I received a phone message from a Guy named XXXX at XXXX ext XXXX. They only thing he said is that he had information on where I worked and to give him a call. When I called to speak to him today in regards to what it was for, he did not verify any information with me. He could n't verify it by caller ID because I called from my place of employment. He only asked me for my name and that was it. He did not mini Miranda me and did not tell me that it was an attempt to collect a debt. He then disclosed my ex-husband name to me, the name of the original creditor, and the amount that was owed. He did not verify by ssn, address, dob, phone number nothing that it was truly me he was talking to. It could have been anybody calling in stating my name and he just disclosed all that information to me without truly knowing who I was. I offered {$50.00} per month until my wages that are currently being garnished is paid off then I could start paying more. XXXX refused to try to work with me and made the comment that this conversation was going nowhere and hung up on me. Did n't give me an opportunity to try to offer a different amount or anything. After he hung up on me, he immediately turned my file over to the legal department so then when I called to talk to his supervisor, he was n't willing to work with me either. It really disturbs me that XXXX disclosed that much information to me without verifying who I was and hung up on me before I could try to get something worked out.

I had medical issues however I was not billed correctly I have been on Medicaid for over 3 years and now being constantly harassed over a debt that should be billed to my Medicaid. # XXXX under XXXX county department of human services. I was sent a letter in XXXX XXXX stating that this would be removed from my credit however her now in XXXX I 'm still being harassed by same company and now they are causing problems with where I work. Received a garnishment paper yesterday for XXXX I will state again I 'm on Medicaid and have been. There is no date showing original bill owed and I can prove I 'm on Medicaid will attach cards to this complaint. As a result of being harassed at work it can cost me my job nor can I pay for such a rediculous amount I 'm a collision tech who makes only enough to pay for my tools at work. I will be taking legal action for harassment on s debt I do n't owe

This lady " XXXX '' from precise financial group called my employer while I was working asking for me & being extremely rude and disrespectful to the person answering the phone. I work in XXXX so they have to ask questions of who is calling due to confidentiality of patients. She then got a hold of me & was being threatening, rude, talking over me, after I said several times do not talk this way you are being unprofessional and not talking like a grown lady. I then said this is my XXXX time asking you to NOT CALL MY JOB, we went back & forth I told her to give me payment options and she was rude an said the amount she needed to collect, she also asked when can I make a payment I said XX/XX/XXXX & she said NO I CAN NOT WAIT THAT LONG YOU HAVE HAD LONG ENOUGH TO MAKE A PAYMENT I NEED A PAYMENT NOW I then said you don ; t know my finances and what I pay I ca n't make a payment today!

There is a bill from XXXX XXXXl being reported by PRECISE FINANCIAL GROUP XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, CO XXXX On my credit report. The opening date of this balance states XXXX of XXXX -- which is incorrect, since the loan was actually opened in XXXX. I then filed bankruptcy and it was included in the bankruptcy. I have spoken with Precise Financial Group regarding this and they tell me they do n't know what to tell me -- they offer no solutions to this problem. 1 ) It seems that I have opened a new account in XXXX of XXXX which is inaccurate. I am trying to rebuild my credit and this is hurting it. 2 ) I filed bankruptcy please report it as such. I want this removed from credit report immediately.

While working with a mortgage company, I discovered a debt on my credit that was invalid. I disputed the debt via XXXX. After investigating, the original company that said I owed the debt responded that the debt was indeed invalid and XXXX deleted it from my credit report. A collection agency that bought the debt some time ago is still hounding me to pay even though I 've informed them that I 've disputed the debt and the original creditor agrees it is not a valid debt.

Precise financial is reporting to the credit agency that my first date of deliquency is XXXX FCRA states date of removal starts on first deliquency if they are not original creditor how could this be if this was placed for collsction in XXXX
