Date Incident Occurred : XX/XX/XXXX The Debt Collector : St Louis Loan/PH Financial Services LLC This debtor did not give me a written notice or receive pre-authorization to run an debit/ACH from my checking account TWICE in one day. I called the company to see why they had did the double withdrawal from my account and her reason was because I did not answer my phone ( it was off, I can obtain proof ) she said " if it goes through for the payment due the due date ( XX/XX/XXXX ), we push through another payment for any past due payments ( XX/XX/XXXX ) '' meaning if I were behind 3 payments she would have ran 3 different debit/ACH 's on my account which is highly illegal. Since I was only behind 1 payment when on the due date she ran 2 debit transactions on my account for payment due and past payment due. The company did not ask to rectify by sending payment back. I had to call my bank and authorize a stop-payment on this merchant/debtor and have the 2nd debit transaction reversed. The company called me approximately XX/XX/XXXX letting me know they had received the STOP-PAYMENT request and the reversal claim from my bank and told me I would not be able to obtain a loan with them ever again without authorizing them to ACH from my account. She also asked me to cancel the reversal claim with my bank ( because they could not dispute the claim ) it was not authorized and they had no oral or written authorization from me. She then threatened me calmly about garnishments that could potentially be sent to my place of employment.

My private and personal debt information was given to a 3rd party who had no legal reason to obtain this information.. My information was illegally disclosed in detail regarding the type of complaint, the amount of complaints and the nature of the complaints. Nothing was confirmed and all my private information was released to an unauthorized party. XXXX from XXXX XXXX contacted me, my employer, my wife and my brother. The employment was verified, my wife didnt answer the call and my brother was the 3rd party to whom this information was illegally disclosed. My brother does not represent me, my finances nor does he have any legal representation to be given details about my personal matters. This company states that they record all conversations for quality porpoises. I would like them to provide this recording and stop these illegal practices. I am seeking legal counsel to address these illegal activities as they violate the FDCPA.

I did a payday loan a few years ago ( 2 ) I believe. I was in a financial bind and I was desperate. I did not want to be homeless. The loan I believe was for XXXX. I did not have the money to pay it back at that time. I got a call last year ( XX/XX/XXXX ) about they were going to take me to court and I was going to be a convicted felon and lose my XXXX. I was going to try and sacrifice and pay it but something did not feel right. I did not pay it.
I get a email today XXXX/XXXX/XXXX saying that they are coming to arrest me and I am going to lose my XXXX and they are going to take my money and I am going to be a convicted felon. I am scared but I know that it is illegal for them to do what they are doing. So my question is what can i do? I am willing to pay XXXX a month but that is all that i can pay. I am XXXX and I dont want to be homeless. I have XXXX and so I need help on what to do.

Saturday XX/XX/XXXX, I got on to try to change my payment date. I seen a link that said change payment or something along those lines I did it and they ended up charging me a {$65.00} payment XXXX in a few days. I emailed them from their customer service contact link wanting to change my due dates from what it is to Fridays. Their solution was to change the information into a new loan extending my payments and their interest. I told them if they can not just change the payment dates without trying to put it in a new loan gaining more interest I was done. They went against my lending rights by not allowing me to change my due dates without them trying to collect more interest payments by extending the loan. I have the email conversation saved

On XX/XX/2023 I applied for a {$300.00} loan was asked to sign contract did for the {$300.00} next thing i know i am getting one for {$500.00} and asked to sign it but did not ask for the {$500.00} TODAY XX/XX/2023 was asked to send over copy of bank statement and copy of paystubs then sent message to sign contract again that i had missed a signature line go in and now it is {$800.00} still only asked for the {$300.00} i was denied for the {$800.00} But did not want the {$800.00} I only applied for {$300.00}. When i called to speak to a manager and supposedly they were all in a meeting. When i try to go back into the documents it doesnt let me see any of it other than a denial letter and no loan number at all.

In XX/XX/2017, I financed approximately {$350.00} with XXXX XXXX, due to financial hardship. I was unaware that I would be charged roughly {$700.00} in interest. Due to health issues I defaulted on this and was unable to make my first payment. I called and explained my health issues and my inability to pay. They continued to call me aggressively ( at least 2 to 3 times daily ) ; this was after I tried to work out a payment plan. I was able to get a job in XXXX and despite my efforts to work out a reasonable payment, they continued to pursue me and harass me aggressively. I have made {$50.00} in payments due them and noticed they continued to add interest, AFTER I was delinquent/defaulted on loan.

I got a {$500.00} loan I paid 13 or 14 payments of at least {$50.00}. 2 of which were {$75.00} few {$60.00} and few {$55.00}. I havent noticed change in payment end or interest. I tried paying {$30.00} online and it was declined as it wasnt the minimum amount. Im able to prepay or pay extra and their system wont let me. They are declining me rights to pay down so they can gain on interest. I calculate Ive paid over {$700.00} on my loan.

The original company whom provided me a loan, sold my loan to another company. However, it has now been nothing but harassment. They call all day everyday, even after sending them a letter with contact permission, they also harass my family and my work place. Every time I ask for contact information they refuse to give it to me, and hang up.
