In XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX ( XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, by way of their attorney XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX., attorney XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX, filed a small claims case against me. At that time, my name was XXXX XXXX. I have since married and my name is now XXXX XXXX. The case number is XXXX out of the Small Claims Division of XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX city oXXXX XXXX XXXX ). XXXX XXXX claims to have served me by way of the Sheriff in XXXX at an XXXX address that I never lived at and don't recognize. I moved from XXXX to XXXX, XXXX in XXXX and lived in XXXX until XXXX, when I moved to XXXX, XXXX. See attached law school transcripts, which show that I was a full-time law student in XXXX, XXXX from XXXX to XXXX.
Recently, I saw on the court 's electronic docket that attorney XXXX sent garnishment interrogatories to my employer ( attached below ). Attorney XXXX has never registered the judgment in XXXX XXXX ( XXXX ) and presumably knows ( or should know as he has been licensed since XXXX ) that the judgment is not enforceable here until it's domesticated. He is attempting to secure confidential and sensitive information about me to which he is not entitled.The only reason for sending the interrogatories to my employer would be to harrass and embarrass me, as he can't collect based on any info he gathers. Further, the interrogatories were allegedly mailed to me at a very old address in XXXX rather my current address in XXXX, which attorney XXXX has as he has sent correspondence to me at this address before. How could I work in XXXX yet live in XXXX at the same time? It doesn't take a lawyer to figure out that doesn't make sense.
