I have a car through XXXX XXXX XXXX I was making payments every 2 weeks like I was suppose maybe 3 times out of the 2 years I had had it never was a problem some new company comes in calls claiming to be XXXX XXXX XXXX I make payment over the phone like I usually do some times check my account for my card it says XXXX XXXX so I called them up asking who they were they told me XXXX XXXX XXXX went out of business that i needed to start paying them I said to them muy loan was not through them so let me see if I can get advice from a legal person only because I was making payments but nothing was never getting reported so I go to DMV to see if I have a hold(lien) on the car the print me out a paper saying it's still in me and XXXX XXXX XXXX name so now I'm asking question they won't or can't answer no I'm like stuck because I'm making payments every 2 weeks or just putting the whole amount down in 1 payment for the month but it's
