I previously submitted a complaint against this company due to them crediting a loan to the wrong debit card, a debit card other than the one that i provided. That was complaint ID : XXXX on XX/XX/2023. I submitted documentation to confirm the above details, that they issued the loan payment to the wrong debit card. They replied to that complaint saying they have no active deductions, nor scheduled deductions from my paycheck. ( See attached screenshot ). However, now they are sending me emails threatening to garnish my wages, when I never received the loan in the first place due to them sending the loan to a debit card other than the one i provided, in writing via email. See attached screenshot of them advising they will go to court and garnish my wages ( See attached screenshot ). I would also like to note that they stated that they have not been able to communicate with me in their last complaint, which is false, ( see attached screenshot ) we had very extensive email communication, but they want to actually speak over the phone. I advised them that i want to communicate via email so everything is documented, and the only resolution they have offered was for me to set up a payment plan to repay the loan. .

I applied for a loan with this company, as i have done many times previously. We went through the process of the loan and they asked me to verify my bank account info, and debit card with the last XXXX digits, expiration date, CVV etc., the debit card they were supposed to use was the card ending in XXXX ( please see email attached ), however when the loan was processed, they deposited the funds on to a debit card that did not belong to me. They deposited the funds to a debit card that i used to payoff a previous loan, and not the debit card i provided, that actually belongs to me. The debit card thee deposited the funds to did belong to a family member ( not immediate ) that owed me money-I had an agreement with my family member to instead of send me the money, they would just pay off this loan with their debit card. Turns out the person to whom the card belongs to saw the funds deposited and unfortunately depleted the funds and i was unable to recover them. Because i never received those funds, it put me in a bind to where i could not pay them back. Now they are threatening to garnish my wages, even though they made a mistake.

I applied for the loan XX/XX/2023 was paying the amount of {$74.00} back until I went on XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX with my job which means my pay is cut as well. I reached out via email XX/XX/XXXX from a response of them stating that they needed to hear from me and that they are here to help. I asked what I can do. Unfortunately, they did not offer any sort of assistance and also continue to charge my account in which there is no money in it. I also notice on the contract of a Wage assignment in which they take 15 % of your check and it shows that it is voluntary. I sent a certified letter to revoke this option as this is XXXX XXXX. They do not help if anything they double charge the interest for a {$300.00} loan and you end up paying over XXXX of the whole thing. I've also attached the letter I sent as well as the information stating that the wage assignment can be terminated at any time.

I had previously filed a complaint with this company after they harassed my HR department and shared my personal information. I had reached out to them several times about a hardship and the harassment continued. Someone named XXXX who claimed he was in charge of the debt had me agree to a payment of {$50.00} bi weekly. He took my card info and a garnishment happened to my XX/XX/22 check in the amount of {$460.00}. He began harassment stating they did not receive it. He also gave me a separate number to reach him directly on which was a XXXX area code. As of today, they closed my account with them as paid off and claimed that only almost {$300.00} was paid. Which is not the truth. I am requesting my return of {$460.00} in check form or direct deposit since they have my checking info. Attached is communication from my HR department and XXXX.

I got a loan from Paycheck Solutions and I've been struggling to get them paid due to not getting all of my hours. I previously requested for them to stop calling my job because I was getting in trouble. The calls stopped for a few months and about 2 weeks ago, I got an email from another employee that someone from Paycheck Solutions had called wanting to speak with me. At that time, I sent an email advising them again to stop calling my job and I received a response that they would continue to call until the account was paid. I advised that if they called again to my place of employment, I would report them. I received 2 calls from them yesterday XX/XX/2023.

I had taken this loan out due to family emergencies and personal issues related to health. My debit card was stolen and my account closed. I was unable to make a payment to the company. They started harassing my HR department detailing all of the information regarding them. I reached out via email asking them to cease contacting my HR department and asked to pay less each period, as I am having continued financial strain. They told me that they wanted me to send a letter from my doctor which I refused. I let them know I'd be filing complaints as their harassment could lead to my termination.

On XX/XX/23, Paycheck Solutions submitted a wage garnishment letter to collect on unpaid debt. Per Texas law, wage garnishment must be approved my court judgement. Paycheck Solutions sent a letter to my employee only requesting wage garnishment that was not court appointed or signed by a judge. Letter was only notarized by local notary in the state of IL. On XX/XX/23, I received a copy of my paystub that showed {$530.00} had been garnished as a result of the false writ of garnishment letter that was sent to the employer.

My employer received a call today and yesterday from this company wanting an email address or fax # to send a document to garnish my wages for payment of this debt. They called yesterday at XXXX central and again today at XXXX central. I know it is not lawful to threaten or even attempt to garnish wages in the state of Texas to pay a debt.
