On XX/XX/XXXX I purchased a XXXX XXXX XXXX from XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. The XXXX was financed by Peoples credit Inc. of XXXX, IL. I lost my job in XXXX of XXXX ( XXXX XXXX ) and fell behind on my payments.
On XX/XX/XXXX. XXXX the vehicle was repossessed by Peoples credit IncXXXX My balance with People 's credit at the time of repossession was {$9100.00}. + Repo Fees. which were in the excessive amount of {$4200.00} bringing the total amount to {$13000.00}. This is the amount that shows up on my credit report with XXXX and XXXX XXXX credit Bureau 's. The amount of {$13000.00} is incorrect and should be less after the vehicle was sold privately or at auction.
By the laws of the state of Illinois I'm only responsible for the Deficiency balance. I've spoken to XXXX XXXX at Peoples credit on this matter several times and asked him why he never provided me with a Deficiency notice for which he's bound by law to do according to the laws of the state of Illinois.
I'm asking for this agencies help in getting the Deficiency balance from peoples credit Inc, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX, IL XXXX ( XXXX ) XXXX Thank You XXXX XXXX ( XXXX ) XXXX

On XX/XX/2023 I had a car company my boyfriend was buying a car at run my credit report ( hard report ) without my consent and or knowledge. I told them that I didnt want to be on the deal yet they ran my report twice that day and then again on XX/XX/2023. And when trying to get my personal information back from said company it was impossible. I would like these fraudulent credit runs taken off my credit report and something done about these guys doing this to another woman that is trying to just get away from these guys.
