On XX/XX/2021, I received a letter from POM Recoveries about a XXXX XXXX debt stating that I need to provide information regarding his debt. On XX/XX/2021, I sent a letter specifying that POM Recoveries validate the alleged debt. On XX/XX/2021, POM Recoveries sent me a letter with a bill with two unknown signatures and an alleged statement that the Pt mother gave verbal consent. On XX/XX/2021, I responded to POM Recoveries that I never gave XXXX XXXX verbal consent. I requested that they still validate the debt and provide evidence of the verbal consent, the name and title of the unknown signature, and some sort of verbal recording since the alleged verbal consent is being contested.
On XX/XX/2021, I received a letter from POM Recoveries requesting my insurance information. On XX/XX/2021, I informed POM Recoveries that my insurance company requested multiple occasions from XXXX XXXX to send them an itemized bill pertaining to this alleged debt due to fraudulent claims ; however, XXXX XXXX refused to provide the necessary information to validate the debt. On XX/XX/2021, I received a letter from POM Recoveries stating they contacted XXXX XXXX and they will not provide any additional information to them on this alleged debt. Also, the letter stated that the Hospital diligently recorded the date and time with their employees initial on the Consent and they have acted in good faith since the date of services. In addition, if they do not hear from them within 15 days from the date of this letter, they will resume collection action.
On XX/XX/2021, I sent POM Recoveries a letter stated that they had not validated the alleged debt and they took this risk without doing their due diligence. In addition, I requested that they provide evidence of the alleged debt, name, and title of the unknown signatures, evidence of the alleged verbal consent, and signatories presented. I have requested that POM Recoveries validated the debt on multiple occasions, but they have been unsuccessful. I receive at least two to three letters per month regarding this matter, which is becoming quite frustrated due to their inability to validate the debt.
Your assistance is needed with this matter because POM Recoveries will not validate the debt since XX/XX/2021, but is threatening to resume collection without doing their diligence to validate the debt.

I received repeated voicemails on my cell phone from a number that just showed up as XXXX and said that i had outstanding debt and needed to call XXXX XXXX at XXXX ext XXXX referencing account # XXXX and Pin # XXXX.
I called the hospital ( XXXX XXXX in XXXX, VA ) and they said i had no outstanding payments, so i finally called XXXX and told her that. She was able to tell me the name of the doctor i saw in XXXX and said to call them to verify the supposed {$350.00} bill that was outstanding. She also had my home address and did not offer up a website to provide payment when i asked, but instead wanted me to pay online. I called the doctor 's office and they had nothing on file either so i called XXXX one more time and she then gave me the number of the hospital 's supposed billing system ( XXXX ). When i called this number, it was a menu of options with a foreign accent but otherwise official recording that mentioned free online bill pay. When i finally spoke with an agent, I did not give any information, but asked to be transferred to make an appointment ( to test the authenticity of the person ) and they were unable to transfer me. Then I said i did not believe they were who they claimed to be and they quickly hung up.
Please take action to stop this group from frauding others! It was clearly a sophisticated scheme and they need to be stopped!

The debt was charged off in bankruptcy about 3 to 4 years ago. I have been cussed at. They have called my husband 's and my work. Threaten too have us arrested our severed. Told them to contact my lawyer used. I have tried to call them back with the lawyer and bankruptcy information and was threatened and hung up on. Now they are spoofing phone numbers to try and get us to answer.
