On XX/XX/XXXX I purchased a puppy ( Shih Tzu ) at the XXXX XXXX XXXX a.k.a ( also known as ) XXXX XXXX, located at XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, New York XXXX. While at the location the sales representative ( XXXX XXXX ) informed me that they have a financing option where you place a downpayment and make monthly payments, and your credit score determines the financing/interest payment. I applied for this finance loan and was told that because of my high credit score that I qualify for a 0 % annual percent rate interest and {$0.00} finance charge. I was also informed that there would be no fees associated with this finance agreement, therefore I agreed to move forward with the financing option. The purchase price for my puppy was {$2100.00} USD. The company that XXXX XXXX use for their financing services is XXXX ( a.k.a KRW, LLC dab XXXX XXXX ). I was told that in order to go through with the financing I must make an initial payment of {$130.00} on that day ( XX/XX/XXXX ) and that there will be another additional automatic payment of {$130.00} the day after on XX/XX/XXXX ( hence the name " XXXX '', as stated by the sales associate ). I was also told that my remaining payments will be due on the XXXX of every month. So now the issue arises. I called XXXX today ( XX/XX/XXXX ) to pay for the remaining balance of my puppy in full. When I spoke to the sales associate I was told that my payoff balance was approximately {$1600.00} ( sorry I forgot the exact amount stated by this representative, however it was in the ballpark of {$1600.00} ). I stated to this representative how is this possible when I have already made 8 payments and the purchase price for the puppy was only {$2100.00}. I then asked to speak with a supervisor. When I spoke with the supervisor ( XXXX XXXX ) she stated an even higher payoff amount. Ms. XXXX stated that the payoff amount as of today 's date is {$2100.00}. I questioned the supervisor as well and she stated that this is due to the puppy being " Leased and Financed ''. I informed her that this is not what I agreed too nor what I was told when I purchased the puppy and the financing service that I applied for. Ms. XXXX then stated that the " only '' product that their company offers is the Lease with a Financing product. She stated that this option is the same way if one leases a car and then purchases the car after the lease has ended. She also informed me that there are fees within the leased portion and I informed her that I was told there are NO FEES associated with my financing service. She then stated that once the lease has ended ( on my puppy ) after the 12th payment, that I have 3 options with the finance amount ( of {$1500.00} ). Option 1 : finance the remaining balance and make 12 additional monthly payments ; option 2 : pay one payment for the full finance amount ; option 3 : return the leased item ( yes, return the puppy! ). Again I stated to the supervisor that this was not the information that I was given. She then stated that I was given the " wrong '' information at the Pet Store and if there were any confusion then the Pet Store Representative should have called XXXX directly. At this point I was extremely frustrated. How can an error/misinformation cause me an additional $ 1000.00+. Also, how can a puppy be " leased '' and if my dog were leased why do I have the paperwork stating that I am the " owner '' of my dog? I asked for a breakdown for the alleged fees associated with this lease and I have not been given that request. When I attempted to call back later on during the day I was placed on a 20 min hold, so I hung up the phone, called back and they are now closed for the day.

There are many issues that have arose from using this company up to their deceptive advertising not letting you know you are entering in a lease and then once the lease is payed you enter into a loan. To their calling procedures you answer their call and its dead silent for 5 seconds and then hung up and you have no idea who it is. As well there agreements that confuse consumers and are not properly disclosed or discussed. I purchased tires for a total of XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX I didnt receive item till XX/XX/XXXX I entered into a lease agreement well a 90 day buy out option is XXXX plus what I already would have paid if I didnt do the buyout I would have to enter into a loan to purchase the product that was false advertising. I was never provided any disclosures when signing the agreement and when the loan agreement was signed I was never provided my truth in lending act disclosure my privacy act was violated I never gave permission/consent on my lease agreement to report to credit bureaus as the lease and loan are to separate documents I believe many laws have been broken including the FCRA Also they have reported to the credit bureau that I am 120 past due when I fell into a hardship to due to covid and being hospitalized a little while after that and XXXX XXXX as well identity theft I spoke to a gentleman that said make the 150 dollar payment and we will not be reporting to the credit agency we will work with you so I did that and they started debiting my accounts normally bi weekly well to due my identity my bank accounts were accessed and as well as my emails I was forced to freeze my debit accounts and credit reports I tried to let them know when they called but It was a robo caller and just hung up but how can I be 120 days past due if I have been making all my payments except for the times of my hardships.also you cant even see your statements on your portal at all I have provided all the documentation to show them of hardships and after a year and some time they start reporting on my lease that I never consented to or disclosed to. A soft credit pull was pulled on my account I was not able to shop around as I was unaware that I was applying for both a lease and a loan with a interest rate of 16 % this reminds me of when I had XXXX XXXX and there practices but worse..I was only in stage 1 ( lease agreement )

On XX/XX/2018, I purchased a computer from XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, Wisconsin. The company used XXXX for its customer financing. My loan was shopped to several companies, including XXXX, XXXX, KRW Associates, XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX, and more ). I made the downpayment and monthly payments through XXXX. I have been receiving debt collection calls for a LEASE from KRW Associates after making {$930.00} in payments against a debt of {$1100.00}. I did not take out a lease, I applied for a loan. None of the paperwork that I was provided at the time said anything about a lease, or anything about KRW Associates being the backend loan provider for my purchase. In addition, when I looked up KRW Associates online to contact them, it is an Executive Search firm and a payday lender out of XXXX, NC. My purchase loan application made through XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX was transmogrified between these companies and KRW Associates, without the information being communicated back to me until now -- nearly a year AFTER I made the purchase. In addition, emails from KRW Associates that should show what I owe will not open on any computer or mobile device - it is as if they send corrupted electronic communications to hide what was being done. It wasn't until after I missed a payment that I got any notification that KRW was attempting to collect on a LEASE. This is a bait-and-switch fraud and KRW refuses to fix the account or work with XXXX or XXXX XXXX to clarify they had intended for my purchase finance to be a lease ( which is why I am now making this complaint ). I have attempted to fix this on my own for two months now, and am at a loss.

I used this company to buy new wheels and tires for my truck. On XX/XX/XXXX I agreed with https : //www.paytomorrow.com/ for total amount of {$1600.00} for over 24 months contract with 12 % interest rate. After paying first {$59.00} processing fee. First 12 months is {$130.00} and after next 12 months my payments will be {$99.00}. I signed my contract. I set up as automatic payments so on XX/XX/XXXX my first payment was taken out from my checking account. After paying 5 months straight payments I noticed on my monthly statement that my amount that I am paying off dramatically increased for the total of {$2700.00}. I contacted the company they told me that I have to first pay off lease amount for 12 months and the my next 12month I will be paying my original loan off. I did not agree with their decision its not fair and its a lie to the consumer face. Basically you paying off two loans. When I question the company they told me you signed everything your self and their is nothing they can do. As I remember there was no lease mentioned anywhere in my contract or even by there representative when I called to clarify loan terms with them before signing their loan agreement paperwork. So I am asking for your help to resolve this issue and bring justice to the hard working familys.

This is in response to consumer complaint number XXXX. PayTomorrow has stated that this application is out of their jurisdiction and that I should contact XXXX in regards to the denied application. However after speaking with the XXXX XXXX XXXX at XXXX, he responded : " PayTomorrow is a platform and XXXX is the Lease to Own option on that Platform. Along with other lenders of which PayTomorrow is XXXX of them... They would have to respond about this notice as it is their notice to you '' Please provide me with a proper response and direct me to the right person of contact to approve my finance application at XXXX XXXX XXXX in XXXX, CA or I will be forced to file a small claims lawsuit with the state of California for breaching the Truth in the Lending Act and Equal Credit Opportunity Act for discrimination of the applicant on creditworthiness when the applicant clearly has the ability to contract as the social security number was ran through XXXX XXXX during the denial process.

I first two response were unaccetable pertianing to my complaint. as if you do simple basic math which I'm not going to do for them there has NEVER been any time where i was 60 days over due. they have half a dozen late payments posted and XXXX is the only company reporting inaccurateness from pay tomorrow. Why? Because XXXX and XXXX can clearly do math. if this is not resolved we will address the issue in small claims court and we will simply sue you for the damage you have caused as my credit is nearly a XXXX not XXXX because of your inaccurate posting. I'm being denied use of my credit because of your inaccurate posts of being over 60 days late which never happened. Ive provide my bank statements that show payments were always made as they are automatic withdrawals from my account and you use my routing number. I have never made a payment you take them yourselves. they have the documents already ive sent them several times

I was denied an application to PayTomorrow for a lease to own/line of credit to purchase items at XXXX XXXX store in XXXX, CA. Under 12 CFR 1002 ( Regulation B ) of the Equal Credit Opportunity Act, I should not have been denied any extension of my own credit for any reason as a creditworthiness applicant. A score ( or lack thereof ) from a consumer reporting agency is not a viable reason to determine my creditworthiness when an extension of my credit was already granted with my social security number to the creditor ( PayTomorrow ). Nor is my income, or ability to pay a viable reason for the denial of my application.

I got an email of an alert of a new account applied to my credit report. I tried contacting pay tommorow to inquire about why they are on my credit report and why they took a year to get ahold of me for something I didn't authorize. They told me to file a police report and contact the third party that issued some purchase. I cant get through to the third party to see what was fraudulently purchased with my info. Not sure what the police can do as it's taken this company over a year to inform me of some third party purchase I didn't authorize.

XX/XX/XXXX someone took a loan out with pay tomorrow in my name and borrowed money or bought merchandise.Ive contacted them in the past about this issue and I got hung up on twice, and cussed at once.I told them this isnt my account and that they need to verify people before granting them money or credit, and now I got a alert from XXXX saying this is on my credit profile.It shows on my consumer report that last payment was in XXXX of XXXX why wait two years to put this on my consumer reports? Im wanting this deleted immediately

Pay Tomorrow and XXXX completely disregarded the document that I uploaded as proof that clearly shows we made every payment every two weeks since we attained the loan. we have never been 30 or 60 days late. bank statement CLEARY shows this and the refused to address the issue.
