Prime Acceptance has been difficult to work with from the beginning. My girlfriend was the primary person on the application and she tried returning the product less than 5 days of having it. She called the salesmen and the company in XXXX and they told her too bad she had to keep the product even though the loan was " secured ''. My girl friend left her job because they were calling multiple times per day and her manager was mad that she was receiving personal calls at work. They threatened to garnish her wages and told her that they would make her pay either way. They have not updated any information on my XXXX report since XX/XX/XXXX. I pulled a report from XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX it showed a balance of XXXX in XX/XX/XXXX. However, on the XXXX report pulled XX/XX/XXXX they show a balance of XXXX. XX/XX/XXXX I had a XXXX report pulled and it shows the reporting XXXX dollars from XX/XX/XXXX. On XX/XX/XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX had court case was finalized against my girl friend for this account in the amount of XXXX but on my report XXXX dollars. We have received no more letters or correspondence since then. My XXXX XXXX report is showing this account currently listed as XXXX XXXX and has not been unpdated since XX/XX/XXXX. My XXXX XXXX report is listed as Prime acceptance. I have disputed this information because this account because no similar accounts even show up on my XXXX account. My girl friend is showing the XXXX XXXX on her XXXX and Prime Acceptance on XXXX but not on XXXX.. Per my bank it is illegal for both accounts to 1. choose which report they are going to report to and 2 have 2 companies reporting for the same account with different amounts.

I received a letter from Prime Acceptance Corporation on XXXX/XXXX/XXXX requesting payment for an account that was discharged in my Chapter XXXX bankruptcy back in XXXX XXXX. I 'm not sure why they are contacting me for the account 12 1/2 years later. I requesting verification of the account and they records clearly indicate the balance was in my Bankruptcy Chapter XXXX as of XXXX/XXXX/XXXX. My bankruptcy has been discharged along with this account and others so I 'm really upset that they would be trying to collect on a debt that was included in bankruptcy. In addition to that, the account is XXXX XXXX XXXX. Please assist with resolving this matter or refer me to someone that can. I also told the company to contact my attorney that was listed on the notification that was sent to them regarding my bankruptcy. In addition, the account was for an XXXX which closed a year later but moved to another XXXX center with men which I did n't sign up for, thus the company at that time agreed to cancelled the account. However, I wanted to make sure it was cancelled so I included in my bankruptcy filing so that I would not have any issues at a later date. So apparently they dis-regarded the bankruptcy notice since they are contacting me again about this account, or they sold it to this new company.

There is an auto loan account on my credit report that I did not apply for. I have reached out to the credit bureaus as well as the finance company several times to send me proof of signature and contract information, even as recently as today XX/XX/18 and have not received any resolution. The account was also closed in XX/XX/2018 and every month the account balance increases and it should not. I also tried reaching out to the dealership in which the car was purchased and it is now closed down. The balance is not mine, it is my daughters, and it is also inaccurate, and the finance company is not being helpful in trying to correct this problem.

After reviewing my credit profile on XX/XX/2018 I identified a discrepancy with account listed under Prime Acceptance Corporation. I requested a validation on XX/XX/2018 and again on XX/XX/2018 as I had not received any correspondence from creditor to validate this delinquent account as factual. Credit report was reviewed again on XX/XX/2018 and the account is still reflecting on my report and has not been updated to reflect my dispute of this account. I do not believe that this account nor the amount stated as owed is factual and this account continues to negatively affect me.

As soon as it appeared on my account. They company agreed to take the reporting off my credit since I showed proof of being a victim of identity theft. But keep placing back on my account using an different creditor.
