On XX/XX/XXXX, my son went in to Premier Auto located on XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX, AZ XXXX. He went in to see about purchasing a used car with his fiance. My son 's name is XXXX XXXX and since I had been into this dealership 1 1/2 years ago, they still had a file for me under XXXX XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX my new legal name was XXXX XXXX XXXX The salesperson assumed that my son 's fiance was me and he pulled my son 's credit and my credit. He pulled my credit without permission. I was not even at the dealership. I was not co-signing and had nothing to do with this transaction. I received a notification from 2 of my credit bureaus that a hard inquiry was done on my account and immediately contacted the dealership. My son was still there and confirmed that he never even brought up my name. The salesperson apologized and said it was his fault but didn't know how to fix it. I have been dealing with XXXX at XXXX since XXXX to get this inquiry off my credit report. Although he has been helpful and responsive, the inquiry is stil on XXXX and XXXX and it has been approximately 3.5 months. I am getting frustrated and feel that they are giving me the run around. All that I am requesting is that the hard inquiry be removed from both of my credit reports as they pulled my credit report fraudulently. Thank you for your time. Please contact me if you need further information.
