On XX/XX/XXXX, {$950.00} was taken from me through a XXXX party app called Paysend. I had gotten an email from XXXX and clicked it. I had entered in my card number to receive {$10.00} but instead, {$950.00} was taken from me from a scammer. This purchase was unauthorized and I talked to my bank the same day it happened. I talked to them an hour after I noticed what had happened. They had sent me a provisional payment about XXXX weeks later but on XX/XX/XXXX, I got a letter in the mail explaining that my provisional payment would be revoked due to documentation from Paysend. I have reached out to my bank in attempt to understand what documentation this would be because overall, this purchase was unauthorized. I also reported the incident on the same day and upon looking up some information, I found multiple sites stating that the most they would be able to take from me is {$50.00}. When I called the bank, I couldnt get ahold of the right person after being on hold for XXXX hours and transferred multiple times. I have screenshots of the incident which is my documentation that the purchase is unauthorized.

On XX/XX/2023. I saw this company called paysend on XXXX to send money to my foreign bank account. I always use a company called XXXX. Paysend was offering a better rate so I said let me give them a try. I never recieved the money in my foreign bank account. I send paysend numerous email with reciepts of my bank statements of my foreign bank account money was never recieved. They gave me a reciept that was fraudulent. I called my bank in XXXX XXXX they never recieved the money. The receipt paysend provided was no good. Even the contact person number they provided number was not working. Its a number of a person in another country. I have sent numerous emails with no resolution just that it was given to a different department. I have provided the reciept of paysend and my foreign bank account. The receipt paysend gave me that said my funds was deposited. This company should be banned from doing service in the United States.

XX/XX/. I sent {$2700.00} through Paysend, to a family member for a birthday party, XX/XX/XXXX, I put the wrong date for birth date by I number. I asked for an update on my changes. No one stated it was done. On that same date I advised to cancel this transaction. They stated they are working on it. I was told my complaint would take 15 days to get it resolved. We are now at XX/XX/XXXX and I still have not gotten my money back. I was told numerous times that they have to figure out how to refund my money. I was told by sending messages and complaints everyday and about XXXX a day does nothing to make it happen. I can't wait anymore. It should not take this long to get back my money.

I sent money through this platform and it can not be delivered because the bank in XXXX is not delivering money anymore. I contacted Paysend to let them know that the bank was no longer doing money deliveries and asked for a refund or to change the delivery location, I have called 6 times. All they tell me is that they escalated the matter to another department that is looking into the matter. They also tell me that they will send an email to the team letting them know I have called and asking them to expedite it. Every time I call I get the same response, however, they don't resolve my issue.

I have been trying to send money for a week with this company, they have withheld the money for supposedly verification. Every day they have asked me for something different to send a photo of myself, to send a photo of my cards. I asked that I take a photo together with the cards, that I send a birth certificate, that I send proof of life and a number of other things that I think this company is a scammer
