This is 3 fold problem-Late Payments/ Excessive and Fraudulent Charges/ Still have not received paperwork showing the account is paid off and my lien release for my title : I am writing regarding the excessive/fraudulent fees charged by Porsche/XXXX Financial and late payments reflected on my credit report from XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, and XX/XX/XXXX on my XXXX account. I found these late payments on my credit after I was turned down for refinancing on my home. I had several major events happen to me and my business in XX/XX/XXXX, after each of the occurrences I contacted my current creditors inform them of the events and inquired what options I had for relief. Each time I contacted the customer service department of XXXX XXXX, I was given incomplete or inaccurate information. I could never get any help with deferring payments, or any other type of program that could help ease some of the financial burden. The last time I had contact the customer service department was during a natural disaster issue ( this event is listed below ). I did not receive the information required to properly request relief from the reporting of the late payments due to be a victim of natural disaster. XXXX XXXX coded my account as a bad payer, instead of natural disaster victim, which caused my credit scores to decline dramatically. In XX/XX/XXXX, after a few months of trying to work with the credit department and customer service of XXXX, I decided it would be better to cash out a 401k account and payoff the auto loan. I received a verbal payoff from customer service and was informed the payoff would also be mailed to me, then sent a bank draft which was received on XX/XX/XXXX. In late XX/XX/XXXX my accountant stated the XXXX account had been overpaid by XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX dollars. I contacted XXXX customer service to inquire about when I should expect a refund for the over payment. XXXX customer service claimed I was not due a refund due to late, returned check, and other fees. Shortly thereafter I received a call from XXXX XXXX, from the credit department, she stated nothing could be done about the reporting of late payments on my credit and the credit counselor I was working with is not allowed to speak on my behalf, due to the Power of Attorney ( that has been on file since XX/XX/XXXX ) not being adequate. I was not given an opportunity to ask about the fees before she hung up. According to my records I have been late twelve times over a four-year period, with most of late payments being in XX/XX/XXXX. XXXX charges XXXX dollars for each late fee and XXXX dollars for a returned check. XXXX X XXXX = XXXX +XXXX ( returned check ) = XXXX. Where are the other XXXX XXXX XXXX dollars of fees coming from? Its been over 30 days and I still have not received any paperwork showing the auto loan is paid off. I have not gotten the lien release for my vehicle or any information regarding the fees. Any help at this point would be greatly appreciated. Thank you XXXX XXXX P.S-. Below is a brief history of events : 1 ) CPA stealing from me- XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX owns and operates two XXXX XXXX at separate locations as such I hired a CPA to handle all business-related expenses shortly after opening the second location in XXXX. The CPA retired in XX/XX/XXXX and recommended the services of XXXX XXXX XXXX which I immediately retained the services of with the intention of keeping XXXX XXXX XXXX operating at a profit. Unfortunately XXXX XXXX XXXX did not remit the monthly liabilities of XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX in a timely manner and in some cases did not fulfill the monthly obligations at all. After I discovered XXXX XXXX XXXX was not fulfilling the obligations I was paying them for, I filed suit against XXXX XXXX XXXX XX/XX/XXXX and received a default judgement for XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX dollars. XXXX XXXX XXXX has not paid any of the XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX dollars to this day. XXXX XXXX XXXX was also responsible for filing and paying XXXX XXXX, XXXX 's quarterly taxes. My attorney contacted the State of Missouri about the case and entered into an agreement to dismiss the civil case against XXXX XXXX XXXX without prejudice. This agreement between myself and the State of Missouri includes the relief of my taxes owed to the state of Missouri. This agreement makes it possible for the State of Missouri to file Against XXXX XXXX XXXX for the original amount of XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX dollars as well all fees and fines for failing to file quarterly taxes for XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX ) XXXX files suit against me for XXXX received from their former employees- XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX was contacted by several sales representatives from XXXX after XXXX had shut down operations and was longer providing warranty, service or support for customers or staff. The sales representatives were sitting on hundreds of thousands of dollars of inventory with no way to sell to the public. XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX agreed to purchase the inventory and began XXXX and XXXX it with our own warranty and customer support. XXXX became aware of the arrangement between their former sales representatives and filed suit against XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX. XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX is still battling this civil suit. 3 ) XXXX XXXX was Broken into- The XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX location on XX/XX/XXXX suffered a break in where the safe was damaged beyond repair and several hundred thousand dollars of inventory was stolen. XXXX XXXX XXXX had not paid the premium for XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX 's insurance policy. 4 ) Business was flooded by several storms- The XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX location in XX/XX/XXXX was severely damaged due to flooding from severe rain storms. In the aftermath of the flood the State of Missouri deemed the area of this location was no longer build-able and XXXX XXXX XXXX was forced to find a new location for this store.

I do not think it is a fair service that Porsche financial service department supplied to me with additional fee charged but not let me know the detailed info. Below is the story : I leased a XXXX XXXX starting from XXXX beginning and noticed that there is an fee item called 'Other Fees ' happened in the XXXX monthly statement with total {$200.00}, I called the customer service on XX/XX/XXXX and their answer is that, the fee is a kind of process fee after they receive citation tickets mails from Maryland XXXX department ( Maryland Transportation Authority ) due to my XXXX does not work, and they paid those fee shown in the citation tickets and there is a {$20.00} process fee happened for each citation ticket they got from the Maryland XXXX department . ( Maryland Transportation Authority ) I asked for those citation tickets from the Porsche financial customer service, the mailing date info sent to Porsche financial service showing up in those tickets mail is : XX/XX/XXXX with 2 tickets, XX/XX/XXXX with 3 tickets, XX/XX/XXXX with 5 tickets. totally 10 tickets with {$20.00} process fee each, that is why {$200.00} charged for me in the item 'Other Fee '. That is all info I got from Porsche Financial service when I communicated with them and they suggested me contact Maryland XXXX department ( Maryland Transportation Authority ) to deal with these case just in case it will happen again in the future. I thought it is my fault without telling the Maryland XXXX department ( Maryland Transportation Authority ) that they should send the citation tickets to my address, so I made this {$200.00} other fee in XXXX payment and contacted the Maryland XXXX department ( Maryland Transportation Authority ) and told them they should send those citation tickets to my address but not Porsche Financial Department. However, in my XXXX month payment got from Porsche Financial Department, there is another total {$240.00} shown up in the 'Other Fee ' again. I called the Porsche financial department service and their answer is still the same as before, the {$240.00} dues to the process fee they deal with my citation tickets got from Maryland XXXX. ( Maryland Transportation Authority ) So, this time, I made the call and asked them why my citation tickets would go to their department even after I contacted the Maryland XXXX department. ( Maryland Transportation Authority ) And this time, the answer I got from Porsche Financial Service Department is that, I leased this car, and I am only the user for this car, but the car 's owner is XXXX, that is why, no matter what, once the citation tickets happened, they will be always sent to XXXXorsche Financial Service Department and always {$20.00} process fee will happen for each of the tickets they received. So, my questions are : 1. Why Porsche Financial Service department can not tell me the whole story during my inquiry when this addition fee happened the first time in XXXX, and let me know, the citation tickets will send to them anyway. In this case, I do not have to waste my time with Maryland XXXX department and it is totally and definitely possible for me to avoid the second round of citation tickets and other fees charged to me in XXXX. 2. Even if I am the user of the car, not the owner of the car, does it mean I do not have right and can not be reached out positively ( received email from Porsche Financial Service Department ) to know all these citation tickets info instead of seeing only a pure numeric other fee shown up in my monthly payment. I am not hard to be reached out through email, I regularly use my email box shown in Porsche Financial Service Department to receive their payment confirmation number after I made the payment each month. But the reality is, Starting from my lease beginning, the Porsche Financial Service Department never reach out to me positively and notified me this kind of citation tickets unless I see this case and ask them to send these tickets information to me. And for the first round other fees they charged, the charged month is XXXX, but the citation tickets mailed to them is XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX. It is plenty time like almost 3 months they can reach out to me for this case and we can deal with it. And for the second round other fees charged on my XX/XX/XXXX month statement, I made two calls on XX/XX/XXXX asking for those new citation tickets number and sent one email XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX asking for those new citation tickets number again, till now, none response I got from them anyway. 3. The other fee they charged caused by their process fee, I do not think it is fair, for the first round other fee they charged me on XXXX with total {$200.00} ( each tickets {$20.00} process fee ), actually, those 10 citation tickets payments are only total {$75.00}, even two tickets payment amount is {$1.00} and {$1.00}.

On XX/XX/XXXX I was denied credit from Porsche I am writing because I applied at Porsche of the XXXX XXXX for a Porsche Macan, I was quickly denied because the credit department stated that I filed bankruptcy against XX/XX/XXXX and cited that I had other collections. I responded to my sales rep XXXX by informing him that I never included any bank that financed any car previously in a bankruptcy. I did file bankruptcy in XX/XX/XXXX and on my credit report it shows in dispute because it was being reported incorrectly as an inclusion in bankruptcy. XXXX called the credit department and spoke to XXXX to inform her that the credit report is incorrect. I then emailed him documents from my bankruptcy showing that I did not file against my car finance company. I also informed XXXX because XXXX was not willing to speak to me that on my credit report as stated before that it is in dispute and have been for years, the former bank was XXXX and I attempted to contact XXXX to get a notice of payoff, however, I did not have the VIN so they referred to their dispute department to correct my report. I noted that in XX/XX/XXXX when my lease ended I then went on to XXXX XXXX and financed another car, and if she saw that she would know it was not included in the bankruptcy. I also noted that on my credit report even if nothing was corrected that the misinformation reported will be removed from my credit in approximately 1 and 1/2 weeks. It will show on my credit report anymore as the time limit for reporting ends in XX/XX/XXXX. The bankruptcy occurred 9 years ago and will be removed next year entirely. XXXX was not allowing for any of the corrected information to be considered and XXXX although very nice did not seem to want to pry or pursue further to correct the misinformation. I feel that this situation is isolated because despite me having proof of the wrong information being reported and the fact that I have worked very diligently to build my credit and having no negative marks in quite some time did not seem to matter. I am not sure why I was singled out but I am XXXX XXXX and I know the Porsche family of drivers is primarily XXXX and this is disturbing. I have never in 20+ years been denied a car. I have been approved less than a year ago for a XXXX XXXX, I have been approved by XXXX, XXXX XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX XXXX and my credit union and never had a missed or late payment and to not be allowed to drive this car I feel is wrong and discriminatory. I would like for someone to review my credit application again and include the corrected information that I have sent to the dealer. I have the income and I am not happy with my overall experience, I only love the car. I had another bad experience last week with Porsche of XXXX, the salesman XXXX was very blunt and for lack of better words annoyed that I was inquiring and that is why I attempted another dealer. Now if this is the practices of Porsche perhaps I should rethink wanting to be an owner but, again, I felt I needed to at least try to get some sort of assistance. I even asked XXXX if we could speak to XXXX manager and he said he would check but I never heard back from him. I explained that she is human and allowed to make an error but when the correct information is presented it is only fair to be considered. I also called into the customer service line and was told a more detailed letter would be sent as to why I was denied. I do realize it is the prerogative of the finance company to deny as XXXX informed me however, again I would like to be treated fairly. I received the letter of denial and again it stated that I had a report of bankruptcy and past collections, these items are almost 10 years old and have viable credit, so at this point, I do feel it is an isolated discrimination circumstance. I have emailed, called, and tagged on social media and have not gotten any contact from Porsche. I think its poor customer service and that someone needs to contact me. I discovered that Porsche Financial Services has violated the Fair Credit Reporting Act by reporting my late payments to all three credit reporting agencies ( XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX ), resulting in a significant drop in my credit score and negatively affecting my financial stability. As a responsible borrower, I made every effort to make timely payments, but the financial hardships caused by the pandemic prevented me from doing so. Despite this, Porsche Financial Services continued to report late payments to the credit reporting agencies. These actions are in direct violation of the following sections of the Fair Credit Reporting Act : Section 623 ( a ) ( 2 ), which prohibits the reporting of inaccurate or misleading information to credit reporting agencies Section 623 ( a ) ( 4 ), which prohibits the reporting of information that is not timely updated Section 623 ( a ) ( 5 ), which requires the furnisher of the information to promptly notify the credit reporting agency of any dispute regarding the information it provides. Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to file a formal complaint against Porsche Financial Services for violating my civil rights as a borrower and violating the Fair Credit Reporting Act. I financed a vehicle through Porsche Financial Services and made a down payment of {$5000.00} at the time of purchase. However, I now believe that I was taken advantage of because I was not fully aware of the terms and conditions of the agreement. Porsche Financial Services violated the Fair Credit Reporting Act by reporting my late payment in XX/XX/XXXX to all three credit reporting agencies ( XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX ), despite the fact that I have made every effort to make timely payments throughout the duration of the loan. To be specific, I made payments on time with no late fees or late payment history for the months of XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, and XX/XX/XXXX, and for the months of XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, and XX/XX/XXXX. While my payment was past due for 30 days in XX/XX/XXXX, I immediately paid it once I realized my mistake. Since then, my account should have been balanced and marked as closed due to all accounts being paid and up to date. I believe it is unfair and ridiculous that this is still reflecting on my credit report. The reporting of inaccurate or misleading information to credit reporting agencies is prohibited by Section 623 ( a ) ( 2 ) of the Fair Credit Reporting Act. Additionally, Porsche Financial Services violated Section 623 ( a ) ( 4 ) of the Act, which prohibits the reporting of information that is not timely updated, and Section 623 ( a ) ( 5 ), which requires the furnisher of the information to promptly notify the credit reporting agency of any dispute regarding the information it provides. These violations have negatively impacted my credit score and caused significant financial hardship, making it difficult to take care of my family and invest in creating financial stability. Moreover, Porsche Financial Services violated the terms of the agreement by retaining my down payment, which is a clear violation of my civil rights. This behavior is in violation of Section 1638 ( a ) ( 6 ) of the Truth in Lending Act, which requires that a creditor provide a disclosure of the terms of the credit transaction, including the amount financed, the finance charge, and the total payments. These violations have had a significant impact on my financial stability and have caused me to be denied access to a HELOC loan due to my low credit score. Therefore, I am requesting that Porsche Financial Services be held accountable for their actions and that I be compensated for the damages they have caused. I also request that the credit reporting agencies be notified of the errors in my credit report and that the inaccurate information be removed. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Porsche Financial Services is denying receiving payment of the full amount of loan, plus additional extra fees that were disputed in a timely manner as they were added by the dealership. Moreover, on XX/XX/2017 my family and I were hit by a major hurricane " Irma '' and I live in a coastal area in Florida that was directly impacted. At first we received a warning about a week before the storm, it was still XX/XX/2017 and about 5 or 6 days later an order came from the government " FORCED '' mandatory evacuation as the Hurricane was coming our way as a Category 5. Ultimately, we suffered flood damage inside the house and me and my family had to look for another home, because mold was detected we had move. Given these dire circumstances, Porsche Financial took advantage of the situation and proceeded to remove the vehicle from my home after the storm, before we were able to return to our house for the first time. The area was blocked by the police and deemed unsafe until the debris could be removed. Eventually, upon returning to the property as we were starting the process of removing the debris ourselves and discarding personal belongings damaged by the salt water, on top of trying to find somewhere to move to, I was asked by Porsche Financial Services for full payment of the vehicle ( which was financed for 72 months in XX/XX/2017 ). Two months prior I had realized the dealer had put extra charged in excess of approximately $ XXXX that increased the value of the loan and that was under review, as I had brought it up to their attention in a timely manner in XX/XX/2017. Nevertheless, the company requested the full payment of the loan plus other suspect charges adding to $ XXXX to be paid immediately to return the car ( this included the additional $ XXXX and another $ XXXX they put on top of the $ XXXX which was the selling price including taxes. On XX/XX/2017 I wired $ XXXX from my bank account to Porsche Financial to pay for the entire vehicle plus ALL of their extra charges and fees that amounted to additional $ XXXX they wanted to pocket. After the payment was made, I received the release of lien, title and certificate of FULL payment from Porsche ( attached ), which provided to XXXX as proof of payment. When I went to pick up the car not only did it not start, I had to get it towed to a XXXX dealership, which after examining the car notified me that salt water had entered the electronic system of the vehicle and they had determined it was declared as a total loss. Essentially, Porsche Financial Services sold me at full price $ XXXX, plus $ XXXX, total of $ XXXX for a car that was worthless! Adding insult to injury, Porsche has refused to remove the negative information ( Repossession & Failed to Pay ) they are still reporting to my XXXX credit report, even after over at least 10 times that I have contacted them asking them to do so. Porsche refuses to acknowledge my requests and just keep sending inaccurate changes slightly different negative information. At this point I would like to know my rights as a consumer, since I had to pay $ XXXX to Porsche Financial Services for a vehicle that they knew already had no value at the time they demanded and received the money for a car that was a total loss. Also, the negative information they are reporting to XXXX as a Repossession & Failed to Pay even though I paid the car in FULL+ the $ XXXX in Fees back on the same month of XX/XX/2017, the same month of the hurricane and only to find out they sold me vehicle that was already totaled when I received it.

I recently pulled my credit report from XXXX, XXXX and XXXX and to my amazement, saw that you recently have decided to report me 30 days late on this account. Not only was I never late on this account, but according to the FCRA, as amended by the XXXX XXXX, you are required to notify me of the insertion of negative listings. I never received such a notice. Your company never notified me, and your company filed to send me my statements for that month and when I talked to your rep, I was told that this mistake would be deleted. I never received a billing statement from your company. FCRA XXXX ( a ) ( XXXX ) Negative Information ( A ) Notice to Consumer Required ( i ) In general. If any financial institution that extends credit and regularly and in the ordinary course of business furnishes information to a consumer reporting agency described in section XXXX ( p ) furnishes negative information to such an agency regarding credit extended to a customer, the financial institution shall provide a notice of such furnishing of negative information, in writing, to the customer. ( ii ) Notice effective for subsequent submissions. The Employer of XXXX XXXX pays all Creditor monthly payments as part of the employee agreement for salary ; disclosed to Porsche Financial as the income received to comply with the financial commitment for payment. In XXXX the office clerks paid two monthly payments from the wrong checking account and both payments were paid to the Creditor when the Bank advised that each payment was not funded to be paid. After the XXXX incidents the office clerks could no longer make a payment on the website, or by phone to the Creditor. The office clerks offered to send 5 monthly payments total of {$10000.00} ( pay in advance to XXXX XXXX ) by a Money Order or Cashiers Check by Overnight Mail and the Creditor refused to accept any payment on XXXX XXXX. Since every month that the office has tried to make payments all attempts have been refused and the Creditor wants the car back. I have the money to pay and I do n't want to damage my Credit by not honoring a financial commitment, I have not lost my job nor have I had a family tragedy preventing me from paying. Now the creditor does not want me to pay the amount due til the Lease Contract that ends XXXX XXXX, they want me to pay the total value of the car {$130000.00} plus about {$6000.00} for Attorney 's fees when I wanted and offered to pay they did n't need an Attorney who has claimed that I wanted to sell the car to an innocent person, the car was abused. I had to take the car to the Dealership and it was inspected and recognized that it was kept in a garage, clean, under the annual mileage of XXXX miles. The car has XXXX miles to date. The car is an investment for me I planned to purchase the car at the end of the Lease it is a Limited Edition of Porsche, it is a Targa XXXX. This is a rare model, I drive occasionally only. Porsche Financial on XX/XX/XXXX inaccurately reported that I was 30 days late. I made contact with customer care and established that according to their mobile app which I always use this was not so As per the app on XX/XX/XXXX my next payment of {$2300.00} was due on XX/XX/XXXX. This balance included a 1 day past due balance of {$1000.00} which was scheduled to be paid on XX/XX/XXXX. I paid {$1100.00} on XX/XX/XXXX. The remaining {$1300.00} automatically generated bill for the month was according to the app due on XX/XX/XXXX. I spoke to customer care and on a recorded line was also told that there were issues with the system for the past few months and similar complaints have been had. I provided screen shots ; all date and time stamped to show the inaccuracy of their reporting. This was reviewed by a supervisor who saw it fit to have the documentation sent to the credit bureau department to have the reporting corrected. To further add insult to injury ; After this mistake had caused my credit to plummet by 90 points, Porsche financial Services after receiving {$92.00} in excess of the due amount of {$1000.00} further reported inaccurately that I had owed a past due balance of {$57.00}. Which additionally dropped my credit by 60 points. To date these corrections have not been made even in light of evidence provided.. As a result my pristine credit has plummeted by 150 points not because of my negligence but due to a fundamental flaw in the system of Porsche financial services.. I have had a clean record with Porsche, have made it my duty to pay on time and on many occasions have paid more than the required amount ; Even in light of Covid-19. I just need them to do the right thing. As a consumer who is striving to maintain my reputation with this institution I am not having a sense of an enhanced experience. We leased for 39 months a new XXXX XXXX XXXX. The vehicle performed well, except we had to take it back numerous times to get an air leak fixed on the passenger side front door. Our lease was up XX/XX/XXXX. The Auto Vin inspector sent by XXXX came out, ( inspection # XXXX ) and during the inspection, we were informed our vehicle had been wrecked and repaired. Damage was done on the passenger side front door, rear door, and rear fender. In fact the inspector said the paint job was not up to XXXX standards. The inspector told us we would have to pay for the repairs, even though we informed him we had not wrecked the vehicle. Porsche Financial Services does not provide accurate and clear payments due and schedules upon making successful payments ; and thus, applies aggressive late fees for error on their part. Porsche requires customers to pay for leases and loans electronically via its app ; it is a very labyrinth process to find porsche financial services " module '', which will then take you to your account to pay the bill. Upon using the module, you are provided your due payment, and which I pay every time by the due date, however ; I may have inadvertently missed a pay cycle due to being incapacitated with XXXX, nevertheless, the app only shows what is due. For someone my age and skill, I wouldn't know that additional payments are still due upon successfully making a payment about before the clearly disclosed due date, if payments are in the arrears, that should be shown as well, and fully disclosed. As a result, Porsche Financial Services has not only charged me one aggressive $ XXXX late fee, but two times, within the past two monthly payments to no fault of my own. Porsche Financial Services needs to revamp its module to make it clear of what is due and what is still owed, to prevent people with illnesses or circumstances to lose sight of what is due in a given payment cycle, and with good intentions, make the payment schedule conspicuously clear so that they are not inadvertently financially harmed by your system and design.

During the signing of the contract in the finance office, the finance officer offered me a lower interest rate if I would purchase a package ( key replacement, gap insurance and Eckbond - all totaling about {$3600.00} ). Thus the payment would be lower since he said he would change the interest to 2.99 % and the payment would be same or lower. However, once I went home, one fact that bother me was the fact that the interest rate of 2.99 % was arbitrarily decided by the finance manger at the signing of the contract. This did not seem right. I felt that I qualified for the lower interest rate all along but this was intentionally kept from me during the negotiations, all for the purpose of selling additional package. Subsequent communications ( phone and email ) after I discovered that this practice of offering lower interest to sell a " package '' was illegal, the finance manager assured me that he would cancel the " package '' and that I would still receive a interest rate of 2.99 %. However, the price of the car remained the same, with the package still added. The the price of the package ( about {$3600.00} ) was not deducted when I received the first payment invoice. I have email correspondence with the finance manager that states the packages will be cancelled.

This is the third time I have been forced to submit a complaint for not being able to pay my loan for the lease of my XXXX. I have constantly pleaded with XXXX to look into this matter of their system for online pay as this issue has continued. My credit has now taken another hit because their online portal is either constantly down for maintenance or it just wont simply allow you to access anything until its too late. Each time I've only been able to access my account to make payments and by then its late, but then shortly after i can not access my account again. I've also made a representative aware of the customer service number that is provided on the site to call that is literally a spam number and does not work. I've tried called XXXX XXXX and have asked to speak with a manager and have not received a call back for over a month. I've attached a screen recording shortly after a payment was made and I was unable to access my account again. I also have video of now being able to access my account and the " down for maintenance error '' messages but am not able to upload as they are too large and can provide should XXXX need more evidence. I would just like a reliable system to make my payments on time.

My wife and I both lost our jobs due to Covid19. So we requested a Forbearance only for 60 days under the Federal CARES ACT on XX/XX/2020 via telephone and I followed up with an email on XX/XX/2020. I was told not to worry you are approved by the customer service representative. I received a letter dated XX/XX/2020 stating were approved by Porsche Financial and were advised that our next payment would be XX/XX/2020. I have since then made my payments to bring my account up to date. However, Porsche financial has reported me 30 days late to the credit bureau. I disputed this with the credit bureaus and I called Porsche on XX/XX/20. They said that I was granted the forbearance after my due dates per the letter they sent me. I told them I was given verbal confirmation on XX/XX/XXXX that I was approved for a forbearance and this letter was sent after the fact as confirmation. The representative said there is nothing he can do. It is the way our computer system works. I am requesting this late mark be removed from my credit report. Porsche Financial is not following Care Act guidelines during this national emergency.

The reason for my writing is that this company is being unreasonable, I am a XXXX XXXX who sustained severe injury following a XXXX in early 2016. I leased a XXXX XXXX from Porsche Financial Services. The car was garaged and driven mostly highway and in the suburbs. No city driving. I arranged for a pre-lease end inspection and a surly individual spent time with the car and was noncommunicative about findings. I subsequently received a bill from this company for {$2700.00} ( attached ) with misinformation and pictures alluding to scratches which were not visible. The measurements of the treads were just wrong - the car just passed inspection. I asked to see measurements and was brushed aside. I then received an unofficial estimate for {$4700.00} from Porsche Financial Services. I called the dealer and they said not to worry, I would receive an updated reckoning, which I have not. There were issues with setting up the payments online. We sent a check. Porsche claims it never received the check. We squared away the online payment application. The check was never cashed so we called and made payment. Unfortunately it was 35 days after it was due. There was nothing nefarious or intentional here. The one single missed payment was reported and My credit score dropped XXXX XXXX XXXX POINTS!!!! Given this is my first blemish in over 7 years THAT IS EGREGIOUS and a gross overreaction, arbitrary and capricious. One missed payment of 30 days should not lead to a XXXX point drop. Period. I consider this predatory and am complaining about this result with a prayer of relief of a repair of my credit score to a level proportionate to the infraction. I have sent Porsche and all three credit reporting agencies a dispute asking specifically for a copy of all notices sent to me regarding the loan and repossession. Since starting my lease with Porsche Financial and creating a payment portal through their website, i have suffered monthly with trying to make payments with little to no success. The website has majors issues either always having a " down for maintenance error or the site continuously refreshes itself not allowing to accomplish anything. Unfortunately this is the second time due to whatever ongoing errors that seem to constantly have been going on with the site portal. From " site maintenance '', to not even allowing me to click on tabs and the page constantly reloading I've been caused to miss a payment. Porsche Financial has been a nightmare of a company to deal with the entire term of the lease as i have had constant issues with their website and making payments as the site would either say down for maintenance or just simply not even working. Along with countless attempts to reach a representative to speak to, until about 2 months ago they provided a number that would forward you to a spam call that would never patch me to a rep. I finally did get a hold of someone only after filling other complaints through cfpb where i was provided anther form of contact that is not listed on the payment site.
