Affiliate Asset Solutions , LLC ( AAS ) has stated, that I have not provided any reason why I feel l am not obligated to pay this debt. My responses is, once the agency provides legal validation, I'll be more than happy to answer that question. Up to this point the agency has not provided any information to legally validate the alleged debt. Ironically your agency boast about being glad to provide your license # XXXX but in a quick swoop to reasonably discredit your agency, if you are indeed legitimate, if you are really a debt collector that is in line with the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act and you really believe I owe this alleged debt then why have you failed to put this account on my credit report? If you truly are an up standing collection agency and that a debt collector job is to get consumbers to pay their debts which would work in your favor and benefit your agency to make a profit, please explain the reason as to why you refuse work towards what your agency 's job is to do and why do you fail to follow the law. The agency also alleges they sent validation on XX/XX/19. If possible please provide the proof and evidence that you sent this alleged validation letter, that the itemized bill was deliverable to the same address because up to this point my records indicate that you have not provided any. Also please explain as to how you would send a letter on XX/XX/19 alleging that it is validation when the original/ initial bill is dated XX/XX/19. You also alleged that the letter was sent to the street address in this complaint but with XXXX . XXXX and that is one digit different than the address in this complaint. Please note that my records indicate that your assertion of your alleged validation letter may or may not have reached my address is irrelevant. USPS postmaster supporting response to this idea makes your claim irrelevant and inexcusable. VP of Operations, XXXX XXXX or whom is may concern, let me remind that even though you have a recording, I too have a record of the conversation and in that particular conversation I clarified the correct address so to bring up the issue stating and saying that the apartment number is one digit off and then asked me did I receive an alleged validation letter is not sufficient and will be inexcusable in a court of law. Let me remind you that this information is shared with the Federal Trade Commission, which will add this complaint to its database for state and federal law enforcement agencies. I would be very careful with trying to cover up and confuse the truth. Please supply the information below so that I can be fully informed : Why you think I owe the debt and to whom I owe it, including : The name and address of the creditor to whom the debt is currently owed, the account number used by that creditor, and the amount owed. If this debt started with a different creditor, provide the name and address of the original creditor, the account number used by that creditor, and the amount owed to that creditor at the time it was transferred. When you identify the original creditor, please provide any other name by which I might know them, if that is different from the official name. In addition, tell me when the current creditor obtained the debt and who the current creditor obtained it from. Provide verification and documentation that there is a valid basis for claiming that I am required to pay the debt to the current creditor. For example, can you provide a copy of the written agreement that created my original requirement to pay? If you are asking that I pay a debt that somebody else is or was required to pay, identify that person. Provide verification and documentation about why this is a debt that I am required to pay. The amount and age of the debt, including : A copy of the last billing statement sent to me by the original creditor. State the amount of the debt when you obtained it, and when that was. If there have been any additional interest, fees or charges added since the last billing statement from the original creditor, provide an itemization showing the dates and amount of each added amount. In addition, explain how the added interest, fees or other charges are expressly authorized by the agreement creating the debt or are permitted by law. If there have been any payments or other reductions since the last billing statement from the original creditor, provide an itemization showing the dates and amount of each of them. If there have been any other changes or adjustments since the last billing statement from the original creditor, please provide full verification and documentation of the amount you are trying to collect. Explain how that amount was calculated. In addition, explain how the other changes or adjustments are expressly authorized by the agreement creating the debt or permitted by law. Tell me when the creditor claims this debt became due and when it became delinquent. Identify the date of the last payment made on this account. Have you made a determination that this debt is within the statute of limitations applicable to it? Tell me when you think the statute of limitations expires for this debt, and how you determined that. Details about your authority to collect this debt. I would like more information about your firm before I discuss the debt with you. Does your firm have a debt collection license from my state? If not, say why not. If so, provide the date of the license, the name on the license, the license number, and the name, address and telephone number of the state agency issuing the license. If you are contacting me from a place outside my state, does your firm have a debt collection license from that place? If so, provide the date of the license, the name on the license, the license number, and the name, address and telephone number of the state agency issuing the license. I have asked for this information because I have some questions. I need to hear from you to make an informed decision about your claim that I owe this money. I am open to communicating with you for this purpose. In order to make sure that I am not put at any disadvantage, in the meantime please treat this debt as being in dispute and under discussion between us. Thank you for your cooperation. Sincerely, XXXX XXXX

Spoke to my atty on XX/XX/XXXX to find out if they were ever able to get " XXXX XXXX '' paid since they hadn't gotten in contact with my atty. XXXX, the paralegal said she's been sent on a wild goose chase over and over again. SO I attempt to get this resolved. -XX/XX/XXXX I contact " XXXX @ XXXX I speak w/ XXXX and he said my acct is closed and was transferred to XXXX. -Call XXXX @ XXXX and spk w/ XXXX. Was told they do not handle my acct, # XXXX and this has been transferred to Pendrick Capital. -Call Pendrick @ XXXX and am told that this is handled by XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Call XXXX XXXX XXXX @ XXXX and they are now XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX . Okay, I'm in the right dept. WOOHOO!! - I speak with " XXXX '' and ask if they would take a reduction on the balance due. Explained to him that my attorney has not been able to get any sort of correspondence from anyone regarding my balance. I have money set in a trust acct due to an auto accident. They are the only company that never responded to the bill requests. " XXXX '' says he can accept {$370.00} as Full and Final Payment. I ask to please put something in writing so I can get thid to my atty. He said he can't and if I " don't pay this today, then he can not honor the reduction. '' Explained to him, AGAIN, that I'm trying to get this paid by my attorney and they have money set in a trust. He couldn't guarantee the reduction offer will still be available then. Said " Everyday the reduction amount can be different. '' XXXX??? I said, " So one day it's 50 % off, the next its 30 %, the next it could be 100 %??? What kind of company was this? Why would they play with someone's credit like this? I ask for something in writing ANYWAYS, so I can at least get it to my atty. He said he can not provide me anything in writing, blah, blah, blah, etc. I explained I'm not going to pay anything unless I get something in writing showing that this will be honored. I'm not going to trust a company who's practice of collecting debts is to offer reductions but only if you " pay me today!!! '' or take a gamble and see how much we'll approve tomorrow!! I ask to be transferred to a supervisor. XXXX has terrible manners, terrible customer svc skills, and he's clearly trying to make his commission so I can pay him today. Mind you this bill is from XXXX. Guess 1 more day is going to end the world! I finally speak to XXXX XXXX - a supervisor at apprx XXXX EST. He said he will get me something in writing and he will give me until tomorrow to honor the reduction??? Now I'm getting 24 hrs, as opposed to 5 hrs. Woohoo!! XXXX XXXX EST and I have no email. Called XXXX XXXX XXXX back spk w/ " XXXX '' Explained that it's almost XXXX EST and MOST attorney 's offices close at XXXX XXXX. If I don't get the email before the end of day, then I've already lost part of my time until my offer explodes. " XXXX '' said the email should arrive shortly, and it has been sent to the correct department so they can get it sent to me. Explained that I still need to get it to my atty and then he still needs to have time to review and approve it. Per " XXXX '' he said " yes, no worries, we will wait for you. '' I get the email from XXXX XXXX - Compliance and Quality Assurance Supervisor. at XXXX XXXX EST. The letter states that I have until XX/XX/XXXX to pay. Whatever, I sent it to my atty anyways. My attorney emails me with a copy of the reduction letter, a letter signed by my atty indicating full and final payment, and a copy of the actual check that's been issued to " XXXX XXXX. '' I also forward a copy to XXXX XXXX just as an FYI that their payment is coming since this is the only email address I have for this company. I get a call at XXXX XXXX from " XXXX XXXX, and get told that I need to hold so they can transfer me to someone else. I spk w/ someone else and explain the check is in the mail. I give the rep the check #, the amount, the bank it's drawn on, and he said if the check isn't received by the end of the month ( Hey, now I have until the end of the month ) they may not be able to honor the reduction. He wants me to call the service that's mailing the check and make sure??? Call the USPS and tell them to " hurry '' Are you XXXX kidding me???? I expld this is not possible and I told him that it should arrive by the end of the month. Nope this is not good enough, so I tell him that he better NOT cash my check and to mail it back. He transfers me to XXXX XXXX - supervisor and XXXX said that I have 3 days ( Where did my other days go? hmmmm ) for the check to get there. I told him that if they don't want to honor my check to send it back. If they don't agree to {$370.00} as full and final payment then don't cash it. He said I need to call my atty and tell them to " not write on the check full and final payment. '' This is straight XXXX and smells like they are scamming so bad. I asked if my call was being recorded and he said yes, and they will NOT cash the check. Okay, I'll wait for it to be mailed back. This company has something going on with it that I do not trust. This has been the greatest customer service, debt collector I've ever worked with!

XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX has reported several fraudulent debt on all XXXX of my credit reports. I have disputed the fraudulent debts with all relevant credit bureaus, resulting in deletion because they cold not verify the debts through the automated dispute system. They never sent me notices for all but XXXX of them, and damaged my credit until disputed and deleted. This happened approximately 8-9 times with XXXX. I know this is not really a violation ( unfortunately they will lie about notices ), but it should be. They knew they could n't verify from the time they reported. What they have done in violation of the FCRA, is sold, transferred a fraudulent debt after an identity theft block ( XXXX ) was placed on a fraudulent debt they reported. I submitted block request to XXXX for the debt back in XX/XX/XXXX, and the debt was deleted within the specified time under FCRA. I can only assume it was blocked by XXXX, since it was deleted, and XXXX did not send me any notice regarding refusing to block, which the law would require if they did. Again, all of this means they placed a block on the XXXX debt, and should have notified XXXX that this debt was a result of identity theft. The fraudulent debt had an original creditor, current creditor, and collection agency that was to be collecting on the debt. XXXX of XXXX County, the original creditor, knows nothing about this debt and told me to contact the Attorney General. This was the only debt reported that I received notice from CFSI for, so I requested debt validation in the 30 day time allowed to dispute a debt. Their " debt validation '' is a JOKE, and has Fraud written all over it. The papers they sent me looked like someone obtained my personal info from sources, and plugged in to their pathetic excuse of a debt validation. The information did not match the timeline of my true life events at the " time of service ''. The dates, XX/XX/XXXX for insurance billed, and well, I 'll let you decide the ridiculous attempt at fraud for yourself. Also, these fraudsters obviously do n't have spell check, which makes them even more pathetic. The " debt validation '' has spelling errors, refering physician, and amount refered? This accurate spelling is " referred '' or " referring '' you XXXX, look it up. So after XXXX blocked this debt, approximately 3 weeks later, I receive a collection notice from XXXX XXXX XXXX for the SAME debt. The debt is same amount, same original creditor, same current creditor, just different collection agency this time. Really? I was a victim of identity theft, resulting in XXXX page police report, and they should not even have my personal information, they have no legal reason to, and they continue to share it, add to another database which adds more risk of it getting stolen again. They violated the law by selling, transferring, placing for collection a debt that they were told, or should 've been told was a result of identity theft. It is their responsibility to have reasonable measures in place to make sure this DOES NOT happen, and XXXX should have made sure the debt was dissolved once notified, but they knew it was fraudulent before that. If they do n't have reasonable measures to prevent this, they should be shut down. They think they are above the law, and they are in the business of collecting fraudulent debt, this just confirms that is exactly their end game. I mean, they ca n't even spell correctly on their " debt validation '', which is beyond pathetic. The original creditor tells me to call Attorney General, so what does that say about this on top of the obvious? XXXX has also called my cell phone, which I never authorized, and never gave them my mobile phone number. I will attach FTC Identity theft complaint, but not actual police report due to amount of info it contains. XXXX Area Regional Police Dept., report # XXXX, Officer XXXX

On XXXX/XXXX/XXXX, I went for treatment at the XXXX at XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX in XXXX XXXX, FL. I provided them with a copy of my health insurance card and my driver 's license ( which has my mailing address ). They also took my tel # which has not changed to date. This means that in addition to all my health insurance information, they had a reliable telephone and mailing information for me. I received a bill from XXXX XXXX for the {$100.00} copayment on XXXX/XXXX/XXXX, which I paid. I did not receive any other bills but I did not find this unusual because in the past, the bills were sent directly to my insurance company and all I was usually liable for was the {$100.00} co-pay. In XXXX XXXX, I received a notice from XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, a debt collection company, trying to collect {$370.00} on behalf of XXXX XXXX XXXX for my visit on XXXX/XXXX/XXXX. I asked why was this still owing and they said my insurance company denied the claim. When I contacted my insurance company, I was advised that they had denied the claim submitted by XXXX XXXX because they submitted the claim late. When I contacted XXXX, they said that they were trying to contact me but the letters kept going back with invalid address. When I asked them what address they had, it turned out that they had omitted a digit from my apartment number. As a matter of fact, I received one statement in the mail from them around XXXX only because the mailman had another piece of mail for me and was able to determine what mailbox to use. Basically I believe there was a breakdown in information sharing between XXXX XXXX and XXXX. XXXX had my apartment number incorrect which is clearly not my fault since XXXX XXXX had the correct address that they used to bill me. Further, if XXXX had submitted the claim on time, my insurers would have paid it, hence there would be no reason to bill me. My insurers contacted XXXX in XXXX and filed a grievance on my behalf. The collection calls ceased after that. In XXXX XXXX, I received a call from Affiliate Asset Solution, LLC, who are attempting to collect the same debt. I also received a notice from them dated XXXX/XXXX/XXXX attempting to collect {$370.00} on behalf of XXXX XXXX XXXX. I feel that I should not be held responsible for this debt for various reasons. 1 ) XXXX submitted the claim late, hence the denial by the insurance company. 2 ) When we go to the XXXX we are not told who to expect bills from. Without my receiving a bill from XXXX within the claim period, I would not have had the opportunity to contact the insurers myself to ensure that the bill was paid. XXXX had stopped trying to collect the debt and apparently it has now been sold to a new entity. I feel that I am being victimized because of ineffective communication between XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX XXXX and because XXXX failed to submit their claim in a timely manner. I had provided all the information they needed to submit the claim and I should not be held liable because they failed to do so within the allotted time frame. I have since contacted my insurance company, XXXX XXXX, to contact Affiliate Asset Solution to file another grievance. However, I would like all collection efforts to cease permanently because I am not responsible for this debt. I do not want this negative action to affect my credit report and I do not want another credit collection company to be calling me in another year. I feel that my rights as a consumer is being violated as I am being held responsible for a situation that I had no opportunity to prevent. How can I be held responsible if an entity fails to do what they are supposed to do? I would love for this matter to be settled permanently.

The first call I received was on XX/XX/XXXX. Today is XX/XX/XXXX. I have received a call every weekday, twice a day, since. The second time they called, I answered and they informed me that I had a medical collection that was due in the amount of {$130.00}, from early XX/XX/XXXX. I asked her for a paper bill and informed her that I would pay the debt in full once I receive the bill. She was happy to take down my address and informed me the bill would be sent out, this was the second call I had received that day so i asked that I not receive anymore calls. The next day I received another call from the same company asking about the same collection. When I informed her of the conversation I had the previous day she grew very upset and told me that I do n't need a paper bill. That I know I had visited a hospital in XX/XX/XXXX and did not need a bill to verify that I " Owed the doctors money. '' So I told her that I had health insurance at the time so i need to verify with them that the amount they are claiming I owe is the actual amount my insurance company did not cover. She said that i dont need to verify anything because " i know I had a bill and chose not to pay it. '' I told her that I have never received a bill from the hospital or anyone else about this. She then repeated my home address back to me, I verified that was my address and informed her that she only had it because I gave it to her colleague the day before. This seemed to make her even more upset. She told me that if I paid the bill then and there that they would not report the debt to my credit report but if I waited for the paper bill then they would report it and it would have an extremely negative affect on my credit score. I told her that i work in the banking industry and deal with credit reports every day. I let her know that a single medical collection would not have that large of an impact on my score, so I was not worried and was still going to wait for the bill. She told me about how long she has worked for her company, and all of her experience with credit and how she knew it would severely impact my score. She again she requested my payment details. At this point I was fed up and informed her that i have already requested a paper bill, have already requested not to be called, and would satisfy the debt when i receive the bill. I hung up the phone. I received another call from the same company later that day and did not answer. So they changed tactics. They began calling my bosses personal cell phone. The first call my boss received was on XX/XX/XXXX. They informed my boss that they were a collection agency and wanted to speak to me about satisfying a medical debt which had gone into collections. My boss informed them that she had absolutely nothing to do with my debts and asked that they not call her back. Since then they have called my bosses personal cell every weekday, up to three times a day. Today my boss was fed up. They called her again and this time she put me on the phone with them. They informed me that they were trying to satisfy a medical debt from XX/XX/XXXX, in the amount of {$130.00}. I was furious. I told her that she has been calling my bosses phone over and over again even though they asked that her company stop nearly two weeks ago. I asked for a supervisor. The supervisor told me that they would remove my bosses number and make sure i am not called again. Needless to say I received another call from the same company just a few hours later. It has been weeks and they have completely failed to provide me with a paper bill while at the same time embarrassing me with my employer.

I have disputed these account entries with the credit bureaus and XXXX ( XXXX and XXXX XXXX companies too ) alike. The entries are deleted and then added back without my being notified of the re-insertion from the bureaus as well as this company providing any substantiated documentation to support what they are erroneously reporting on my credit reports. This account should not even be reporting on my entry reflecting that the type of medical facility the alleged debt is associated with. This in and of itself is a violation of my consumer rights. This company has changed the account numbers as well for this same account ( ILLEGAL ). In my XX/XX/2017, credit report, this same account with the exact same amount reflected an account number of XXXX ( see attached ). Which is it? This proves further that this company is not being honest and abiding by the law. Per my credit report, these entries were opened with XXXX XXXX XXXX ( as reporting but they were truly with XXXX and Pendrick but blatantly violating my rights with this reporting ) in XX/XX/2017 ; however, I never received any communication from this company that they were attempting to collect this alleged debt. I have never heard of this company nor have I ever did any business with them whereby a contract was signed. By not receiving a dunning letter, this is a direct violation of my rights. How am I to dispute the validity of an account if I am never notified. Had I not retrieved a copy of my credit report and noticed these inaccurate, unverifiable account entries, I would not have known they existed. Upon retrieving my report, I sent a certified letter with return receipt to XXXX ( as reflected and XXXX and Pendrick ) requesting that they validate this debt. I received correspondence from yet another collection agency XXXX XXXX XXXX dated XXXX and XXXX whereby they attempted to respond to my dispute with them. XXXX XXXX XXXX provided a copy of documents that were created on their letterhead whereby they are arbitrarily stating the amount due for the XXXX account is {$780.00} and {$210.00} ; however, the entry on my credit report reflects {$710.00} ; yet another violation of HIPAA. How then are they saying they are verifying the account entries. THIS IS A LIE AND DECEITFUL!! Further, these collection companies have access to private information regarding the nature of the visit and exams and the facility ; where is the financial responsibility page that they should have whereby I granted permission/consent for XXXX XXXX to disclose this information? I requested a copy of all paperwork that was sent to me regarding this alleged account as well as a copy of any documents that bore my original signature. To date, to no avail. These companies have furnished NOTHING!! How then is this company reporting that these account entries are valid? I am aware that HIPAA allows for certain information to be shared with 3rd party collection agencies for the purpose of collecting a debt but NEVER does it allow them to disclose confidential information without written consent. These agencies do not have consent nor the paperwork to reflect the consent of this information and they are all negligent in their reporting this entry as well as in the information they sent. This company continues to blatantly violate my rights. I am requesting that this erroneous, inaccurate, unverifiable entry be DELETED from my credit reports IMMEDIATELY!

ISSUE : ALSO FALSE STATEMENT OR REPRESENTATION I received a letter from a debt buyer, Pendrick Capital Partners II, LLC, for an old debt that was never verified and/or validated from the previous debt buyer. One problem is that the old debt buyer that just sold it, XXXX, did so I believe out of spite and because they obtained recent info on me from a recent complaint filed against them and they have since decided to send that info on to a 3rd ( or 4th ) party to attempt to collect this old debt and/or to purposely have it end up on my credit report since they now have to remove a different account reporting as a result of the complaint filed against them ( diff acct. ). The second problem is the debt buyer they sold to, Pendrick Capital Partners, LLC sent me a letter ( attached ) where they boldly and falsely claim to have purchased this debt from the Original Creditor which is an outright lie. This is where I should mention that this same account is still currently being reported on my credit report by XXXX who, per my knowledge and per current CB reports, is the current owner of this account. I have not been made aware of any transfer or sell of this debt other than Pendrick sending me this letter claiming to be the owner of the account. Nor has XXXX stopped reporting on the account, closed it or removed it from the bureaus. Also, note the letter does not state " new '' owner and lists a different name and address for where to send the payment to, a different address/state for the return address and a different name as the Current Creditor. So, who owns the account? Who is the rightful and legal Creditor? This is all very misleading and is obviously a bunch of false representation. This could very well be the same debt buyer, XXXX, that is currently reporting this debt to CB just using unethical tactics and playing games. I have checked and can not locate any registration in Indiana or Michigan for Pendrick Capital, XXXX or any of the names they have listed. And because I know how XXXX, who either sold the debt or NOT, operates, I am taking a proactive approach since I feel like this is being done purposely to either end up being reported and more than likely double-reported on my credit reports or to XXXX me into paying a debt that was never even validated by XXXX. Or both. Because I 'd like to avoid BOTH of these things from happening, and because I 've never had this debt validated or the opportunity to validate and because I personally have never done any business with XXXX, Pendrick, XXXX, etc., I am asking for Pendrick Capital Partners II LLC, XXXX, XXXX, etc. to provide the following : 1. Full original Account Number 2. Date original Account was opened 3. Any written agreements between myself and the original creditor stating this debt is owed 4. Full account summary and itemized calculation of alleged debt or services 5. Date of the first delinquency. 6. Verification- # from the Secretary of State that they are registered in IN or MI, or whatever state they claim to be registered in/with. 7. Full name of the actual and legal debt owner. 8. Whether they purchased the debt, who it was bought from, when, and amount. XXXX. The name and address of the bonding agent for your collection agency. The requests are being made pursuant to1 5 USC 1692g Sec. 809 ( b ) of the FDCPA.

I had a medical bill with XXXX XXXX XXXX back in XXXX XXXX the amount was originally about XXXX. Then of course with attempts trying to get me to pay the kept lowering the amount. When I finally had the means to take care of the debt in XXXX XXXX, i responded to letter i received from Pendrick Capital Partners who currently owned the debt. They gave me the option to settle the debt for less amount of about XXXX, but I had to pay the initial payment of XXXX then 30 days later, pay the balance of that amount. Therefore I responded to this notice and tracked the account and by this time XXXX XXXX XXXX currently owned the debt, therefore they agreed to the terms pendrick capital partners offered me. Here is a copy of the final letter statement XXXX XXXX XXXX sent to me regarding the debt settlement. " XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX. Hours of XXXX : P.O. XXXX XXXX XXXX : XXXX a.m. - XXXX p.m. XXXX, MO XXXX XXXX : XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Toll-Free # : XXXX XXXX : XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. Per our previous discission ( s ) with you regarding this, we were able to come to a resolution and reached a settlement agreement. This letter is to inform you that this account is now settled in full, and XXXX XXXX is no longer obligated for any further payment ( s ) to the above mentioned debt. In the event of any payment issued being returned for any reason, this letter will be considered null and void, and further collection activity will continue. If you have any questions regarding this matter, please contact us at XXXX. Our financial care specialists will assist you with any questions you may have regarding this matter. This communication is from a debt collector. This is an attempt to collect a debt. Any information obtained would be used for that purpose. DISCLOSURE : Anytime a creditor reduces the balance owed, equal to or greater than XXXX, the creditor may be required to send you an IRS XXXX " Therefore this account was suppose to be closed out XXXX XXXX, then fast forward to XXXX this same debt ends up back in collection with the XXXX on my credit and i logged a dispute and they took care of it. Unfortunately I cant remeber which collection agency it was with when it occurred. Now XXXX XXXX again another collection agency this time cXXXX XXXX XXXX is now going to XXXX reported a collection on my credit for the same debt that i have settled months ago. This mean this is the second dispute for collection debt i settled months ago. Then i contacted XXXX XXXX XXXX collection agency and they say they received this same debt from pendrick captial partners. Then they ask me for the confirmation letter that i received from XXXX XXXX XXXX to confirm that i settled the debt. When i forward the letter they tried to say the account numbers do not match, but I told them of course they do n't pendrick captial partners sent it to you another company so why would they match. Although the dates did match and the original amounts matched as well.

XXXX XXXX XXXX on the behalf of Pendrick Capital Services sent me a later date XXXX XXXX that I did not receive until the following week. of notification of debt and reported the debt to XXXX and XXXX the prevous day they sent the letter out. I had not received any information prior to that nor was I allowed my due process of 30 days to validate or dispute the debt before being reported to my creditors. When speaking to the representative requesting the information I was told they could not give me validation of debt I would have to contact the insurance company. Another female representative contacted me and did not advise me that she was a debt collector and any information will be used for that purpose. On or about XX/XX/XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. sent me a " settlement offer '' for a debt that I had never received a bill for. Since I was attempting to get financed for a mortgage I accepted the settlement rather than disputing ( in hopes to keep the debt off my credit report ) and sent a check for {$210.00} ( the settlement amount ) on XX/XX/XXXX. The check cleared my bank on XX/XX/XXXX.The back of my check had a stamp stating " For deposit only : XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Pendrick Capital ''. On or about XX/XX/XXXX, I received another " settlement offer '' from XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. This one was for $ {$140.00}. Assuming this must have been a mistake as the account had already been paid in full and I had the cleared check as proof, I took no further action at that time. In XX/XX/XXXX, I saw that the account showed up on my credit report marked as collections and unpaid. I disputed this 2 of the 3 credit agencies. XXXX removed the account. XXXX validated the debt. At the end of XX/XX/XXXX, I received a " verification letter '' regarding my debt due to XXXX validating it. This letter also requested me to " remit payment immediately ''. On XX/XX/XXXX, I contacted XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. regarding this and spoke to a XXXX XXXX. This man told me I never paid him. I explained to him that I had proof of payment. He asked me who I wrote the check to. I told him I wrote the check to the Company listed on the settlement offer that I received from XXXX XXXX XXXX, which was " XXXX XXXX XXXX ''. He said " well that 's the problem, you did n't pay us so we do n't have a record of payment, you can either pay us or prove you paid Pendrick '' The check that I sent for payment was mailed directly to XXXX XXXX XXXX using the address and information that was on the settlement offer. The back of my check is stamped by XXXX XXXX XXXX. This man repeatedly told me that I was lying and that they received no such payment and that they were not affiliated with XXXX XXXX The first settlement offer and the second settlement offer equal the total debt due ( XXXX XXXX XXXX ) It is my belief that they were attempting to scam me to get all the money. The settlement offers are both very different formats with the first one referring to XXXX XXXX as Debt Recovery Solution 's client and a full back page of a privacy statement regarding XXXX XXXX. The second settlement offer has XXXX XXXX listed on the front and refers to the offer as a " sale '' but offers no information regarding XXXX XXXX. To date, They have not removed or corrected the collection information. They are falsely reporting me as an unpaid account every month to the credit agencies and they are still trying to collect money that was already paid. I have both settlement letters, the front and back of my check proving payment, the supposed debt validation, and the letter I faxed in an attempt to resolve this.

XX/XX/2018 - received a call from XXXX XXXX XXXX in an attempt to collect {$120.00} in a past due medical bill. The agent asked how I would like to take care of the debt today, and I told her that I did not have any money to pay today. She then asked when would I be able to pay the debt, and I said within a month I should be able to pay. She then made the comment of " It is going to take you a month to pay {$120.00}? '' in a very rude and demeaning tone. I then asked the agent if she had {$120.00} I could borrow to pay the debt and she returned with a question " You pay your cell phone bill right ''. I took that question to mean, if I am able to pay my cell phone to keep the collection calls coming in then I should be able to pay the {$120.00} amount that is owed. I asked to speak with her supervisor. The supervisor came on the line and very rudely stating the agent advised her of the situation. I explained to the supervisor how I felt that the agent was making fun of my financial situation and asked the supervisor what business is it of the agents if I pay my cell phone bill. The supervisor explained that financial information is asked to determine if a person can actually pay the debt that is owed. I told the supervisor that I understood but that should've been a statement made prior to asking about my cell phone bill. The supervisor became very rude and dismissive as if my complaint was not worth her time. I then asked to speak to her manager and advised that I did not want to speak to no one other than a Manager. She placed me on hold, and a man by the name of XXXX who addressed himself as the supervisor of the previous supervisor. We discussed the entire situation and I advised that had the agent told me financial information is needed to determine the eligibility of payment question would been taken differently. I began to asked what their processing in these situations were he stated that he would listen to the call and speak with the agent and return my call. I told him I would appreciate that but I would like his manager to return my call. Then he stated " Instead of trying to figure out our process, you should be trying to figure out how you will come up with the money to pay the {$120.00} that you owe. '' and he disconnected the call. How can debt collecting agents call people and treat them as if we personally owe THAT agent money. They don't understand my current life situation, to call me first thing in the morning and make fun of my financial situation and be so demeaning to someone they don't know. To make people feel as though they have nothing else to live for but to pay them. Do they realize some people can be on the verge of a XXXX XXXX or even XXXX and one call like this can push that person over the edge?

On XX/XX/XXXX I went to the emergency at XXXX XXXX XXXX Hospital from a XXXX XXXX. The following month I received a bill of {$270.00}. I forwarded the bill to to owner of the dog because they said they will take care of the bill and they give me a check of the said amount and I took is personally to the hospital and it was settled on XX/XX/XXXX. Since this payment was made I never ever received any other bill or calls letting me know of any unpaid billof {$280.00} at all. I have been working on building my credit by making all my payments on time for the past six years. Last year around XX/XX/XXXX I received an alert that my credit history had drastically gone down. I launched a dispute through XXXX to determine what was wrong with my credit and they investigated and informed me that I had a bill that was not paid for XXXX XXXX XXXX Hospital. I called the collectors XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX to find out about this said amount and advised me to find out from the hospital. Therefore I personally went to the hospital and they checked their records and said that I didn't have any unpaid bill unless if it was for the emergency physician Dr . They gave me a No. to call for physicians billing department. I called them and they also said that they could not find any unpaid bill with my name with them. I called the collectors and they explained to me that they were directed by a company called Pendrick capital Partners whom they claim were the purchasers of the physicians company. I asked if anybody called or wrote a letter to inform me of this unpaid bill of {$280.00} and they could not give me any answer. I was very absent and disappointed and asked them why nobody including the XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ( collectors ) nor Pendrick Capital Partners ever informed me of this unpaid bill before they forwarded it to my credit report. The letter that was issued was after my phone conversation with XXXX XXXX XXXX for collection which was to cover up that they wrote a letter earlier trying to recover the unpaid bill received after my phone call on the XX/XX/XXXX claiming the legal time had expired. In the first place how can they say they made attempts when I NEVER received any letter to inform me of the bill. This letter they just issued is the first I ever received. Why would they claim they made attempts and why could they issue a letter like they did after my phone call and after damaging my credit history. I have always paid my bills on time and this could not have been an exceptional. I need an explanation why nobody informed me of the said bill? Legally there should have been attempts either through writing or phone calls made informing me about the unpaid bill and to my dismay no efforts were made.

The original charge was for ambulance services provided by XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX , taking my father, XXXX XXXX , from his XXXX XXXX facility to a hospital after a XXXX XXXX . The service was incorrectly coded, so XXXX denied payment. Therefore, direct payment was arranged with XXXX to pay the bill of {$700.00} ), first on 5 recurring payments from XX/XX/XXXX of {$63.00} each ( totaling {$310.00} ) and one final payment on XX/XX/XXXX , in the amount of {$380.00}, bringing the total paid to {$700.00}. As a side note, XXXX XXXX passed away XX/XX/XXXX . At some point after full payment was made, XXXX passed information on this charge to a collections agency ( XXXX XXXX XXXX , XXXX - an affiliate of Pendrick Capital Partners, LLC ), who attempted to bill my mother, XXXX XXXX ( who is XXXX years old and requ ires my assistance for her financial affairs ), for a total of {$690.00}. I contacted XXXX by phone, who stated the account was paid in full, and the collections was a mistake. I contacted XXXX by letter, showing proof of payments made. On XX/XX/XXXX , XXXX replied acknowledging the dispute letter, and stated they had ceased collection of the account pending investigation of dispute. Nothing was ever heard from them again. In XX/XX/XXXX , another affiliate of Pendrick Capital , Affiliate Asset Solutions LLC, wro te to my mother demanding payment of {$690.00}, without any acknowledgement of the previous dispute or proof that the payment was not owed. Fascinatingly, they changed the date of service for the ambulance from XX/XX/XXXX to XX/XX/XXXX . No service was provided on XX/XX/XXXX . They did not acknowledge the patient / consumer, XXXX XXXX , had passed away. My response was to send the entire package of proof of payments in full to XXXX , along with copies of the letters received and sent to XXXX . I received no acknowledgement of this package. Yesterday ( XX/XX/XXXX ) I re ceived ANOTHER letter from Affiliate Asset Solutions , this time offering my mother a " discount '' of {$240.00}, demanding a payment of {$450.00}, which was due the date the letter was received in the mail. There is no acknowledgement of the previous disputes, proof, or death of the actual consumer of the original ambulance service. Today I have downloaded your template letter demanding they cease to contact my mother about the debt ; attaching the entire package I keep sending them proving the debt did not ever exist.

A Collection agency can't engage in any unfair method to collect a debt by making it difficult to answer two simple questions. On XX/XX/2019 at approximately at XXXX XXXX, a phone call was placed to XXXX XXXX XXXX , XXXX at XXXX that was recorded and l spoke with representative XXXX XXXX. I asked her what information pertaining to their records do they have about the account in question and she acknowledged receipt of my letter for request for validation however, she would not confirm the account was in dispute by refusing to answer the question, Is this account in dispute? After she continue to refuse four different times, I was involuntarily switched over to another representative who identified himself as XXXX employee ID # XXXX and he finally admitted that the account was in dispute however he refused 5 different times to answer the question, When was the dispute letter received? before admitting that he wasn't even sure when they received the letter but stated that it was updated on the XXXX. According to the Fair debt Collection Practices Act by law a debt collector has to acknowledge that an account is in dispute and show when the letter was received Also please note that on XX/XX/2019, I sent a dispute letter, requesting validation of debt for {$680.00}, dated, XX/XX/2019, for account number # XXXXXXXXXX on XX/XX/2019, that is attached with this 30 day non response letter, along with the bill, certified receipt and proof of receipt.Under the Fair Debt Collections Practices Act ( FDCPA ), I have the right to request validation of the debt they say I owe. I have given them 30 days to remedy the situation, which is a very reasonable period. I have received no reply from them, also I did receive confirmation via certified mail that they did receive my letter on XX/XX/2019 at XXXX. Also they should also be aware that if they report such invalidated information to major credit bureaus might constitute defamation of character, as the negative marks on my credit report harm my credit and prevent me from enjoying all the benefits of good credit. I'm surey their legal staff will agree that non-compliance with this request could put their company in serious legal trouble with the FTC and other state or federal agencies. I look forward to hearing from them. This is an attempt to correct any and all records, and any information obtained will be used for that purpose. Communications to and from me the consumer may be monitored and/or recorded.

I received a call in XXXX from the XXXX XXXX XXXX , XXXX . The call was regarding a Medical Bill, of {$740.00}, for an out of network physician ( XXXX XXXX XXXX ). I requested that the collection service send me a letter stating the amount owed and other detailed information ( a letter was sent on XX/XX/2018 see attached letter below ). In the letter, the collection service offered a settlement amount of {$550.00}. I contacted the collection service and attempted to make payment. In my discussion, I stated that I would send an email to the collection service stating what had been agreed to verbally on the phone. The manager, XXXX XXXX, provided me with an email address : ( XXXX ) and I sent the email ( please see attached document ). In the email, I stated that I would mail a payment of {$550.00} upon receipt of a response to my email referenced above that in summary stated that upon payment, all collection efforts would cease and no reports would be filed with any of the credit bureaus. I spoke with an employee at XXXX XXXX after I sent the email, requesting that they respond to the email. At that time, the employee stated that it was a policy of XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX not to respond to emails and instead to " Trust Us '' that they would honor the agreement. My intention with the email is to create an audit trail to prove what was discussed and what was agreed to. Several more phone calls were received from employees and I again stated that I needed something in writing ( via email ). This afternoon ( Thursday, XX/XX/2018 ) I spoke with the Operations Manager XXXX XXXX and stated again that it is my intention to make payment on this settlement balance as soon as possible ( upon acknowledgement of my email ). Again, he stated that the policy was not to put anything in writing, and to " Trust Us '' until after the payment has been remitted ( up to 30 days later ). Tomorrow, I will contact the Operations Manager XXXX XXXX and attempt once again to make the payment on the balance upon receipt of an acknowledgement of my email. What the collection agency fails to understand is that I need a written agreement that states what both parties agree to in order to settle this issue. The failure on the part of XXXX XXXX XXXX , XXXX. to commit to an agreement in writing constitutes a poor business practice. A written agreement protects both parties.

On XXXX XXXX, XXXX, my family and I were stopped in a rest area in Connecticut when we were on our way home to Maine when I was accidentally stuck with an epi-pen. An ambulance transported me to a local hospital where I was examined and released. Later, I received a bill from a California company ( XXXX XXXX XXXX ) for the ambulance ride which was close to a XXXX dollars. I hesitated to pay the bill. I was contacted by a credit collection agency. They settled the bill for a smaller amount, which I paid, believing the matter was closed. Subsequently, I heard from another debt collection agency, which may have been XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX but I do n't recall. I contacted them via telephone and told the agent that I had already paid the debt through another debt collection agency, therefore the information regarding my alleged debt had likely been fraudulently proffered to them, and I heard no more about it. This XXXX was when I received written communication from XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, representing Pendrick Capital Partners LLC who evidently are located in Virginia but also have an office address in XXXX XXXX, New York, which was on the back of their payment demand. The BBB has collected numerous complaints about them. I have listed some of their addresses below, which I found on the internet. Pendrick Capital Partners LLC 7 years in business XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, VA XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, NY XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX FL XXXX XXXX ( XXXX ) XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, VA XXXX And : XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, Virginia ( XXXX ) XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX is asking me to pay them {$880.00} which is likely the original bill for the ambulance. They have sent me XXXX paper debt collection letters, XXXX in XXXX and the most recent this XXXX. I have been combing over my bank statements to find the original debit of payment which I likely made some time between XXXX and XXXX, but have not found it yet. It was a debit/credit card payment which I made over the phone, which I suspected was with someone beyond the XXXX XXXX due to his accent. Thank you for your assistance and support in this matter. Yours truly, XXXX XXXX

I received a phone call from XXXX, by the representative XXXX XXXX from XXXX XXXX XXXX. I asked her did she have permission to call me including documentation with my signature and revoked any rights immediately and that any further correspondence should be done by mail. She replied that the debt by was from XXXX. I informed her that I would not be taking any ownership of any debt or refusing to pay because she can not verify that the debt is mine. She answered saying that she did have permission and that her office just received the account through skip tracing and that she will place a cease and desist on the account to prevent further calling. She informed there a debt owed for the {$210.00} and asked me how I would be making my payments. She attempted to collect the debt many times asking which insurance I had and informing me her office had the right to collect a debt in the state of Indiana because the statues of limitation allows 6-10 years to collect a debt and that leaves them one more year to collect the debt. XXXX XXXX XXXX has committed several violations of the FDCPA and Indiana Fair Debt Collections Act. Indiana fair debt collection laws state An action upon promissory notes, bills of exchange, or other written contracts for the payment of money executed after XX/XX/XXXX, must be commenced within six ( 6 ) years after the cause of action accrues. This means if the alleged debt accrued in XXXX and this being XXXX ( XXXX marks 6th year ), that this debt was illegally attempted to be collected on. Another violation is that the representative did not inform Me of my rights regarding a time-barred debt. The representative did not tell me that if I paid or agreed to pay the alleged debt, I could reset the statute of limitations on the debt, subjecting myself to further liability. The representative also failed to tell me that XXXX XXXX Solutions could not sue me for the debt due to the account being time-barred. Not disclosing such pertinent information displays willful noncompliance and deceptive credit reporting practices.

On XX/XX/XXXX I contacted XXXX XXXX and spoke with XXXX and explained to him that I am not liable for the debt on accounts XXXX & XXXX. XXXX stated that these accounts resulted from a hospital visit on XX/XX/XXXX and that my insurance company denied payment. I then contacted XXXX and spoke with XXXX, I gave him the information regarding the hospital bill. After looking up my account, XXXX found that the hospital did not file a claim for an emergency room visit during my coverage period of XX/XX/XXXX to XX/XX/XXXX. XXXX then conference called XXXX at XXXX XXXX and informed that the original client needs to show proof that they actually attempted to file a claim with the insurance within the timeframe ( 90 days in network/180 days out of network ). XXXX then replied that we would need to submit a proof of insurance - eligibility letter. XXXX faxed the required document to fax # XXXX with attention to account # XXXX. I called XXXX XXXX back a few weeks later to check the status of the receipt of the proof of insurance document as well as a status of the investigation to get this issue resolved. The representative I spoke with confirmed that the document was received on XX/XX/XXXX and that they forwarded this document to the original client Pendrick Capital Partners. After receiving this information the last 3 times I called XXXX XXXX without any update on the status of the investigation I decided to call the original client Pendrick Capital Partners to check on the status of this investigation. I spoke with XXXX at Pendrick Capital Partners on XX/XX/XXXX and she stated that there were no notes stating receipt of a proof of insurance - eligibility letter and that they do not process investigations for any accounts and that all account work is done by the collections company. XXXX then ended the call with me by transferring me while I was in the midst of asking her a question. I have been given a complete run around with this situation and I do not feel that either company is trying to help me resolve the issue at hand.

On XX/XX/XXXX I received an alert that there was some activity on my credit report. I investigated to find out that a new collections account had been opened by XXXX XXXX XXXX. I XXXX the company and obtained their contact information. I contacted them at ( XXXX ) XXXX to discuss the matter. I was informed they were attempting to collect an outstanding debt of {$510.00} for XXXX XXXX XXXX for Date of Service XX/XX/XXXX. I informed them this debt was paid in full in XX/XX/XXXX after 12-13 months of dealing with several insurance companies and my workplace. They informed me this date was outstanding. I stated they could send the information to my home if that was in fact true and terminated the call. I received no such documentation to date. I then began calling several agencies to determine what insurance company handled the claim. XXXX XXXX, who was my health insurer at the time, informed me that the claim was deferred to my auto insurance company XXXX XXXX. I called and spoke with XXXX XXXX and was told someone would return my call within 24 hours. On XX/XX/XXXX I received a call from XXXX XXXX stating that the claim for XXXX XXXX XXXX, which totaled {$990.00}, was paid. I have been unsuccessful in speaking with XXXX XXXX XXXX. When I called the creditor and requested the contact information for XXXX XXXX XXXX I was transferred to a supervisor who stated that the bill was bought out by Pendrick Capital Partners. I was provided with the number of ( XXXX ) XXXX. I called Pendrick customer support and spoke with XXXX who stated that the bill was sold to Pendrick and it is outstanding and that any information I had must go through XXXX XXXX XXXX. My complaint is that this bill has been paid for at least 2 years, and now a company with a rich history of attempting to collect on paid bills ( only for the payee to later find their credit card number was stolen ) is continuing said practice causing undue hardships on payees to have to put in all this work for something that has since been handled.

The false claim is regarding an emergency visit I had made to XXXX XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX while traveling in United States. There was originally an error on behalf of XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. They had sent the physician bill to a wrong insurance company due to incompetency of their computer system in comprehending XXXX addresses. The Hospital had sent their bill to the correct address and they had received their payments without any issue. The issue with physician bill was finally resolved and it was also paid in full amounts and confirmed by a XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX representative. However, during the process XXXX XXXX XXXX had sent a false claim to XXXX, a debt collection agency as well. Through correspondence with XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, I made it clear with evidence, that the debt had been paid and if they had any remaining claims they needed to provide evidence to me. They finally stopped harassing me. I had assumed everything had settled until XX/XX/XXXX I received another call, this time from Affiliate Asset Solutions, another collection agancy, followed by a bill sent to my sister 's address in United States, repeating the same false claim. The new creditor on the collector bill was PENDRICK CAPITIAL PARTNERS who had apparently purchased the unfounded debt. Once again, I enclosed the documents from my insurance company that showed they had paid both hospital and physician bills in their full amounts and faxed them to XXXX XXXX XXXX. I am enclosing these documents here as well. After faxing these documents to XXXX XXXX XXXX, I also confirmed through phone that they have received my fax. Furthermore, the representative gave me the impression that the issue was resolved. However, on XX/XX/XXXX I received yet another call, this time from XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX, followed by another bill sent to my sister 's address in California, repeating the same false claim on behalf of PENDRICK CAPITIAL PARTNERS. I really hope you can help me put an stop to this.

Several weeks ago, I received a call from Affiliate Asset Solutions. They claimed to be collecting on a medical bill from a XXXX emergency room. They told me the emergency room sold my debt to their client, Pendrick Capital Partners. I asked for something in writing providing info about the debt and documentation showing that Pendrick actually purchased the debt from the hospital. I received an account statement in the mail, but I still was not provided with documentation proving that Pendrick owned the debt. I can't be expected to pay someone if they can't prove the validity if what they are claiming. Today, I received a call from a very hostile woman at Affiliate. When I explained that I still didn't have anything showing that Pendrick was the rightful owner of the debt, she yelled at me and told me if I needed to know who Pendrick was I should call them. I told her I was disputing the debt because I didn't know who the alleged owner of the account is and hadn't been notified that an account ( which I still don't know what it's for ) of mine had been sold. I told her that I knew she has a obligation to help resolve disputes on debts they are trying to collect. She yelled that I had an obligation to pay my bill and then hung up on me. I called back and asked for a manager to try to resolve the matter. The manager yelled at me as well and was not willing to provide proof of who the current creditor is for the alleged account. I ended the call because the manager wouldn't stop yelling and wouldn't help resolve the problem. I immediately sent an email to Affiliate Asset Solutions ( at the only email address I could find on their website : info@affiliateas.com ) requesting that they cease and desist all communication with me. I should not have to deal with degrading hostility when I was just trying to get proof of the validity of the debt.

XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX contacted me in XXXX concerning a debt they claimed I owed for a trip to the ER in XXXX 2016. This was the second collection company to contact me concerning this supposed debt. As with the first company, I submitted the documents showing I had taken out a loan through XXXX XXXX to pay the remainder of this bill off as I had been paying it down. This was the result of an accident, however, the Doctors continued harassing me about the fee so I went ahead and paid it before the settlement. The matter seemed to be resolved and I heard nothing else. I asked that I be given written proof that the matter was closed, but as with the previous collector, they just disappeared. Now, I am receiving daily calls concerning this. One day I tell them what happened and they say sorry, and hang up. Today, someone named XXXX informed me I was going to pay and nothing I sent proved it had been paid. The name, the account number all match, so she then told me they have been sending me letters I have been ignoring. I have received one letter, which I responded to, other wise they would not have the documents I faxed to them they claim don't match. When I mentioned they were the second collector to try and collect this she informed me they were the third. I have not heard from any but the first and now XXXX, however, her statement seems to prove my assertion that this is a bogus claim. Why would multiple collectors drop this matter if it was real? To simplify matters I then asked her to give me the account number if it was different from what I had faxed to them. She refused. She would offer no proof that this was a different account/bill and she simply kept speaking over me telling me to go their website. She then informed me I was being transferred to a manager and was put on indefinite hold until I hung up.

Two collections were owed and were being collected by XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX PA XXXX, ( XXXX ) XXXX, ext XXXX XXXX XXXX. The first collection was for {$960.00} and the second was {$650.00} both owed to XXXX Texas XXXX XXXX. XXXX XXXX XXXX was handling this collection for Pendrick Capital. An agreement was reached with XXXX Representative, XXXX XXXX for payment of 60 % of the debt in the amount of {$970.00} and it was agreed that it would be deleted from my credit report. The amount of {$970.00} was paid on XX/XX/2019. On XXXX XXXX, 2019 I received a collection notice from XXXX XXXX XXXX in XXXX IN in the amount of {$650.00} owed to XXXX TX XXXX XXXX. Again this collection agency was handling the collection for Pendrick Capital. This is the same debt that I already paid through XXXX XXXX. It is apparent that XXXX XXXX has a habit of these kinds of practices because they have many complaints through CFPB and through the XXXX for the same kind of stuff. Now XXXX XXXX is threatening my credit if this isnt paid and is causing me the burden of providing proof that this debt has been paid. When is someone going to stop these bottom feeders from doing this to people? To begin with I am a! 00 % service connected XXXX XXXX. My medical bills are paid by the VA at no cost to me. The original creditor just didnt want to do the work to collect from the VA so they wrote the debt off and the bottom feeders at Pendrick Capital picked it up to start their shady collection practices. I should have had to pay this debt at all but I wanted to maintain my credit so I nbegotiated a settlement I could live with. What I cant live with is Pendrick Capital continuing to try and get paid more than once for these debts and using multiple collection agencies to harass me.

This is now the THIRD TIME this supposed debt has yet to reappeared on my credit report. This supposed debt was discharged not of my responsibility due to the un ability to prove financial responsibility. On XX/XX/2017 I received a document by mail from XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX stating that after due diligence and international investigation of all information shared by all partys this supposed debt was false non existent and was ordered to be removed immediately never to be used again against me because there were no findings of financial responsibility. Yet despite a certified legal document in response to this supposed debt being false by XXXX XXXX, the companys XXXX XXXX XXXX and the original creditor PENDRICK CAPITAL PARTNERS LLC disregarded this filing and finding. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX then proceeded to contact me yet again against these findings and claimed that PENDRICK CAPITAL PARTNERS LLC withdrew this matter from XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX despite their findings well after the date of these findings. In this legal document presented to me by XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX that stated this supposed debt be removed immediately from all credit reports indefinitely. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX claim they sent a document proving these liabilitys, but the documents I requested as well as XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX were not certified legal documents or copys of certified legal documents and or a certified legal contract or certified copy there of. Also XXXX neglected this discharge of debt order due to un ability to prove financial responsibility and allowed this supposed debt once again be put on my report. My previous CFPB Complaints in this matter are # XXXX and # XXXX / ID XXXX there is sufficient documentation on this matter in the CFPB archives.

I have been dealing with this medical debt for 2 years now. I had an emergency room visit on XXXX/XXXX/XXXX and XXXX/XXXX/XXXX and the doctor was paid by my medical insurance on XXXX/XXXX/XXXX. I notice that the date of service on the debt collection letter is for XXXX/XXXX/XXXX and the date on my insurance claim is for XXXX/XXXX/XXXX. I did get treated at the ER on both of these dates so I think maybe the dates are mixed up on the paperwork. That may be what the problem is because I have insurance claims to different doctors on both of these dates. The original fee charged was {$1200.00}. He is a physician provider on my insurance and agreed to accept the eligible charges that were paid to him. This has been on my credit report up until a couple of months ago and the only reason it 's not there now is because I filed a dispute with XXXX XXXX. After the dispute was settled it was deleted from my credit, but this physician sent these charges to a different collection agency after the other one dropped it. The old collection agency was XXXX XXXX and the new collection agency is XXXX XXXX XXXX. The original creditor is XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ( XXXX XXXX XXXX DO ) and the current creditor is listed as Pendrick Capital Partners. A XXXX XXXX/ XXXX XXXX XXXX representative even tried to call and talk to the first collection agency ( XXXX ) and the physicians company, but was given the run around and was unsuccessful. I faxed them proof of payment from the insurance company on several occasions, but was unsuccessful until I filed the dispute with XXXX. I have not contacted the new collection agency because collection agencies only go by what the creditor claims you owe them, so I 've decided to file this complaint here.

I have been in contact with ( XXXX XXXX XXXX ) due to a debt that I do not owe. I have contacted them from XX/17-present for resolution. I have hung up on. Refused managers. Refused validation of debt etc.

This is my second complaint w/CFPB on This same matter. I had never knew nothing about this debt. I have never got a phone call. I had never received anything notifications by mail either. I was not aware of this bill until it showed as a collection debt on my credit report. As of date of service I myself, had insurance. Because of the no identification at hospital. No correct address and the incorrect contact info. I would like this derogatory debt removed from my credit report immediately please. I was refused assistance with resolution just because they could and it did n't hurt them as a company. It only hurts the consumer. Myself. It took the complaint with cfpb to even get an itemized statement. With that itemized statement. XXXX XXXX XXXX agreed to remove debt from my credit report as of XX/XX/XXXX. This action has still not been done. i have called into XXXX XXXX XXXX on several occasions. I spoke with supervisor " XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/2017 and she advised me that the " trade line deletion was approved and was deleted XXXX XXXX, 17. She refused to send me a letter with that information. I also spoke with XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/17 and he advised me that someone from compliance would be calling me back to follow up on the trade line deletion and the paperwork for verification. I still have not heard any response. I still show the {$790.00} Bill from Creditor : Pendrick capital partners Original creditor XXXX XXXX is still showing from the collection company XXXX XXXX XXXX.

XXXX XXXX XXXX is attempting to collect a debt that I do not owe. My credit profile took a huge downfall due to the company reporting several accounts as collection accounts. The information they are reporting to the credit bureaus is incorrect. The company bought this medical debt and the original creditor is XXXX XXXX Department. The accounts that XXXX XXXX XXXX are attempting to collect have " service dates '' that were covered under a charity care that was provided to me from the hospital, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. XXXX XXXX Department utilizes this charity care program as well. Due to communication issues not involving me, my charity care was not forwarded to the XXXX XXXX Department and my coverage was not applied to several accounts. In addition, these same accounts were sent to collections without notification to me and, as expected, really hurt my credit profile. In an attempt to help this matter, I provided documentation to the XXXX XXXX Department showing that I was covered 100 % during the service dates. I have had several communications with XXXX XXXX Department over the phone and via email and they are aware of the situation and said they have forwarded information and documentation to XXXX. However these accounts are still reporting as of today. I feel this is unfair and I would like this fixed immediately. I want to ensure that XXXX XXXX XXXX corrects these errors, remove this information, and cease reporting this incorrect information to all three credit bureaus. I also want to prevent this incorrect information from being reported again in the future and/or sold to another collection agency. I would like this situation cleared up immediately. Thank you.

Hi and How are you? I was looking through my credit report this evening and noticed that there were new collection reported on my profile. I randomly called the company and talked to XXXX at XXXX XXXX XXXX. And he said that it's a medical bill that came from Penerick Capital Partners which came from XXXX XXXX XXXX. I'm completely confused because I never received any notices from any one of these companies and therefore, I need this removed due to FCRA and FDCPA violations. I honestly do not believe to ever have any relationship with this collection agency or original creditor. Also there are several inaccuracies with this account the way it's reporting and that's a total violation of FCRA and FDCPA laws and regulations. In a good faith effort to resolve the matter amicably, I must demand proof of this debt, specifically the alleged contract or other instrument bearing my signature, as well as proof of your authority in this matter. Absent such proof, you must correct any erroneous reports of this past debt as mine. I am writing to request that you please provide the following information : 1. Please evidence your authorization under 15 USC 1692 ( e ) and 15 USC 1692 ( f ) in this alleged matter. 2. What is your authorization of law for your collection of information? 3. What is your authorization of law for your collection of this alleged debt? 4. Please evidence your authorization to do business or operate in this state. 5. Please evidence proof of the alleged debt, including the alleged contract or other instrument bearing my signature. 6. Please provide a complete account history, including any charges added for collection activity.

XX/XX/19 I received a letter in the mail from Affiliate Asset Solutions LLC stating that this was an attempt to collect a debt. The amount due was {$1000.00} and that the original creditor was XXXX XXXX XXXX. The first sentence in the letter says Pendrick Capital Partners II LLC has purchased the account referenced in this letter. Yet the letter is from Affiliate Asset Solutions. XX/XX/19 I recieved a letter in the mail that stated it was a debt and that I owed {$460.00} and that the original creditor was Pendrick Capital Partners LLC. Why is this company using 3 different names referencing them all back to each other. I mailed a letter back to Affiliate Asset Solutions which I am attaching requesting them to verify the debt. The back of the letter they sent me specifically states what I was allowed to request within 30 days. And I requested exactly that so I could verify this was even a valid debt that I owed it. I received a letter back which looks to be a scanned copy of a bill. Which seems to be fake. # 1 I should have also received this bill. It is clearly addressed to me and my address. No such bill ever came to me. # 2 This is supposed to be a itemized bill as their letter says that is included with the bill, the bill is for {$1000.00} and only 1 thing is listed for the charge. If this was a real bill there would be more than 1 line item billed for. This is not a real bill nor enough for me to verify I am connected to this debt alleged. # 3 the address on the bill is from a place in XXXX XXXX Nevada ( I live in MIssouri ) but it has printed in caps letters THIS IS FOR SERVICE AT XXXX. I do not feel any of this is acceptable.

I have responded within 30 days of the date. Please send all documents showing that this debt belongs to me. I have kept all copies of certified letters from the past I have had with Pendricks ' and their data furnishing affiliates or partners. This debt is an attempt to reinsert a debt that does not belong to me.. As Pendricks ' already know my father passed away and we had the same name. this is all well documented. I received a phone call from XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX in XX/XX/2019 regarding an outstanding debt in the amount of {$1200.00} for medical services that I received a couple of years ago. They asked if I would be able to pay the outstanding balance and I said that I would not so they proceeded to negotiate an amount of 50 % of the total debt that I agreed to pay. They said that the {$640.00} would take care of the total debt that was owed and they would provide a document stating this as soon as it was paid. I mentioned that I would be able to make an initial payment of {$200.00} and pay the balance in early XX/XX/2019. They agreed to this arrangement and I went ahead and made the first payment of {$200.00} on XX/XX/2019. I received the second phone call from them XX/XX/2019 for the request of the final payment of {$440.00}, I requested my payoff notice prior to paying and the representative said that it would be provided as soon as the final payment was made. Therefore I went ahead and provided the representative with my debit card information for the payment of {$440.00}. He processed the payment and I asked for the payoff notice and he stated that one would be emailed to me in 10 days. I said ok and he provided me with a paid receipt. I received another call from them on XX/XX/2019 @ XXXX XXXX requesting another payment of {$60.00} something dollars which I promptly mentioned to the same representative that I had thought that the whole debt was paid for already and he said that it was not so I said that I would not be paying that amount and would take care of this situation.

Starting on XX/XX/2020 company called and I answered the call. Someone claimed that I owed a debt and then asked for me to verify my identity. They provided part of my information which was correct but part of my information which was incorrect. After advising to them this sounded like a phishing attempted, they abruptly ended the call. XX/XX/2020 I received a letter from Affiliate Asset Solutions , LLC. The letter had part of my current address and part of my previous address. I called the number on the letter to speak with someone. While on the call, I made more than several attempts to explain that this debt is not mine but eventually the person abruptly ended the call. XX/XX/2020 A entertainment consulting company I used to perform for received a phone call with the following messed : " This message is intended for -- -- --. My name is XXXX XXXX, and I have been tasked with serving. You sealed and notarized paperwork within the next 24 hours. No failure to sign will be marked as a refusal in the process is going to proceed without you. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact the office for further assistance. Their direct number is XXXX. And when calling, your reference number is -- -- --. You have officially been notified. '' On the same day I received the same message on my business consulting number. Both calls were from a 'Blocked ' number. XX/XX/2020 the same 'Blocked ' number, it must be the same because I NEVER received blocked number calls, called but did not leave a message.

I initiated a complaint as I have never received any written or prior notification from them. XXXX then responded to my complaint stating they needed an account number. As I never received a notice from them, I did not know what account number to reference. I finally received a notice dated XXXX XXXX, received XXXX XXXX stating that I owed for a medical debt in the amount of {$270.00} to the original creditor of XXXX XXXX XXXX. Since XXXX refused to verify the debt, I contacted XXXX XXXX XXXX by phone and spoke to representative XXXX today, XXXX/XXXX/2017. She could not verify the account numbers provided from XXXX 's notice, nor look up any outstanding debt based on my name or Social Security number. XXXX XXXX XXXX has failed to abide by law with mandatory notices and placing the derogatory remarks on my credit profile. This complaint is to be served to them as my official request in writing to provide written verification of the debt, which includes the original creditor 's name, address, and phone number and services provided so that I might verify their claim. As I was unable to verify it over the phone provided by the actual original creditor, I am interested to see what documentation will be provided. If supporting documentation is not sent rectifying the discrepancy above, I will add fraud to my claim when I file my lawsuit.

Between XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX, a new account in collections was added to my credit reports. The collection agency is XXXX ( XXXX XXXX XXXX ). The date of status on my report is XX/XX/XXXX which states on the XXXX website this is the date the creditor last update the account. I received a letter from XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX, that shows a {$0.00} amount due, with a Patient name : XXXX XXXX XXXX. This person is not me and I have never authorized to be a Guarantor for this person. Also the date of service shows XX/XX/XXXX I was not prosiding in the state that is listed as the place of service : XXXX, FL. My credit history is being affected by keeping an account on my report that I am not responsible for and doesn't belong to me.

I was just informed during a telephone call that I made to XXXX XXXX XXXX by a supervisor by the name of XXXX XXXX, that they are attempting to collect a debt of {$800.00}. My credit report states that the alleged debt is {$770.00}. She then also stated that there was some other {$25.00} charge. The telephone call took place at XXXX central time. It was also stated the 3 times I was placed on hold that the call can be recorded or monitored. It also turns out that she confirmed that the account was opened with them on XX/XX/2019. I had no knowledge of this due to them not stating who they were on the telephone when they contacted me some weeks ago. I did tell them to only contact me by mail. And they did, BUT they sent the documentation to address I have not been associated with for the past 2 years 5 months. It also turns out that XXXX XXXX stated that the debt was bought by them from the original creditor Pendrick Capital Partners II. I do know for a fact this debt did also come from a company called XXXX XXXX before the date that XXXX XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/2019. When the accout was in the hands of XXXX XXXX it had gotten deleted due to not being able to Validate the debt. Pendrick Capital Partners is a debt purchasing company, not the original creditor of this debt. If the Original creditor is no longer attached to this debt and can not be validated this item need to be removed IMMEDIATELY. Thank you.

Sometime around XX/XX/XXXX, I understand that Pendrick Capital Partners purchased an account from XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. The amount of the debt was supposedly {$870.00}. Since that time, they have farmed out collection of it to a half-dozen different debt collectors. I have explained on multiple occasions to their hired agents that I had insurance which should have covered the entire amount due to the ER. Then, around XX/XX/XXXX, Pendrick hired a company called XXXX XXXX XXXX in Pennsylvania to try to once again collect the {$870.00} it claims ( wrongly ) is owed. I looked up XXXX with the Florida Office of Financial Regulation and quickly saw that XXXX is not licensed to collect debt in Florida, as state law requires. How is it that I, as a single consumer, can quickly check into this and see that this debt collector has no legal ability to collect debt in Florida, yet a company as large as Pendrick does n't bother to do so? Take a look at the Florida consumer collection agency license. It reads in large capital letters that was REVOKED. This means nothing? So besides a debt which has been disputed and shuffled around to a half-dozen different collection agencies, Pendrick Capital has hired an unlicensed company to collect on a debt that should n't exist. This is all very fishy.

I received a " second notice '' letter dated XX/XX/XXXX from XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Registered as XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX saying that they've tried to contact me. I have not received any other letters or phone calls from this company. The letter mentions that I owe {$330.00} to XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, which I also have never heard of, but XXXX can accept a discounted amount to resolve this account. At first, I thought this must be a scam. I googled what to do and decided to write a letter to request validation, but checked my credit report first. XXXX reported it to the CRA on XX/XX/XXXX and the credit report states the source is a medical bill from XX/XX/XXXX ( so they evidently gave them some information about the source, but not me ). I will need more information to determine if the debt is legitimate or whether it was paid. Medical billing is often confusing, untimely, and difficult because of all the parties involved and I'm concerned the claim is so old, I will be unable to find any records. I am now divorced and no longer have access to the same bank account/credit card/etc. However, it was wrong of this company to lie about attempting to contact me, make a damaging report without the opportunity to validate or dispute the claim, and to do so on something so outdated.

My name, date of service, and where I had serves rendered were included on the letter which this information could have gotten into the wrong hands of a consumer which could have lead to id theft from my personal information being included in a debt collection agency.. I have never had any services from the company or the affiliated asset solutions llc.

Affiliate Asset Solutions mailed me a letter to collect {$20.00} and {$18.00} for an emergency room visit on XX/XX/2016. I wrote back to dispute the validity of the debt because I paid the amounts described on XX/XX/2016 to the original creditor, XXXX. I provided a printout of the original creditor 's web account showing I paid the listed amounts and that I paid a total of {$240.00}. Affiliate Asset Solutions responded with a letter indicating that the original creditor showed the amount owed was XXXX, but that the balance due was the total {$1300.00} billed because the account was charged off as a delinquent account. The bill Affiliate Asset Solutions provided as proof of debt misrepresents the amount owed to the original creditor because XXXX has already paid the contractual amount of {$240.00} and I paid the patient portion of {$240.00}. Affiliate Asset Solutions is collecting more than the amount originally agreed upon in writing between XXXX and XXXX. I was assured by my health insurance that I may not be billed the difference between the amount billed by the original creditor and the contractual amount allowed by my health insurance provider. Affiliate Asset has also listed the alleged debt at both {$38.00} and {$1300.00}.

I found this debt collector on my credit reports through a credit monitoring service I recently signed up for. They just reported an account in the amount of {$52.00} in XX/XX/2016 as well as an older account, neither of which I have received any information about or had any prior knowledge of. The new reporting is particularly a problem due to the fact that I disputed the older one through the bureau in XX/XX/2016 and then this new one pops up on my report as well, even though they presumably had means/info to contact me especially about any new debt to come up after a dispute for an old one, but failed to do so. The first I 'm hearing of this is when I see it on my credit report. I do not know what it is, nor has it been validated for me nor have I been given the chance to request validation. If they would have contacted me the right way, they would have been paid, thus keeping it off my credit report. The CR says open date of XX/XX/2016 and report date of XX/XX/2016, so when between that time have they bothered to contact me? Seems like they just started reporting quickly in hopes that I would discover it and be shocked into paying it versus going about it the right way.

On or about XX/XX/2016 I went to the hospital ER and was treated and released. XXXX paid the bill in full. A month or so later I received a bill from XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX for {$810.00}. I called XXXX and asked about the bill, They said not to worry that it was taken care of. They had an agreement with the hospital & doctors where they agreed on how much could be charged and how much they would pay, and they were trying to balance bill me. XXXX said they would call them. Another month or so I got another bill, so I called XXXX back. Someone dropped the ball and didn't make the call, this time they did call. I got another bill, I called XXXX back on XX/XX/2016 and while I was on the phone they called XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, and got this billing stopped. What I didn't know at the time was about two days before this they had sent the bill to a collection agency. Now it goes from one collection agency to another. Each time I have to send them proof where the bill was paid. And each time they put derogatory remarks on my credit report. I thought I had gotten this stopped but after two and a half years, it's still going on. It gets sold from one agency to another.

This account {$340.00} for XXXX XXXX for XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX showed up on 2 of my credit reports XXXX and XXXX. It was from 2012 apparently and supposed medical bill. This collection account was purchased from Pendrick Capital Partners LLC and then sent to XXXX XXXX. I disputed said account as it only had my name and nothing else. I made calls for about 2 weeks and unable to actually verify debt. When disputing with credit bureaus XXXX advised debt is verified but there is no social security number, address has never been mine or the phone number listed. When you see my address on letters from XXXX is because they got it when I disputer with credit bureaus. When I sent in verification of debt with XXXX they only provided what was sent to them from Pendrick Capital. I have never once received an actual statement or bill regarding this and refuse to pay it. I think it is a shady tactic for collection agencies to throw these accounts on credit reports when debts are 7 years old to try and force someone to pay something that cant be verified other than a name. I have spoke to Pendrick Capital as well and they cant even verify anything outside of my name.

I have been filing cases on this debt with Pendrick Capital Partners that I do n't owe this debt. Accordingly, to the HIPPA Laws they have to prove that I owe this debt. That they have never done to credit bureau 's and they have not answered back to my case number:XXXX, So, I decided to contact : XXXX XXXX Hospital myself and found out they have never reported anything to the credit bureaus concerning any outstanding debt. I am going to attach my medical bills from the hospital to prove that I do n't owe any debt for the amount they say I owe. Also, I am going to provide the letter they made themselves to try and prove I owe this debt they claim but it was without medical codes and every medical bill should provide the medical billing code to match the procedure and Pendrick Capital Partners can not provide that code. So, this debt should be removed from my credit report. The billing statement does n't match the XXXX Billing Report look at the dates on both form that says when I was in the Hospital. I never went to the Hospital on the date as report on the Billing that Pendrick Capital Partners provided on the billing statement.

This company has sent me a dunning letter suggesting I send them a written letter or the alleged debt would be assumed valid. I believe this is an attempt for Pendrick Capital Partners to abuse the system and suggest I have not already exercised my right for validation. The information they have provided in a previous complaint through one of multiple collection agencies they report to have put on retainer for collection services has been proven invalid and I have documented this Consumer Financial Protection complaint XXXX. This complaint verifies I have already disputed this debt and asked for validation along with requiring further communications to be by written letter only. On XXXX/XXXX/XXXX XXXX XXXX notified me of new accounts placed for collection. When I checked my mail, there was a letter from XXXX XXXX XXXX regarding a debt they purchased from Pendrick Capital Partners, of which I have never received any correspondence. They have listed 3 items, from XXXX and XXXX, 4 and 3 years ago, respectively, and I am unaware of these charges. I 'm trying very hard to get my credit fixed and my score back up, and this was a shock to me. I also have a negative comment from the XXXX XXXX for XXXX XXXX XXXX, and I have n't even walked into that place in at least 15 years, so I have no idea what this charge is for because I do not use the clinic or any of it 's doctors or services. I 've been trying extremely hard to keep any and all medical payments made and kept current, so I 'm very surprised about these bills because I had no prior knowledge. I 'm also very upset that XXXX put this into my credit report immediately instead of sending me prior correspondence to let me know about it so that I could see what it was even for. Thank you in advance for any assistance you might be able to give me.

I have not had any resolution with this company to prove these medical debts are mine-Now I have new debts being reported from XX/XX/XXXX-XX/XX/XXXX-new dates etc ... .I have always had insurance, so this is inaccurate information. They have stated I received notification, but can not prove when, nor show me documentation. I have NOT received anything of this nature and they have and several complaints of un fair practices reported. I have contacted and found that Under the FDCPA-A debt collector may not use any false, deceptive, or misleading representation or means in connection with the collection of any debt. Debt collectors resurrect old debts in an attempt to make some money. With old debts, there's a good chance the collector doesn't have the original documents proving that you even owe. If this is the case I demand these unknown debts to be removed from my report and to no longer be contacted from this company for the amounts of {$620.00}, {$380.00}, {$780.00}. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, & XXXX, XXXX are the 3 companies that keep showing up on my credit report.

I went to an ER ( XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ) while traveling in Florida on XXXX / XXXX / XXXX . I provided my health insurance information during this ER visit. Two years later after never receiving any letter of any debt I see a delinquency noted on my credit. When I called the number via the credit bureau I found that the XXXX XXXX XXXX had a contract with the doctor that actually saw me and that the doctor was affiliated with a company named XXXX XXXX XXXX of XXXX . The medical center took my insurance information, sent a bill and got paid in full. The XXXX XXXX XXXX of XXXX doctor said that they did not get from XXXX the insurance information so they never sent their bill to the insurance. They also never sent any bills to me. Instead they sold the bill as bad debt to a Company named Pendrick Capital Partners II, LLC. I called them and th ey were extremely rude. They said I had to pay and that many people were in my situation and that there was nothing I could do and I had to pay. They had already without billing me ever made a derogatory mark on my credit.

Originally, Pendrick Capital Partners LLC had to remove the information from the credit bureaus and cancel the collection because they were unable to prove the billing providing bogus information and a falsified bill information. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX is not owed this money hence the dispute. However, they to pursue this action by posting negative collection information on my credit. I have requested that this debt be removed as soon as possible. The fact that they sold this debt and it continues to be an issue has caused me to file a complaint. Selling and re-selling a debt that is not mine and my having to constantly remove from my credit is creating a problem for me.

This collection company is but a multiple number of agencies used by Pendrick Capital Partners llc to collect an alleged debt that is very old based of the letters and credit reports I have. This complaint is related to this company and this complaint. XXXX here on cfpb Consumerfinance.org This written letter should also serve as notice I dispute this alleged debt in its entirety. I am disputing this debt to XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Indiana XXXX XXXX XXXX. I wish not to be contacted by phone at any phone number, as phone conversations are very inconvenient for me. I wish only to be contacted by letter. Pendrick Capital Partners has been notified through their agents of my verification requests and my desire to have no contact by telephone. I believe their bouncing of this alleged debt to multiple agencies is their way of skirting their requirements of validation and requirements to cease phone contact. All information provided to me so far has been nothing I can use to verify I owe anyone a debt.

This account was removed due to reporting unveriable and inaccurate they re-sold the account and re-inserted back on my credit report. First of all, they have refused to validate the debts they claim I owe their company Per the FDCPA. Well I dont owe their company ANYTHING and thats why they cant validate these debts. Secondly, even after debt validation had been requested from them, they deliberately continued collection activity and have electronically verified this debt to the Credit Reporting Agencies, without having validated the dispute with me first, and have since continued to report these accounts to the bureaus. This is a direct violation of the FDCPA and is 100 % unacceptable. Furthermore, Im aware of the many other complaints against this company for their illegal and unethical collection activity. So this really must be addressed and resolved. My next step is to bring media attention to this issue and also to take this matter to court if I have to.

On XXXX/XXXX/XXXX Pendrick Capital Partners II, LLC purchased the account and sent Affiliate Asset Solutions , LLC to obtain the " debt ''. On XXXX/XXXX/XXXX Pendrick Capital Partners II, LLC sent XXXX to obtain the " debt ''. I called XXXX and XXXX and AGAIN provided proof the account was and had been paid in full for 2.5yrs. I am concerned at this point that PENDRICK CAPITAL PARTNERS II, LLC will continue selling this account FRAUDULENTLY and passing my sensitive information from credit collector to credit collector. My name, date of birth, address, and other information could be compromised at this point with continuous disbursement to various collection agencies.

Due to the fact that my problem does n't truly exist in the drop down menu I will explain it myself in detail. I sent a XXXX Validation letter with HIPPA requirements to XXXX. I had my XXXX XXXX to speak on my Behalf with them as well. I sent a legal authorization form to them as required. This account is a medical account that was in their office and I sent the letter for them to validate the debt in the allotted time frame given by the FDCPA which is 30 days. In my case the debt was validated wrong by XXXX. Therefore, by the FDCPA and Texas FDCPA Law which state that a debt collector must be register with the State of Texas in order to collect a debt in Texas. Also, that no Debt Buy can hire another debt collector to collect for them in Texas my debt should be removed off my credit report and out of the office of XXXX and Pendrick Capital Partners. Because neither collection company is abiding my Texas FDCPA.

On or aboutXX/XX/XXXX, I received correspondence from a debt collection agency named Affiliate Asset Solutions , LLC regarding an alleged medical debt in the amount of {$1300.00} for services rendered to my son on XX/XX/XXXX. This was the first and only notice I received regarding this alleged debt. The correspondence identifies the original creditor as XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. While my son did visit the emergency room on XX/XX/XXXX, the only billing I have received which was covered by my insurance in the amount of {$1800.00}. On XX/XX/XXXX, I contacted XXXX XXXX Hospital in XXXX XXXX, PA who confirmed the amount of {$1800.00} was paid by my insurance. I pulled my credit report to see if there was any collection activity related to this creditor and there is none. I do not believe I owe this debt. My insurance would have covered any medical costs. They then contacted me through mail with a " verification '' with a different amount of {$490.00} and also with a different date of medical services on XX/XX/XXXX. They also listed diagnosis codes, procedure/service cpt codes, physician 's name and charges. Those alone with my codes are violating my HIPPA rights. I am sending out a certified letter tomorrow on XX/XX/XXXX demanding that they cease all activity in collecting the debt. They are in violation and I will contact a lawyer if they continue to pursue and collect a debt they claim that I owe while violating my HIPPA rights.

XXXX XXXX XXXX is attempting to recover a debt of {$790.00} that is not mine. I have never had a contract or account with them. Thy even state in their letter that they are not the original account holder and that it was Pendrick Capitol Partners II LLC. I'm not familiar with them either. If I have no written contract with XXXX XXXX why are they trying to collect a debt from me for another company? I request validation of this account with original documents showing itemized charges. Not photocopies, but originals with wet ink signatures on it. I doubt that they can produce these documents. And if they do have them and they are not a licenced medical facility but a collection agency then that is a clear case of a HIPAA violation and possibly FDCPA violation. I have sent a letter directly to XXXX disputing these charges and account a week ago.

Upon calling XXXX hospital billing to rectify this, I was informed that ER doctors perform their own billing. I am not responsible for this billing error. The physician can not provide any statements proving they billed my insurer and therefore are attempting to collect from me to cover their error. I was also advised in writing, by the collection agency, that consumer reporting agencies have been notified of this collection and ruining my good credit.

On XXXX/XXXX/2017 I checked my credit score and report and noticed that there was to accounts for medical bills that I did n't know about, I called the hospital and they told me to contact account and billing department I did that and I told them that I never received any medical attention or treatment. One is for {$820.00} and the other is for {$65.00}. Both are from the same place I then disputed the collection with the credit bureaus and within a few weeks they were taken off my credit report. Then my credit score went up and I thought it was taken care of and was going to be getting my credit score better, but today I got a email stating that a different collector is being used to try and collect money from me that I do n't own.

They have called me four times from these numbers XXXX, The dates were XX/XX/19,XX/XX/19,XX/XX/19,XX/XX/19. The one on XX/XX/19 was while I was visiting my cardiologist. Debt Collection for an alleged {$1200.00} debt for an emergency room service from XX/XX/XXXX. Never received any invoices or calls from any other person/company called me for this debt claiming that my insurance company never paid it. I was skeptical because it has almost been 2 years since this happened and I never heard anything about it from anybody. The people told me that they would " work with me '' and offered to " go with 2 payments for {$480.00} '' both in XX/XX/XXXX. I have impeccable credit and because I am I freak out that my credit rating would suffer so I agreed to the payments. The name of the company is AffiliateAS.com Several people I spoke to told me it was a fraud and I needed to block it.
