I had previous filed a complaint to the CFPB on XX/XX/2023 against PatientFi the complaint # XXXX in regard to making payment of a loan that all the service was not rendered from XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. The chief compliance officer, XXXX XXXX XXXX had responded on XX/XX/2023 to my complaint and had apologized for any connection with their services. He had stated that he had contacted XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX after an investigation for my concerns. The provider, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, stated to PatientFi that some of the services was received but not all and would be contacting me directly to determine the amount of services that I received and will notify PatientFi so that my loan amount can be adjusted. Well as of this day, XX/XX/2023, I have not received any communication from XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX about a resolution to my concerns. I did reach out to two customer service representatives XXXX and XXXX about my concerns and the response from the Compliance Officer. They just told me that I needed to reach out to the provider, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and get the refund for the unused service. I asked could I get a contact number for the office of the Compliance Officer, and they stated that they did not have it, which was puzzling to me. It seems as though my concern is going on deaf ears and I don't think as a consumer that I'm being treated fairly and PatientFi is using unjust and unfair business practices.

Firstly, I have received two letters from the CFPB stating that someone OTHER THAN ME appears to have submitted complaints in my name. NO ONE ELSE DID THIS! It was me, so please STOP deleting my cases! They are 100 % submitted by me, & only me. So PLEASE stop assuming it was someone else, & please address my complaints : I had 2 medical procedures. I originally got funding through Patient Fi, but after the procedures, & it appears my 2 loans may have now been transferred or sold to XXXX ( XXXX XXXX XXXX ) and then sold onto XXXX. My credit score was over 700, & I was given a 14.9 % interest rate!! I thought the highest legal interest rate in the U.S. was 10 %, before it starts getting into predatory levels. Not only is the interest rate very high on these 2 loans, but my account was sold from Patient Fi within the first month, AND it takes them over 30 days to reply to my email messages when I contact their customer service. I contacted then on XXXX XXXX, & didnt get a reply until XXXX XXXX. I have attached a copy of the email below. What can be done to help me alleviate this high interest rate? What are my rights? This complaint needs to be sent to PatientFi ( not XXXX ). Please note that XXXX has already been contacted, & they informed me that PatientFi needs to handle this compaint. ( COMPLAINT ID XXXX )

The payoff design for the website makes it so that overpayment is way too easy to do. I clicked pay off amount, they gave me no feedback that the button was pushed. I pressed it again, and then I got an email. I overpaid the loan amount by {$3200.00} on XXXX XXXX, and they are currently holding that money hostage. They say that I will receive a check within 30-45 days, but there are multiple reports that months goes by without any response from the company. They sometimes respond to others stating that, " A check has been issued on XXXX or XXXX '', but the person is waiting for an additional month to two months before saying they never received it. I am currently waiting on day # 32 after overpayment. I have sent them two messages on their website and those got 0 response. I got on a chat window with them and they replied that I will get a paper check. It's my current belief that they are harboring overpayment and holding it hostage from many borrowers and using this money to gain interest. Banks have to reissue overpayment on credit cards within 7 business days. Why is this company holding money for months on end?

On XXXX XXXX, I got a personal loan with PatientFi for services that I was getting through XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, which XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX uses for them for financing procedures. My service were not complete due to an issue that occurred during one of my sessions which I was XXXX on my XXXX. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX did offer XXXX XXXX of the XXXX XXXX, which did not equal in the amount of the XXXX. I had 2 appointments and no one was at the office on either day. I called Patientfi on XX/XX/2023 at XXXX XXXX and spoke to a customer service rep about my concerns. They told me that I would have to contact XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX to get a refund from them even though I making payments to PatientFi. I stated to the customer rep that it's not fair to me that I'm paying on a loan when services wasn't provided in it's entirety. I have contacted XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX about my concerns and the refunds as well for services not rendered.

Scratch sold my loan to PatientFi, but on XX/XX/2022 they took the auto withdrawal from my checking account and as of this date has not provided the payment to PatientFi. I am getting harassing phone calls and letters from PatientFi. All PatientFi says is that it is just something automatic in their company, but I am not coming up on almost being 30 days late. No one is helping me at PatientFi, XXXX, and they just say that if they report it late then they will fix it. This is not acceptable to me. I paid on time, I do not want my credit report affected because these two companies can not figure this out. I have made several calls and requested to speak with a supervisor. I was told that it takes 3-5 business days for a supervisor to return a call. I am frustrated and upset. I worked very hard to get my credit back up and now they putting me in jeopardy. I just keep getting the run around.

Today I received an email from Patient Fi stating that my application was denied due to the below : Serious delinquency, Number of accounts with delinquency, Too few accounts currently paid as agreed, Proportion of loan balances to loan amounts is too high, The number of inquiries on the consumer 's credit file has adversely affected the credit score. If you have any questions about your credit score, you should contact : 1st of all I feel like I'm being pranked, because I never applied for an account with these people. On top of that I have a XXXX XXXX score with no delinquents. Please review the attachments to support my claim. Also it also shows that on my XXXX credit report these people never accessed my credit report. Please let me know if these people are scammers.

I had a meeting today with my banker to obtain a line of credit for my medical practice. He asked me about my XXXX XXXX and when I looked it up XXXX of the scores were in the XXXX 's and XXXX in the XXXX 's. I thought it was strange so I decided to look it up to see why it could have been so low. I saw that there was an account opened while My wife and I were in the hospital welcoming our second son. I have submitted a dispute with transunion, called the office in which the fraud has occurred, and the credit company in which extended the credit. I have not lived in the address provided for more than XXXX years and I do not know of the number that was used in the transaction.

I filled a dispute with XXXX because there are 2 fraudulent accounts on my credit report they are both from the same lender PATIENTFI/LAUNCH one was in XXXX, 2022 the other XXXX, 2022 XXXX said they an investigation and found that these were my accounts which is not true so I did my own investigation and called Patientfi at XXXX and spoke with a representative named XXXX and found out they have a fake email and phone number also the loan was used for XXXX XXXX in someone else name but they got a loan using my ss number strongly urge XXXX to call this company and they will tell I never signed any paperwork they don't even have a copy of my ID

This debt collector engaged in abusive, deceptive, and unfair practices of the FDCPA which it prohibits on XX/XX/. They furnished this account that we didn't agree upon and I didn't sign an agreement on in the amount of XXXX dollars. A legal contract is signed by two parties and I did not participate in any of it. More so they didn't follow the proper 5 step validation procedure which make this unfair practices. According to the FDCPA i'm entitled to XXXX dollars per violation and clearly they violated my rights.

I would like to report an unwanted loan taken out of my name to all three credit bureau 's. there was a loan from the name of Patientfi that wasn't me.i never opened this account and would like to make a complaint because my credit dropped but I never authorized this loan nor I even opened the account. I tried to pay my patientfi debt off thats when they told me my loan went to XXXX XXXX XXXX, I started contacting them for about a week starting XX/XX/XXXX. My means of contact were via phone calls. I have called numerous amounts of time and have left multiple voicemails just trying to pay my debt. No one has contacted me back. I do not know my total amount due or even my account number.
