This is a continuation from initial complaint submitted XXXX, XXXX. Follow up from complaint XXXX, XXXX, XXXX. My HOA, its Management Company and Attorney are reporting adverse action in form of Public Record to my credit reporting agencies. Also the accounting of my payments is incorrect and no resolution to correct the amount that has already been paid. After many denied debt validation requests and ignored emails, I submit information for assistance in consumer rights.
