Ive purchased a XXXX XXXX XXXX from XXXX at XXXXXXXX XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX. He delivered it to my house being though I did not have transportation and I work during the hours they are open. I thought it was weird to deliver a car and sign contracts outside of my home but I was desperate of a vehicle at that time. When I got into the car it was filthy. Rust and a weird car odor. It had a humming sound as soon as I drove it. XXXX sat in the passenger seat and notice the sound as well and promised to fix it at no cost. He included on the contract that he will replace my hub caps, clips for the siding of the vehicle and the humming sound to be repaired. He told me to bring the car in days later on XX/XX/XXXX and I did and the mechanics could not tell what was wrong the vehicle. I have texted him over the weeks about my car but I will always get no answer on someone would say he will call me back. I have all the text messages to prove. XXXX then directed me to XXXX who was the original salesman in my deal and told me that he would handle it. My car was with them for 3 days until I came to get it because I was not getting answers on repairs. 2 weeks had past and after numerous attempts of trying to get my matter resolved I came to the dealership to get answers. XXXX then directed me to an outside auto repair shop on XX/XX/XXXX called XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX at XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX NJ, So they can see what was wrong with my vehicle and promised to pay to have it repaired there. They never followed up with the repair shop.. A man by the name of XXXX is the mechanic supervisor. He told me the part was ordered for my car on XX/XX/XXXX the shop said my rear differential needed to be repaired and I picked up my vehicle after the receptionist told me they werent going to fix it. XX/XX/XXXX XXXX texted me about my plates were ready and never acknowledge the repairs again. They mailed my plates to avoid contact with me. That same day XX/XX/XXXX I texted XXXX and ask him about my vehicle he told me that he did not work at the dealership any longer and advise me to reach out to my salesman XXXX. XX/XX/XXXX I failed a complaint with the XXXX XXXX XXXX and a week later a lady by XXXX called me to address the matter. She told me the dealership was under new management and that the owner was willing to address the repairs and give me a car detail. I came into the dealership on XX/XX/XXXX and they assured me that they will fix my car and order the necessary parts. XXXX told me to set up an appointment for XX/XX/XXXX and that they needed 4 days to repair. I told XXXX that date did not work for me because it was XXXX weekend and I needed an vehicle. I also told XXXX that I would be dropping my car off in the middle of XX/XX/XXXX once ive made arrangements for transportation for me and my XXXX children. I called the week before I dropped my vehicle off for repairs on XX/XX/XXXX. I left detailed messages on XXXX answer machine explaining what I was doing on the morning of XX/XX/XXXX. I left messages with the receptionist for XXXX to return my 3 calls. XX/XX/XXXX I spoke to employees XXXX, XXXX and XXXX at the dealership and explained to them that my car was out on the lot with the keys in the glove department.. A man by the name of XXXX is the mechanic supervisor. He told me the part was ordered for my car on XX/XX/XXXX they assured me that my car will be fixed. XX/XX/XXXX my car has not been repaired and the dealership is still giving me the run around and no clear answer on when my car will be repaired, I asked for an receipt of the part to confirm that it was ordered and they didnt have it. On XX/XX/XXXX I picked up my vehicle and still no clear answer on when my part will arrive. They said they would call me and I never received a call as of XXXX. I would like to sue the dealership for hardship. I am requesting that my down payment of XXXX $ be returned. XXXX $ for a new part so I can get the vehicle repaired at a repair shop I know. XXXX $ reimbursement for the rental car I rented from XXXX in total of XXXX XXXX THE CAR CAN NOT BE DRIVEN IT IS UNSAFE FOR ME AND MY CHILDREN. THE DELEASHIP AND LOANER WERE NOT HELPFUL

15 U.S. Code $ 1681c-2 a consumer reporting agency shall block the reporting of any information in the file of a consumer that the consumer identifies as information that resul from an alleged identity theft, not later than 4 business days after the date of receipt. It has been 30 days and you are in VIOLATION of this law because I am a victim of identi theft!! Please delete these items as soon as possible! These accounts should not be furnished on my consumer report as they are in VIOLATION Under, 15 U.S Code 1681b - Permissible purposes of consumer reports ( a ) IN GENERAL Subject to subsection ( c ) any consumer reporting agency may furnish a consumer report und the following circumstances and no other : ( 2 ) In accordance with the WRITTEN INSTRUCTION of the consumer to whom it relates. I NEVER gave any consumer reporting agency WRITTEN CONSENT to report anything on my consumer report which violates my rights as a federal protected consumer. NO CONSENT IS IDENTITY THEFT. I sent a letter to Prancer Capital Corp dated XXXX XXXX stating that I wanted to use my right as a consumer to NOT have my account with them reported. I outlined in the letter that 15usc 1681A2at states that Transactions and Experiences are EXCLUDED from a Persons consumer report. I also stated the under Truth and Lending Act 15 usc 1602g and the FTC Gramm-Leach-Bailey Act all grounds for Prancer NOT to report my Account nor my Transactions Experiences ( payment history ) with them. I am NOT saying that I don't owe the debt, I have every intention to continue to make my monthly payments. Prancer sent a letter back stating that they are reporting my account correctly and that there will be NO changes. I DO NOT want this Account reporting on my consumer reports! I have attached that letters that I sent to Prancer. I sent another letter dated XX/XX/2023 via certified mail # XXXX. I have attached all letters to prancer and the letter they sent to me and a copy of my ID to prove that I am who I say I am.

Prancer Capital Corporation has been calling me muilipule times a day every month to try to collect a debt, and leaving detailed messages on my voice mail ( that does NOT have my name attached ) Today for example I was called at XXXX, XXXX XXXX and I declined the call, they then called right back at XXXX XXXX AND again at XXXX at which point I advised them to stop calling me, and the MANAGER refused stating that they could call me as much and as offen as they liked. They have been calling me consistantly twice a day every month starting from the XXXX of the month I have 33 Messages that have been left on my phone since XXXX

XXXX XXXX, dba XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX paid Prancer Capital Corp the sum of {$11000.00} for the payoff of XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX # XXXX. Ms. XXXX traded her vehicle at our dealership on XXXX. Our dealership paid off her trade-in to Prancer Capital Corp on XXXX. The check was cashed by Prancer Capital Corp on XXXX. MsXXXX XXXX and myself have reached out to Prancer Capital Corp. several times requesting the release of the title. As of today, we still don't have the title.

I'm not sure how but I believe someone has been trying to use my identity to apply for new credit lines. I reached out to PRANCER CAPITAL CORP to get the inquire removed but, they haven't resolved the matter.
