company predatory lending complaint. Broker lied about pricing and presented false good faith estimates. Further the broker illegally added .53 points on the loan when drawing up final docs that were never presented at any other time, on multiple estimates. Docs were set to close on XX/XX/2020 but I found the extra fees and quickly complained and asked for an explanation. A valid explanation was never offered, and the pricing I was previously given and relied on was refused to be honored by XXXX XXXX which he has an obligation to do.
I wanted the pricing I was given when rate was locked but since they are refusing - which i challenge their ability to legal do that- I want a refund of appraisal cost that was ordered under false pretenses. Additionally, the lender suggested refunding costs for his errors outside of escrow which seems unlawful as it would still inflate the borrowing costs and add amortization onto these costs that I am in essence being refunded.
I want this firm investigating for fraudulent and predatory lending practices as I am now a victim of their lies.

I received a closing statement from a Mortgage Bank in Puerto Rico called Preferred Mortgage. I am one of the heirs and was not part of the transaction or the negotiation of terms and conditions. The statement states that the closing already happened and it is my believe that the closing costs are inflated. In the statement it states that the seller will pay for all closing costs and I was not part of this decision.
