On XXXX XXXX I signed up with XXXX XXXX XXXX or PMMC and Associates LLC in or der to have them help me consolidate my student loans with the XXXX XXXX XXXX . They asked me to pay {$900.00} to simply fill out my application and submit it. I paid {$120.00} at that time and set up a payment plan to pay the rest of the fee in installments over the next 4 months on XXXX XXXX . I was told that I would be able to cancel my agreement with the company if the consolidation went through and I was unsatisfied with my monthly payment. I provided XXXX XXXX XXXX / PMMC and Associates wit h all of the personal information they asked for on XXXX XXXX . I received information from XXXX and spoke to them on XXXX XXXX they informed me that they had received my application but not my income information from PMMC and Ass ociates which I had sent to them on XXXX XXXX . I called PMMC to inquire about this and was instructed that the documentation had been sent and they did n't know why XXXX had not received it they said they would resend this documentation. I called XXXX on XXXX XXXX and was informed that they still had yet to receive my income information to from PMMC and Associates. On XXXX XXXX I emailed PMMC/ XXXX XXXX XXXX my intention of cancelling my service with their company because they had failed to ensure that all necessary and personal documentation was received by XXXX as of XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX I called XXXX XXXX XXXX and req uested a cancellation of service and a stop to all future payments there forth. A representative named XXXX who identified himself as the head of their processing department responded that they would not cancel my service or refund any of my payments and that if I stopped any future payment with them that they would send my account to collections. PMMC and Associates/ XXXX XXXX XXXX Charged me {$900.00} for a service that was not fully provided, and informed me that they would send my account into collections when I tried to cancel service with them.
