of business and there is a lawsuit against them. XX/XX/XXXX The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau suspended their operations due to suspicion of fraud in Minnesota and 2 other states. The message said to go to XXXX to find more information. There was very little information and it said I should have received an email including me in the lawsuit against PSLC. I did NOT receive any email stating this. I called the United States Department of Education and was informed that PSLC was a scam. To my shock I found out that PSLC lied to The Department of Education and told them I had 3 dependents, to lower my payments. I do not have any dependents and NEVER stated I did. Not a penny of what I paid has gone towards my student loan, the balance has continued to increase. NOTHING WAS PAID TOWARD MY STUDENT LOAN!! THEY HAVE STOLEN ALL OF MY HARD EARNED MONEY!!

XX/XX/XXXX I signed a document after discussing w/ a third party called premier student loans ; who offered services to me in consolidating my loans leading me to believe that if I paid 6 months worth of {$250.00} for 6 months I would only have to pay {$40.00} to them making me believe that after 10 years the rest of my loans would have been forgiven. They collected information from me as I worked at XXXX Hospital XXXX and XXXX Hospital XXXX saying I qualified for this assistance. They asked for my ID and password as to make changes on the account 'for me '. My payments towards XXXX were then changed to {$50.00} a month, on top of this XXXX fee. I contacted this company summer of XXXX when I was noticing that I was still paying extra essentially and had done the math in my head that this loan forgiveness didnt add up but they told me I could not buy out of this payment plan and was stuck with them for the remainder of the term I had signed. After getting notification to recertify my income driven plan ( which I didnt realize I was in as I wasnt having an issue paying my loans I just wanted to have loan forgiveness and in turn hopefully lower my payments ) My monthly payments increased to where my usual baseline loan payments were prior to engaging to this company. I have now realized that in the coarse of 10 years I will have given money to a 3rd party for essentially nothing. I believe that I have been scammed out of almost XXXX in using this company and they continue to take out money from my account.

On XX/XX/XXXX I began my student loan repayment with a company called Premier Student Loan Center. They informed me that they would charge me a fee over 4 months to complete my paper work for a student loan forgiveness program and that after the first 4 payments ( fee for filing ) that any additional payments, which were set at {$40.00} a month, would be going towards my student loan repayment. I made 4 payments of {$230.00} from XX/XX/XXXX to XX/XX/XXXX, after which I began paying the {$40.00} per month up through XX/XX/XXXX. They recently sent me an email requesting me to send in my work verification information. I sent them copies of my paystubs XX/XX/XXXX, then shortly after received another email that additional info was required and to call the phone number given. I tried calling the number and a message came on that the number did not exist. I then called my student loan provider, XXXX, and they informed me that I am on a loan forgiveness program and my payments are {$0.00} a month, and that the paper filing service I paid for they offer for free. Since XX/XX/XXXX I have paid a total of {$1100.00} for what was a free service and no money has been paid towards my student loans. The XXXX representative also informed me that they have had many complaints about this same company for scamming people out of money and that a complaint should be filed to get my money back. I have attached all the emails I received.

XXXX is the company and i did get accepted for a lower -payment option setup. But, the problem I have is that going through a Student Loan Foregiveness program from this website - XXXX XXXX XXXX - this was determined from this information about XXXX being a bad group to have do loans and repayment options correctly. This Relief Program is from a company called Premier Student Loan Center and stated to me about my loans getting to a point from where the lower payment option i agreed upon would be paying pretty close to double the amount to Navient when i'm all paid off. They gave me numbers that seemed reasonable, but i'm unsure if they aren't a scam or if they are a legit company but i thought i'd bring it up to you guys since they are using information that seems to be the same kind of information that you guys provide for people going through these hardships of loan repayment situations. They also stated that they would need {$20.00} fee annually for this process of agreement plus 5 months of {$230.00} for getting this allowance approved. Lastly the amount determined for my repayment plan was {$100.00} for 235 months - I'm just more confused if what they told me was something that is even allowed for a company to deal with from XXXX and i thought XXXX was worth trusting, but i'm unsure now after being told from this Forgiveness Program. I'd just like to know what's my best option and who i need to trust.

ON XX/XX/XXXX I WAS CONTACTED BY PREMIER STUDENT LOAN CENTER FOR AN OFFER TO COMPLETELY FORGIVE MY XXXX $ IN STUDENT LOANS. ALL I HAD TO DO WAS TO MAKE 5 TIMELY PAYMENTS TO THIS COMPANY WHICH I FIND OUT DOES NOTHING BUT PROCESS DOCUMENTS THAT ARE NOT NON APPLICABLE BUT THAT I COULD DO FOR FREE MYSELF. THEY STATED THEY WORKED DIRECTLY WITH THE DOE BUT REQUIRED MY SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER AND CREDIT CARD INFORMATION TO GENERATE A DOCUMENT AND A NEW FSA ID NUMBER. THEY HAVE SET ME UP WITH 5 MONTHLY PAYMENTS STATING THAT IF XXXX $ IS PAID THEN XXXX $ WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY FORGIVEN. THE ZERO PAY SCHEDULE FOLLOWING THE 5 PAYMENTS SIMPLY MEANS YOU HAVE PAID THEIR FEES FOR LOAN PROCESSING DOCUMENTS. I HAVE ALERTED MY BANK TO ALLOW NO DEBITS FROM THIS COMPANY CONDUCTING FRAUD AND I HAVE FILED A CLAIM WITH THE ATTORNEY GENERAL OFFICE AND HAVE MY SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER CONTINUOUSLY MONITORED FOR SUSPICIOUS ACTIVITY. I DEMAND THAT THE COMPANY PREMIER STUDENT LOAN CENTER IMMEDIATELY CANCEL AND FURTHER TERMINATE ANY RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN THIS SCAM AND MYSELF. In early XXXX, I was contacted by a company called Premier Student Loan Center. They talked me into a consolidation service that would shrink the amount I owe by almost 75 %. They told me that " XXXX was being sued by the Federal Government due to the fact, they were applying installment payments to their interest amount owed rather than their principle balance. I was weary of this so I decided to look them up on XXXX and found they are " Acredited by the better business bureau '' and a bunch of fake reviews. I was told that if I paid {$1000.00} over 4 months followed by XXXX $ a month for 20 years, they would pay the rest of my {$12000.00} loan. If you do the math, that means I save {$9100.00}. It was a red flag in my head instantly, thinking how could this be possible and is why I decided to XXXX them but was once again misled by false information. I realized that I was dealing with a fake company when XXXX messaged me giving me information that they had consolidated my student loans. I've tried to contact Premier Student Loan Center multiple times and they will not contact me back. I've paid them a total of 3 out of 4 payments ( {$740.00} ) and then cancelled the card I had given them before they could process the 4th payment. I hope others can read this to avoid getting talked into a scam like this.

The company was called Premier Student Loan Center. Website : XXXX XXXX XXXX Account ManageXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX was told that if I paid {$230.00} for 5 months towards my student loans then my payments would be lowered to {$10.00} a month for 7 years and that my half of my loan would be forgiven. However, I received an email that said my actual loan payment would be {$0.00}. I decided to look into it and it was at that point the account manager told me that it was a service fee for the company. Then my wife looked up the company and saw on some student loan forms that this company scammed people into giving them money for a service that I could have done myself. We called up the account manager to cancel the service and she told us that the {$230.00} I had paid in XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX could not be reimbursed. It was then I was told it was a service fee and not paying towards my loan. When my wife asked her if this was a scam she ( account manager ) said " Yeah ''. We have cancelled this service on the phone and through an email and asked for an invoice for the two {$230.00} " service fee '' but have yet to receive anything. We are cancelling the credit card that was given to this company. DO NOT USE Premier Student Loan Center. They are misleading and scamming money out of people!!!!!

I sent my complaint to you and you forwarded that to Premier Student Loan Center who responded incorrectly but you accepted that and closed the case. Is this how you do business and if so, I guess I should not be surprised since you are a government agency. My complaint was NOT the fee but the way in which the fees were to be set up. My complaint was NOT the fee but the misleading information regarding how I would now be set up to repay the loan. It clearly states that from the beginning, I would pay {$240.00}. for the first 4 months ( their fee ) and {$100.00} thereafter for the next 120 months. THE XXXX CHANGED TO {$230.00}. I was also quoted {$70.00} and another {$30.00} which totals the $ XXXX monthly payment. When I asked for an explanation about this and where does the {$100.00} appear, I received a general response that did n't feel right. That 's the issue that should be questioned and this information was stated in my first correspondence. If you are there to protect consumers, how the XXXX is this protecting consumers?????? Companies should not be permitted to pray on consumers such is what happened in 2008 and why to were created. People were mislead and provided with XXXX information yet it appears that it is allowed to continue WITHOUT PROPER OVERSIGHT.

I was contacted by a company by the name of Premier Student Loan Center about qualifying for student loan forgiveness. Upon being accepted to a program, I gave the company my personal information to continue with the process. They explained to me that they were not an actual bank but a document processing center for banks that accept people with student loans into a forgiveness program. They then asked me for my password to XXXX and I gave them my banking information and social security number as well. I had to make 5 initial payments of XXXX for processing fees, is what I was told. The payments were set up as automatic withdraw with my debit card, I have made 3 of those 5 payments. I then contacted my actual loan service provider that is listed in my XXXX to tell them that I was only able to make half payment this week and then the other half next and was told that I do not owe any money at this point in time and that my loan was to be submitted next XXXX ( 2019 ) for student loan forgiveness acceptance. The person that I spoke with today informed me that Premier Student Loan Center was probably a fraudulent company and to not give them any more money and to immediately contact my bank and you guys.

Premier Student Loan Center was a third party company that called me about student loan forgivness. I jumped on the idea as I had heard about it and was struggling to make payments. The company told me I had to pay a fee to enroll and then I would have to pay just XXXX dollars a month for 20 years which would cover my loan, totalling at around XXXX total. as opposed to XXXX and change. Apparently, they were going to lie about my income to have my loan not be paid at all. Meaning they would report I make so little that my payments would actually be zero ; that is until my income is shown to be more, in which case I would start to pay my loan back again, while still paying them the total of XXXX over 20 years. Originally I was told that the XXXX was to pay off my loan. This is incorrect because the company gets 100 % of that money. While my loan would 've only been deferred until I show that I make more money, in which case intrest would still be growing on the loan, etc, etc. It was false advertisement and In the long run I would 've paid the XXXX and change plus the XXXX to premier student loan center. Which is no way to help a student forgive their loan.. Pretty messed up if you ask me.

I received a phone call on Monday, XXXX XXXX, 2017 at around XXXX from a company called Premier student loan center claiming that they worked to help people deal with their student debt in which they call a forgiveness loan. They asked me if I owed more than XXXX dollars so I said yes. They asked for my name, address and name of the company where I am currently paying my student loans. They were able to pull up my information and said that I qualified for the maximum amount which would lower it from XXXX to XXXX. All I had to do was pay a fee of XXXX for 5 months for their services in which after I made the five payments I would only be paying XXXX dollars a month toward my loans. They asked me to provide my social security and card number for these payments. I was then charged for the first month which was the XXXX dollars. On Wednesday XXXX XXXX, I called the company where I have my student loans and told them about the call I received from Premier student loan center. Once I told them about the situation they told me that it was all a scam all loan forgiveness should be done within the same company free of charge and that they had not been contacted from any company by that name.

I was looking to consolidate my student loans and hoping to get some of my loans forgiven. A third party company, Premier Student Loans, reached out to me stating that they were going to handle my loans and that there would be a {$0.00} payment towards my loans for 10 years unless I want to make payments. After the 10 years, all of my student loans would be forgiven. The only catch is that I have to make 6 payments of $ XXXX/month so they can certify that my loan payment is {$0.00}. After that, it would be $ XXXX/month for the next 10 years, but that will not go for my loans, only in their pockets. What I later realized, was that my loans are serviced through XXXX XXXX, and this particular third party company is not affiliated with XXXX XXXX. XXXX XXXX did see my balance of {$0.00} towards my student loans, but did not see any other transactions taken out. I am in a grace period, and I am not required to make any payments at this time, so this company took over {$1100.00} of my money that is not even going towards my student loans. I am a XXXX and unless you have been XXXX for 5 years, loans can not be forgiven. I have only been XXXX for 3 years, so I was given misled information.

On XX/XX/XXXX I contacted a number I found in an article on XXXX regarding a student loan forgiveness program. I spoke to a young man named XXXX. He gave me a direct number of XXXX. He logged into my student loan information online and told me I was approved for a relief program. I would pay {$13.00} and some odd cents for 102 months. After those payments were on time the remaining student loan debt would be forgiven and my student loans would be payed off by his company. He told me his company would pay off XXXX and take over my debt. My payments would go directly to them. On XX/XX/XXXX, I noticed a withdraw to premier student loan center for {$180.00}. When I attempted to call the number given to me by XXXX, I was sent to a voicemail. I left my contact info and received a call back shortly. I was asked, " Are you interested in student loan forgiveness? '' When my answer was anything but " yes '' the call was immediately ended without explanation. This happened 3 different times with 3 different callers. I feel like I have been scammed and am ashamed that I fell for it. I am just an honest woman trying to lower my bills and improve my credit score.

I started business with Premier Student Loans Im XX/XX/2017. At this point I have put in at least XXXX towards my student loans through Premier. Then it turn out they are being sued for unethical business practices. I reported the payment I made to them to my bank, but my bank was only willing to help me with three of them ... and they may take that money back from me anyway. I want my money back. I owe over XXXX for school loans. In the meantime, my loan amounts seem to be going up. At one point, my student loan withdrawals from a Premier showed on my checking account statement as another company NOT Premier. I was told by a representative that it was okay and was normal because the company works with different businesses? This year I finish my XXXX XXXX this year and will need to start paying ASAP. Yesterday, Premier attempted to debit from my checking account twice! And it was for amounts that I have never paid before ( XXXX dollars twice ). I want my money back so I can actually give this money to the Department of Education for my loans. and of course all of this is happening during the holidays. I am completely disheartened.

XX/XX/XXXX - contacted Premier Student Loan Center to consolidate my student loans and participate in the Public Service Loan Forgiveness Act, as I was working for a nonprofit XXXX. My federal loans were consolidated at this time and my payment was reduced significantly. XX/XX/XXXX - XXXX XXXX XXXX reached out to have me recertify for Public Service Loan Forgiveness ( PSLF ). I filled out the employment certification form and returned it. XX/XX/XXXX - Premier Student Loan Center reached out asking me to recertify again, this time requiring recent pay stubs and most recent federal tax return, which I provided. XX/XX/XXXX Received email from XXXX informing me that my payment would be increasing from ~ $ XXXX/month to $ XXXX/month. I then called XXXX to discuss this increase and was informed that when I consolidated my loans through Premier Student Loan Center, I was able to get such a low monthly payment because they had claimed 5 dependents on my behalf ( I have zero dependents. ) I placed my loans in forebearance for two months while sorting this out and now have an adequate repayment plan through XXXX.

In XXXX of 2018, I received a call from Premiere Student Loan Center saying that I could enroll in a Loan Forgiveness program where I could pay 5 enrollment fees and then start paying {$10.00} a month until the payments were complete and that would pay off my {$10000.00} student loans. When I tried to contact someone in regards to switching methods of payments, all emails that I emailed were inactive and no one was answering the phone number that I was provided. When I finally reached some one over the phone, they told me that XXXX XXXX, the lady that I originally spoke with to set this up, was no longer working there and I was put in contact with a new person by the name of XXXX XXXX. I asked him to transfer me over to the payment services department so that I could discontinue my services with them, he hung up in my face and has not answered my calls since then. I am totally mind blown at the news and reviews that I have received about this company and the " SCAM '' that they on running. I would like to get in contact with someone from Premier Student Loan Center as soon as possible.

On the XXXX XXXX XXXX I reveived a call from an unknown number ( XXXX ) which has since been discontinued. The representative on the other end, XXXX XXXX ( working for Premier Student Loan Center ), offered to help reduce my student loan debt by way of consolidation. This service he offered, according to him, requred an enrollment fee of {$220.00} to be made for 4 months on the XXXX of each month. In order to move the consolidation request forward he required my personal information. I was n't able to submit the requested documents before the first payment ( they were submitted on XXXX XXXX ) and I had been charged regardless. On XXXX XXXX I made attempts to resolve my complaints via phone ( XXXX ) and email ( XXXX ). However my efforts proved useless as XXXX said they moved my request forward and it is irreversible. I am required to pay the enrollment fees even though they do nothing to pay for my loans. I also seek advice on how to move forward past this.

Good day, My name is XXXX XXXX. I had been recently enrolled in student loan repayments with Premier Student Loans ( They also go by Premiere with an " e '' student loans ), who had claimed to have taken full access to my student loan repayment plan and had set up a payment process with me. I had made at least 10 payments or more with them at {$40.00} a month. As well an initial " set up fee '' of over 400 $ with them. I have bank statements and correspondence to prove such. I had called their number recently to make last months payment only to hear the recording regarding their lawsuit, which completely shocked me. I am really writing this email to find out what the next steps are to retrieving my money or filing a claim against them regarding their fraudulent activities. I am pretty sure I am one of many, however, I am extremely disgruntled by this and would like to gain some understanding of next steps. Kindly advise. Best regards, XXXX XXXX XXXX ( XXXX ) XXXX

I was contacted by Premier Student Loans in XX/XX/XXXX about assisting me with loan consolidations and reducing my student loan balances and payments. They informed me that they could reduce my student loans so that I only paid {$5000.00} of the {$30000.00} I owe in $ XXXX/month increments. I paid their fee in 3 monthly installments and have been supposedly paying {$20.00} a month towards my loan balances since then. Today, I checked my loan payment history with XXXX and Premier has made NO payments towards the balance of my loan even though this {$20.00} a month was supposed to be paid to the balance of my loan. Today, XX/XX/XXXX I have made multiple attempts to email Premier to get my payments applied to my loan and the emails are returned as undeliverable. Their website is also " down for maintenance '' at this time. Due to not being able to get in touch with them, I have instructed my bank to stop all future payments and I intend to seek restitution for these payments.

In XXXX of 2018 I consolidated my loans with Premier Student Loans. Upon receiving an email from the Federal Bureau of Consumer Finance I contacted XXXX Student Loans as directed. Upon reaching out to them and going through the paperwork filed by Premier Student Loans it was made evident they were lying on my paperwork by stating I had four extra dependents in order to reduce my student loan payment. This low payment did not cover the interest and my loan amount has now raised by nearly {$3000.00} without reducing any of the principal. Not to mention I now have to suddenly make changes to my entire budget to begin paying a payment of {$300.00} more than I was before. I am seeking to gain more information on the lawsuit against this company and to join the lawsuit if possible. I have documentation and every email received from this company that I would be happy to share.

On XX/XX/XXXX, I was enrolled in what I now understand is a scam being perpetuated by Premier Student Loan Center related to federal student loan consolidation and enrollment in repayment plan. Premier Student Loan Center charged me {$240.00} for 4 months ( XX/XX/XXXX- XX/XX/XXXX ) for " enrollment fees '' and has since been charging me {$30.00} per month in re-occurring fees. The services they provided are all services which I could have received for free and Premier Student Loan Center continues to scam borrowers into paying additional fees by telling consumers that additional repayment plans are available through them. In addition, Premier Student Loan Center gave my loan servicer a false email address for me and it also requested sensitive data, including my FSA information.

I have been paying Premier Student Loans {$30.00} a month to " pay '' XXXX XXXX on my student loan. They were supposed to take care of my payment and all of the paperwork to get me recertified for the Income Based Saving Plan when the time came. Also the Public Service Loan Plan. They were supposed to be paying towards my loan. I did not know that they were not putting the money towards anything on the loan. I have tried to contact them but they are being sued and their phones are turned off. They have a message that now runs saying to get on a website and contact Dept. of Ed. because they are being sued.

I was contacted via cell phone and told that I could have my {$46000.00} in student loan debt settled for over 80 % less than what I owed. I was to pay a fee of {$1000.00} first, then I would pay {$30.00} each month for the next 30 years, and then the rest of my balance would be forgiven. I took that to mean each month the {$30.00} that were being directly withdrawn from my checking account was going towards my loans. That was not the case. XXXX had not received any of the money I had paid, and I was near having my loans go into default. I paid Premier student loan for over a year.

I was contacted by Premier Student Loan Center and they told me that they would consolidate my loans and forgive them after I paid them {$200.00} for the first 6 months and then an additional {$30.00} a month for 240 months. The XXXX dollars being for filing paperwork and the XXXX dollars a month would go toward my loan. I have checked with my loan servicer and my loan amount has not changed. Then I called Premier and they tell me that the monthly fee is for their paperwork services and that I'm not paying my loan down through them at all. I was lied to and I want my money back.

This Company is a total Scam. They promised to consolidate student loans into a lower payment and charge a monthly fee. They make it seem as if the amount you are paying is going towards your student loans. In fact, they keep all of it and loans go into default. Also, they use abusive and illegal telemarketing to sucker in customers. They call several times a day on my cell phone which is on the do not call list. All of those calls are violations of the TCPA. I have already reported them to the XXXX, the California attorney general and no one seems to care.

I signed up with a Document Preparation company called Premier Student Loan Center to help lower my student loans. The first payment started around XX/XX/2018 where they charged me over {$200.00} a month for the first five months or so, then my payments lowered. Since XX/XX/2018, I have been making monthly payments to them and to my student loan lender. Although my payments are low/affordable, I am worried that information may have been falsified to lower my loans and the fact that they are charging me monthly isn't right either.
