PMGI , LLC has made three ( 3 ) illegal, invalid, erroneous, and unauthorized hard inquiries on my credit which has damaged my credit score. Cease and desist, no authorization This letter is your formal notice to cease your unauthorized hard inquiries into my credit report and, a formal demand that you immediately contact the credit reporting agencies and credit bureaus, where your organization has made inquiries into my credit history, to have your illegal inquiries removed. A collection company PMGI Financial Inc ( XXXX XXXX managing member/owner ) used their Inhouse attorney XXXX XXXX XXXX to file a time-barred debt collection law suit against me. The original creditor is XXXX XXXX who sold the debt to XXXX XXXX XXXX and the collection processes continued. The partner law firm of XXXX and XXXX law firm thereafter proceeded to file various documents, some of which without serving me, until they obtained a Judgment. PMGI Financial Inc do not have a permissible reason to run my credit report. The neglectful actions of this firm has caused me furthermore financial harm. Due to my seriously distressed financial condition, it has been quite difficult to progress in a new line of work that I need.

After reviewing my XXXX credit report I found that a debt collection company ( PMGI LLC ) located at XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX, CA had pulled my report on two separate occasions : XXXX XXXX, XXXX and XXXX XXXX, XXXX.

Both times without my consent or knowledge. I sent a letter to the company notifying them of the issue.
