I took out a loan to have a bathroom remodeled and new windows in the kitchen. Loans totaled XXXX, to date I have paid XXXX and still owe XXXX. I have not received a statement in over 2 years. When I inquired about my balance and why I have not received any statements I was told that all of my payments had been going to interest. There was a period where I was in bankruptcy proceedings and not making payments but since I reaffirmed with the company I have made more the agreed upon payment. Payments were XXXX and I have been making payments of XXXX since XX/XX/2018 after making a XXXX payment in XX/XX/2018.
