I am glad that XXXX XXXX and Attorney XXXX XXXX acknowledge that I have filed four complaints already with this being the fifth one and yet even as of the time of writing this complaint they have yet to offer any assistance and have yet to amend the situation. As stated in my previous complaints I have approached XXXX not once but four times asking them if they could come up with a payment plan in regards to my mortgage and the arrears debt which I owe and at the time was only two missed payments to which they responded " we don't do payment plans and that it's either you pay the arrears or we will take your house away '' and also the other times I approached them over the same issue I was told the same response and I was also told " just walk away from the house and let us take the house and you and your son can go and get a fresh new start " XXXX 'S persistent pursuit of trying to foreclose on my home extends to their lawyer Attorney XXXX XXXX who right from the beginning when I first filed bankruptcy I received nothing but a bad attitude and threats from Attorney XXXX XXXX like '' no XXXX XXXX I don't do payment plans and you better pay the mortgage and the arrears debt otherwise I'm going to make sure that I take your house away '' even when the judge ordered both Attorney XXXX and I to talk to each other and work out some sort of payment plan Attorney XXXX immediately said in a rude manner '' I don't do payment plans and you should stop playing around and just pay what you owe XXXX XXXX '' and he was also taunting me saying " what go ahead XXXX XXXX you have something you want to say to me go ahead and say it because I don't give a XXXX about what you say only about you paying what you owe '' their attorney XXXX XXXX has never acted in any sort of professional manner the whole time i have been dealing with him and he has been nothing but a rude loud mouthed unprofessional arrogant person. XXXXXXXX XXXX statement doesn't make any sense that I am keeping myself in debt when right from the beginning when I missed two payments only I went in as stated before and explained my financial situation to them to which I received the response I stated earlier and in previous complaints. I am willing and open to negotiating with XXXX in coming up with a reasonable resolution to the situation at hand.

I am filing this complaint because I have requested many times for assistance from PFC in regards to paying my mortgage payment and the arrears debt to which PFC ( Personal Finance Center ) has not and continues to not offer any assistance at all. I approached PFC in 2018 after not paying the full amount of my mortgage payment twice which I explained to PFC that my financial situation has changed due to me being a government of XXXX retiree and I asked PFC if there is some way that they can help me due to the change in my financial situation ( I.E. adjustment to my mortgage or a payment plan to pay back the arrears debt etc. ) To which I was told there's nothing we can do for you and that you have to pay the monthly payment and the arrears debt at the same time Otherwise we will foreclose on your home to which I submitted a letter of hardship as proof that I am dealing with a difficult financial situation and I requested assistance in regards to paying my mortgage and the arrears debt yet again to which they responded they will give me a 5 month deferment and I was told that if the arrears is not paid after the five months they will foreclose on my home I have been struggling for years to pay both the mortgage and the arrears which even till now I have not received any assistance aside from the five month deferment and PFC continously tries to foreclose on my home and continues to act in bad faith i recently applied for a government mortgage assistance program called HAFP ( Homeowners Assistance Fund Program ) to which I was approved for and they were going to pay {$15000.00} to PFC to pay for the mortgage debt which PFC stated ( XX/XX/XXXX ) that they will accept the money but on XX/XX/XXXX I received a letter from their lawyer ( see attached letter ) stating that they have suspended and not applied the {$15000.00} that was given to them through the HAFP program towards my arrears debt and I was instead demanded to pay {$22000.00} in order to stop the foreclosure of my home PFC continues to offer no help or resolution till this day in regards to paying my mortgage and the arrears debt and they constantly try to foreclose on my home it seems like they are purposely trying to keep me in debt so that they can justify foreclosing on my home.

I am writing yet again another complaint against XXXX XXXX from PFC ( Personal Finance Center ) and their attorney XXXX XXXX based off of their total disregard for the Consumer law, Federal law, and the XXXX XXXX. They issued a notice of foreclosure on XX/XX/XXXX and I filed a complaint against them to which they did not stop the sale of my house and only postponed it to a week later which is XX/XX/XXXX they have yet to respond to the complaint I filed on the 2nd but yet I was served an apparent " expedited foreclosure " on XX/XX/XXXX which based off of the XXXX XXXX is not recognized here and even if it was my home does not meet the criteria to merit such an order. PFC and their attorney XXXX XXXX have shown time and time again their total lack of respect for their customers and also their total disregard for any of the Laws they stated they apparently follow which they do not in anyway and my previous complaints and their responses are enough to prove my point even up until the time of writing this complaint they have never came forth with any sort of resolution to the issue at hand and instead are more focused on foreclosing on my home. I am very displeased at XXXX XXXX ( PFC ) and their attorney XXXX XXXX at not only how unprofessionally they conduct themselves but how unwilling they are to assist their customers. I would like to see a resolution to this but I highly doubt there would be one seeing as they are more focused on foreclosing on my home.

I am filing this complaint against Personal Finance Center that they have indicated in their response that they have given me a 5 month deferment, which is not true, I was never called and informed about the deferment, i did not signed any deferment documents and they have not provided me with any proof of the document, I replied back on the feed back, I did not get any response from them on the feedback, the only response I received was the notice of foreclosure sale, they have not made any attempts to contact or offer to assist me with options in regards to mortgage payment, I was the one who approached them asking for assistance, I explained to them that I am a retiree and my salary is not the same as when I was an active employee and what can they do to assist me, their response is that they can not help me and that i just have to pay the amount or they will foreclose on the house. It seems that Personal Finance Center do not want to help their customers who are struggling to pay their mortgages, they simply just want to foreclose and take your house away, that is why i am filing this complaint. I disagree that i was given a 5 month. deferment, they do not want to assist me in any way, their response was a " notice of sale ''. I am requesting that the CFPB look into the practice of Personal Finance Center on how they handle situation like this.

I am filing this complaint because as of this date XX/XX/2022 I have yet to hear any response from Personal Finance center on my complaint filed XX/XX/2022, and also PFC has not made any attempts to amend the situation regarding my mortgage and arrears payments, and at this point I feel that I am being harassed by PFC and their employees and their attorney XXXX XXXX. The whole time I have been dealing with PFC and their attorney XXXX XXXX they been very rude and have tried many times to intimidate me and have threatened me on serveal occasions that if I don't pay the arrears and the mortgage off that they will take my house away. And another example of thier harassment is that I have been summoned to appear in court in reference to a personal loan and also to see my salary when the bank knows what my salary is and that there are no changes to it and it is unnecessary for me to appear in court in regards to my personal loan because the vice president XXXX XXXX indicated that they would put a lein on the personal loan and combine it with the mortgage. I feel like Pfc and their attorney are trying to keep me in debt so they can take my house away and are trying to harrass and intimate me into paying off my mortgage and arrears payments instead of trying to work with me and come up with an agreement in regards to my mortgage and arrears payments

I already filed complaint at the XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and I believe they settled this case outside court as Well as the credit Berue. so sent to Administrative of the XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX Washington DC XXXX you can send more detail to the Court or the FTC for identity theft. I also have problem With XXXX XXXX, he is a employee at CFPB for helping people changed my name to other person 's name With other Financial Institution such XXXX XXXX XXXX In XXXX XXXX XXXX. I have discovered 2 of the person are employees at the XXXX Protection AG office her on XXXX. and I discovered XXXX XXXX transfer my money in to her name. and XXXX XXXX XXXX both used faked name here on CFPB.

notice of sale of mortgage was issued by Personal Finance Center, I approached the company and inquire if a payment plan could be done, the VP herself said that they don't do payment plans and the amount in arrears would have to be paid in full to stop the foreclosure or walk away from the house. I was never contacted by any loan officer from Personal Finance Center to offer any assistance or options for me to make payments, no notices were given, the only notice that I received was from their attorney informing me of a date and time for the sale of the house. Personal Finance Center did not afford me with any options to try and assist me in making payments, only to foreclose on the house.

the company refuse to tell me why there is a large pay off when the Loan matured on XX/XX/2023, they will not tell me way or show. or send paper work to way Now they say there going to sue me for a payment.
