I'm showing a judgement on my credit report with this company with a back balance. This has been taken care of and paid in full but is still showing on my report and has been hurting my credit for the last couple years. I have lenders see that " unpaid judement '', that has been paid in full and settled years ago, turn me down. Its embarrassing. I have talked with the company about taking it off of my report and they claim they do not have the option to do so. HELP!!!!!

Yes Finance and Sure Finance of XXXX MO are still contacting me after I dropped off signed cease and desist letters. They are still calling my family and friends as well. They tell me I have to pay {$800.00} each or they are going to sue me. I live on social security. I was trying to pay what I could afford and now I am down to either paying them or eating.
