XXXX XXXX - XXXX ( GA, who apparently is a subsidiary of or owned by Kinsmith Finance...
XXXX XXXX calls me and texts me with harassing or threatening calls XXXX to XXXX times a day. They also took the people/phone numbers i listed as references and call those people ( my XXXX, XXXX friends, and my boss ) XXXX to XXXX times every day.
All of us have told XXXX XXXX and XXXX at XXXX XXXX ( XXXX # XXXX ) to stop calling and stop threatening and harassing us via phone or other electronic means and they refuse to stop. They call me and my listed 'references ' every day from both the company phone and use their personal cell phones as well to disguse who is calling.
This company and its employees have laughed at my request for them to stop calling and told me they will not stop. I have screen shots of all the recent calls and texts that I can hopefully attach to this.
I have made my payments I owed and altho my currecnt payment is late, I have told them the date I will be there to make the payment, and requested they stop calling, and they laugh at me via text/phone and threaten to, and DO, continue calling every day.
XXXX XXXX has now gotten me in trouble at work because they asked for my bosses number on the loan application. But they use his number to call my boss and harass HIM about my loan. It's scary and disrepectful and sad that these people would go so far as to possibly get me fired from my job over a {$400.00} loan. Of which Ive already paid back {$400.00} and now owe 100 % of that again in interest because these people are loan shark criminals.
Attached is a couple screenshots of both their company number and an employees personal cell number being used to call me and my wife over just the last week or so. Dozens of calls. Also attached is some threatening texts they've sent me.
The texts are ALL from XXXX and XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and employee ) because their is no legal method through their business for them to text me. So they illegally harass me via their personal phones. That's why the numbers are different from the business. But rest assured it is obviously them harassing me. They texted a picture of the loan papers so I can use that as proof.

XX/XX/2023 I went to Kinsmith here in South Carolina and applied for a {$650.00} loan, and I give them all of my information and the lady said that it was going to take about 30 minutes and I would get a call. So 30 minutes later I havent received a call from them, until I called them on the following Monday midday and asked what was the status on my loan application, told them my name and the lady said that I was denied and that I would receive a letter from the company on they decision, so I asked her could she see why I was denied because yall dont do pulled credit or credit scores. So I waited until I received my letter and on the letter say that I asked for a {$1200.00} loan and I know for a fact that I didnt asked for one because they dont loan out no {$1200.00} loan. They only give out {$1000.00}. I believe it was the amount that I was denied, but I know that they using my information to other lenders because Im receiving unwanted phone calls and numbers from different lenders about loaning out loans..

I was out of work for 3 months with out getting a paycheck. I was diagnosed with a XXXX XXXX and I was out of work. I am behind on all of my bills. I made one payment last month to this company and plan to make another one this month by the XXXX. It is all that I can do right now. One of the employers name XXXX is calling my job after I have asked them not to call my job twice. I get left voicemails everyday during my work hours on my cellphone. They are harassing me. I do not want them to call my job or my cell phone anymore. I will get them a payment by the end of the month and at least once a month until I can pay more
