This company offers you an incentive of giving you the appraisal fees returned after 3 weeks for a value of {$700.00}, and then they don't want to pay, they are rude never pick up the phone and pretend to have multiple people picking up the phone when is always the same guy.
They made me spent months calling them every week more than 3 times a week and always telling me a different story such as " I am on a meeting '', he is not here today, " XXXX XXXX has to pay '' of course I had to pay interests on tht aamount on my card.
I understand that if it was my responsibility I would pay, but they offered something and lying is not tolerable.
They tell you they are in a meeting or even blame the other companies associated with them. They couldn't not go more unprofessional and shadier.
