I have taken a loan from an online app named " XXXX XXXX '' of XXXX XXXX on XXXX XX/XX/XXXX which was due on XXXX XXXX but i repaid the amount on XXXX XXXX only as per their guidelines. Now as i have repaid the loan the company is denying of the repayment received. And also have not updated their system. They are sending fraud message to my contacts with my XXXX image attached. I made the repayment in XXXX installment XXXX and XXXX, on their XXXX XXXX- " XXXX XXXX XXXX '' registered as " XXXX '' but the whole amount is paid. And now all the numbers have been turned off also no response is coming. And the overdue charges are being added even after repayment. They are demanding for repayment again and also threatening for the police complaint. Now the app is been deleted from playstore and also no customer service is working. They have the complete access of my contacts list.
The customer service numbers are XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX My contacts have received messages from the number- XXXX I complained about it to the XXXX company they said its not our issue try to contact merchant. Merchant, i.e. the loan company said we have not received the payment how will we refund you or update your payment. But the money is debited from my account also i have the proofs that i have sent the money to their XXXX XXXX

I was hung-up on twice by each person in the office.
I feel that I was overcharged on the Garnishment ... ..I was charged twice for Court Fees after My Employer had already replied to the Company. I was already on an existing Garnishment and the Company knew that and went ahead and filed again on me, charging me over {$100.00} a second time for the Court costs.
