I applied for a home mortgage on XX/XX/XXXX. I submitted everything, but we back out of the original purchase. We then purchased another new build. I submitted everything to the lender on XX/XX/XXXX. XXXX, updated documents, paystubs, w-2, etc via his website. I remember reviewing the XXXX- loan estimate. The fees were correct, and the rate was correct ; I saved it via his website. On XX/XX/XXXX, he emailed me I didn't get him the updated information to which I then emailed him everything, as I had forgotten I did everything on his website. I recently lost my dad, and my mom was in the hospital with XXXX. I was under a lot of stress. So, come XX/XX/XXXX, and he wanted me to sign another XXXX loan application plus another XXXX with higher fees to the tune of $ XXXX outrageous and a higher rate.
I am a XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, so I am very familiar with the XXXX and how the mortgage process works.
I do not want to sign this updated XXXX with significantly higher fees. Original fees were {$1500.00} around.
He has already pulled my credit. I've shopped lenders and had my credit pulled 4 times because of other lenders pulling this same thing.
I know I originally saved everything on his website, but it's all gone. Nothing is there, not even the original signed loan documents.
This is unacceptable.

Applied for loan in XXXX. Completed all paperwork requested. Completed required training in reverse mortgage and obtained certification letter. Completed loan company required home appraisal ( {$700.00} cost ) in XXXX. No communication since that time ( now XX/XX/XXXX ). No one answers phone, emails or text messages. I need immediate status or whether I should apply with different mortgage company ASAP.
