My Mango card had 4 unauthorized charges from XXXX on XX/XX/2021. I closed my card immediately and got a new card sent to me and followed the process to dispute the charges in order to have the {$210.00} ( 4 charges of {$52.00} ) returned to my account as soon as possible. I have contacted the company multiple times by email with no resolution, and upon once again contacting them after 90 days since my original dispute, this is the response I received : " Good afternoon, Thank you for contacting us. The merchant has declined our claim for the charges associated with your dispute. We have been working with the processor to reclaim the funds. Sincerely, Dispute Support '' Again, it has been 90 days, and Mango Disputes Support continues to stonewall me, with no return of my funds yet.

I have requested to close my MangoXXXX ( XXXX XXXX XXXX ) account in XXXX. They said the check was mailed on XX/XX/XXXX. However, I still havent received my paper check of the balance ( {$6100.00} ). I have called them multiple times to try to solve the problem, but it still hasnt been resolved. The last time, the representative told me they have reissued a new check to me. However, there is no tracking number and no any status for this.

I have a prepaid debit card called Mango with a total of about {$6300.00}. All account information has been deleted so I can't give exact figures. In early XXXX I requested the account be closed and a check be sent and was told it would take a few weeks.As of XXXX I still don't have a check.They say things like we can't write checks right now, the check is on it's way or wait a few more weeks.
