Request for VALIDATION, NOT Verification XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, GA XXXX XX/XX/2019 XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, GA XXXX XXXX : Account # XXXX To Whom It May Concern : This letter is being sent to you in response to notices sent to me from your company and more importantly, due to your erroneous reporting to the Credit Bureau { s }, the highly negative impact on my personal credit report. Please be advised that this is not a refusal to pay, but a notice sent pursuant to the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, 15 USC 1692g Sec. 809 { b } that your claim is disputed and validation is requested. This is NOT a request for verification or proof of my mailing address, but a request for VALIDATION made pursuant to the above-named Title and Section. I respectfully request that your offices provide me with competent evidence that I have any legal obligation to pay you. Please provide me with the following : What the money you say I owe is for : Explain and show me how you calculated what you say I owe : Provide me with copies of any papers that show I agreed to pay what you say I owe : Provide a verification or copy of any judgment if applicable : Identify the original creditor : Prove the Statute of Limitations has not expired on this account : Show me the you are licensed to collect in my state : Provide me with your license numbers and Registered Agent or Agent of Service : * Provide proof of original signed contract At this time, I will also inform you that if your offices have reported invalidated information to any of the 3 major Credit Bureaus { XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX } this action might constitute fraud under both Federal and State Laws. Due to this fact, if any negative mark is found on any of my credit reports by your company or the company that you represent, I will not hesitate to bring legal action against you for the following : Violation of the Fair Credit Reporting Act Violation of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act Defamation of Character If your offices can provide proper documentation as requested in the following Declaration, I will require at least 30 days to investigate this information and during such time all collection activity must cease and desist. Also, during this validation period, if any action is taken which could be considered detrimental to any of my credit reports, I will consult with my legal counsel for suit. This includes listing any information with a credit reporting repository that could be inaccurate or invalidated or verifying an account as accurate, when in fact there is no provided proof that it is accurate. If your company fails to respond to this validation request within 30 days from the date of your receipt, all references to this account must be deleted and completely removed from my credit report and a copy of such deletion { to any/all of the 3 major credit reporting bureaus : XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX } request shall be sent to me immediately. I would also like to request, in writing, that no telephone contact be made by your company to my home or my place of employment. If your offices attempt telephone communication with me, including but not limited to computer generated calls and calls or correspondence sent to or with any third parties, it will be considered harassment and I will have no choice but to file suit. All future communications with me MUST be done in writing and sent to the address noted in this letter by USPS. My vehicle was totaled XX/XX/2023, the car was considered a total loss at no fault of my own I called XX/XX/XXXX to receive my payoff amount which I was told was XXXX good thru XXXX 2023 My car was valued at XXXX by XXXX XXXX XXXX which would leave me {$2300.00} to be paid directly to me by XXXX The manager of the branch turned in fraudulent paperwork to XXXX which I have all documentation stating I owed over XXXX which is as much as my i initial loan amount that I have made XXXX payments on by doing this XXXX gave them all of the money for the payoff Now he will not give me the overage owed to me, I reported to XXXX as well and he responded to them which I can provide that he has decided to give me my overage of XXXX which shows just from the math he lied to XXXX about XXXX payoff amount. This has been over ten days now where if he had told the truth I could have another car I feel he should be held responsible for his lies as well as one of the financial assistants who provided the false paperwork to the insurance company In managers response to XXXX he mentions a second account for clarity that is an account I cosigned on a totally different vehicle for my son and has XXXX to do with my vehicle or my account for my vehicle also I tried to have him allow me to take over oayments if he would put sons truck in my name and he said he could not do that so I cant help him I wont pay something off that I am not primary on I already paid A year of notes myself on that account trying XXXX help I can provide all documentation and names that are requested PLEASE HELP MAKE THIS COMPANY DO WHAT IS RIGHT IF THEY DID THIS TO ME HOW MANY PEOPLE THAT DONT CATCH THEIR LIES DO THEY GET OVER ON Sincerely

In XX/XX/2016 I took out an auto loan with Peoples Financial Company at XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX Georgia, XXXX. I was told by the loan officer XXXX XXXX that they did not have an online payment system set up. I could email him each month with a credit card authorization form and he would credit my account. The due date was the XXXX of each month. I did this in XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX. In XX/XX/XXXX the email was returned saying that XXXX XXXX email account with Peoples Finance was no longer valid. So I went and paid it in person for the XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX payment. In XX/XX/XXXX I went to their location to pay the loan off early thinking I had 5 payments left and a loan officer said I missed the XX/XX/XXXX payment and now had XXXX late fees amounting to XXXX. I said that I had not missed any payments or had been late. They said that the loan officer XXXX XXXX no longer worked there and they were not responsible for emails sent to him. I said that I was doing what their employee told me to do but they said they would not remove the late fees because he did not work there any longer. I tried to talk to the branch manager and he will not return my calls. Ive talked to 2 other people in that office and they tell me that it is my fault that I sent an email to their employee who no longer worked there and therefore missed the XX/XX/XXXX payment. I want my late fees reversed and do not want my credit report to show me as being late on this account.

I am.behind XXXX payments currently on XXXX Acura TL, today.. I received a text but no call from a non.business number for Peoples Financial stating I had XXXX minutes to call them.or they are sending a repo.truck for the car. Needless, peoples bank.is n't even open at XXXX. I have no idea who this is, but they say they represent them. Tried calling the number, no answer and voicemail full, call branch offices ... No one is open of course. This can be resolved without this intimidation to already stressful debt. I'm.sole income for my family. No assets, no savings. Life is expensive XXXX with a little XXXX. Planned to pay Monday after resolving a hacked checking account issue which I have documents of.

Tried disputing in XX/XX/2022, XXXX, and XXXX XXXX every dispute was sent back verified even after request all documentation with my original signature but has yet to receive. This company has double reported for over a year damaging my credit as you can see enclosed Peoples are double reporting the same account with 2 different account numbers saying one is paid in full, and one is charged off. Report dates and open dates as well as amount is in accurate

My complain is with People 's Financial. I paid of my XXXX XXXX in bankruptcy XXXX. peoples never gave my title to me or bankruptcy. i have reached out in XXXX and People 's Financial stated I still owe on my vehicle. All credit agency 's reports also that my vehicle is paid in full. peoples will not release my title its XXXX. When I ask to get corporate number I am inform there's No Corporate office. XXXX is the young lady giving the information.

I have a loan with PEOPLES FIN. I have always made my payments on time. For some reason I realized that there was a late payment on my credit report. As you can see, I have always had a stellar payment record with this company. I tried contacting both XXXX and PEOPLES FIN with no successful resolution. XXXX only reporting me late. There was definitely an error on their part. I was never 30 days late ( XX/XX/2018, XX/XX/2018, XX/XX/2018 )
