My name is XXXX XXXX and Im a consumer submitting this complaint on behalf of myself without any third party being involved.
Fraud and racketeering activities have been committed against me by your company which violates my consumer rights and the FDCPA.
Pharus Funding LLC is using extortionate means to collect on alleged debt I do not owe that resulted from extension of credit which violates Title 18 USC 892-894 and constitutes racketeering activities and extortion. This is a notice sent as per the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act ( F.D.C.P.A. ). 15 U.S.C. 1692 ( G ) Section 809 ( B ).
This notice states that your claim is disputed and validation of the account is required : * Bill of assignment * Purchase Agreement Chain of Title *Proof that you are license debt collector to collect in my state.
* A requested copy of your State Department of Commerce and Insurance Certificate.
Requesting if the Statute of limitation to collect on alleged debt is expired THIS IS A REQUEST FOR ACCOUNTING : REOUEST REGARDING LIST OF COLLATERAL OR STATEMENT OF ACCOUNT IN REFERENCE TO U.C.C 9-210.
This authenticated record must include all tax filings ( including all 1099s, 1096s, and 1098s ) any and all trades and or investments and/or interests associated with this account of which I am alleged to be a party.

I received information form my XXXX XXXX XXXXXX/XX/22 that my checks will be garnish for a debt in the amount of XXXX. I contacted the number provided to me and this debt is from 12 years ago from XXXX XXXX XXXX. I never received any letter advising me to go to court. I provide a police report that identity was stolen. I do not feel I have to pay this debt when XXXX not sure if it what I even got. I have no paper work saying what its for and why. Please assist with this matter. My checks will be garnish for something over 12 years.
