This is a formal notice that your claim is disputed. I am requesting validation, made pursuant to the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act and the Fair Credit Reporting Act, along with the corresponding local state laws. PATHFINDER CREDIT XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, FL XXXX XXXX : ( Acct # XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Dear CFPB : On XXXX XXXX, XXXX I mailed Pathfinder PCS Credit Services a letter requesting validation of the above referenced account. In fact, I mailed this letter certified mail to provide proof of delivery. On XXXX XXXX, XXXX, this parcel was, indeed, delivered to Pathfinders address as indicated by USPS tracking number ( XXXX ). In that letter I did not refuse to pay, I simply wanted to invoke my rights under XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, which grants all Texas residents the right to a proper validation within a thirty ( 30 ) day time frame. If a collection agency cant provide a proper validation, then said account ( s ) must be deleted from all three credit reporting agencies. Moreover, Pathfinders attempt at a proper validation, has fallen short of the XXXX full legal guidelines thus violating my consumer rights as a resident of the state of Texas. Secondly, because Pathfinder werent able to do such a thingto be exact, this very rouge third party collection agency failed to provide a proper debt validation within 30 days, the trade line was supposed to be deleted from all three major credit reporting agenciesXXXX XXXX and XXXX. As of today, they are still reporting this negative trade line on my credit reportsthis being the case even after they received a second correspondence from me on XXXX XXXX, XXXX, informing them that their attempt at a proper validation had fallen short of the legal 30 day time frame. Again, this letter was sent certified mail ( XXXX ) and was delivered in XXXX XXXX, FL XXXX their companys domicile. The reason for the second letteras posit by the XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX to give them ample enough time to cure notice, which again they failed to do. As it stands today, this very rouge debt collection organization is in multiple violations of the XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ; mainly for failure to provide a proper validate within a 30 day time period. '' In final, Im in the process of taking legal action against this organization in XXXX XXXX, Texas for multiple violations of XXXX XXXX and Deceptive Trade Practices-Consumer Protection Act XXXX of the Business and XXXX XXXX. Please be aware, I will be filing a civil lawsuit against this company for multiple violations of the XXXX XXXX XXXX, ( including but in no way limited to this organizations failure to obtain a XXXX bond in the amount of {$10000.00} ) and its failure to procure a business license in the state of Texas, both for which are mandated under Texas State law. In addition, Im in the process of filing formal complaints with the BBB of XXXX XXXX, FL, the Federal Trade Commission, and the Texas State Attorney General.

In XX/XX/XXXX, I attended a XXXX XXXX XXXXL OF XXXX XXXX, XXXX. Prior to graduating, I received employment offers from numerous XXXX XXXX Companies and/or Carriers, who also, offered to tuition reimbursement. I eventually accepted and chose XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. However, On XX/XX/XXXX, my birthday, another driver exited his vehicle without setting the brakes and his tractor and trailer rolled down and struck my tractor trailer while I was in the sleeper. As a result, I suffered a head and neck injury and underwent 2 steroids injections in my neck. I filed a workers comp, and hours after receiving my steroid injections, XXXX XXXX instructed me to drive to take a New Hire drug screening test. ( although they knew that my doctor instructed for me not to return to work until days later and to not drive and ect. ) The day that I was instructed to return to work from my surgical procedure, XXXX XXXX terminated my employment. ( 2 days later after my injections ) Long story short, I filed with Osha, and XXXX Workers Comp. XXXX XXXX , XXXX denied my claim for Workers Comp, claiming that XXXX had jurisdiction over the claim, although I reside in XXXX, the accident happened in and I was a dedicated driver in XXXX. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX stopped paying for my Student Loan, and now my loan is being reported as a charged off account with credit reporting bureaus. Later I confirmed, that XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX owns XXXX XXXX XXXX , XXXX Pathfinder Credit Services , Inc is not a party to the student loan agreement. Pathfinder Credit Services , Inc., is not registered and/or bonded as required by XXXX FINANCE CODE 392.

XXXX of XXXX, Fl, I got this loan in XX/XX/XXXX and I was promissed a good frame time before I started making payments, I have to mention that I have n't been able to work steadily, and therefore not making payments.A few times I asked XXXX to at least accept small installments, instead they sent my account to a collection agency ( Pathfinder ) I have been in contact with this collection company, but they do not accept minimun payments and all they do is make phone calls to make threats to use their legal department if I do not pay what they ask for, Pathfinder has inflated my original account by adding high interest rate, i was not aware of.On XX/XX/XXXX I was call call by XXXX whom made threats of legal action after i recuested that i needed to see the original statement from XXXX, since the account is getting bigger and bigger.I want to stop them to call me and to harras me or intimidate me arguing that and I quote '' is a tactic for not paying '' as per XXXX, I was not informed by XXXX that my account was in Pathfinder 's collection.Thank you

I was employed by XXXX XXXX XXXX. / XXXX enterprises after attending and completing training with XXXX in XXXX, NC. The loan amount was being deducted monthly from my paycheck and XXXXXXXX XXXX was to match my monthly payment. I have all of my pay stubs from the time that I was hired at XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX until my last week of employment to show when and how much was being deducted from my check on a monthly basis. XXXX driving school in XXXX, NC made no effort to contact me via phone or mail until years after they claim I defaulted on said loan and when they sent a letter by mail, It was an offer to settle for a lesser amount. I have fulfilled my obligation to Driver 's management XXXX., XXXX XXXX and XXXX driving school in XXXX, NC therefore I owe nothing to XXXX or Pathfinder credit services.

On XXXX XXXX I checked my credit report to find Pathfinder credit services had a collections against my SSN with XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX credit reporting agencies. On XXXX XXXX I requested verification of the debt and account but the business failed to provide any proof. On XXXX XXXX Pathfinder credit services did however report new activity with the account to the aforementioned credit reporting agencies. Considering this business does not have a contract with me for any goods or services nor provided adequate proof, I am not obligated to pay for the alleged debt. Furthermore, I have found that Pathfinder credit services is not authorized to collect in the state of Texas.

They agreed to allow my son to make his XXXX payment on XXXX XXXX, 2015. They did not notate the account to reflect this agreement and refused to honor it. They have routinely misrepresented their employees actions and the employees are lying about all contacts with us. He has given them permission to take automatic payments and the company is not taking them. I am receiving letters from the company stating the payments are not being made. I am feeling threatened and harassed by these letters. My son is making every attempt to make these loan payments. This company is not ethical in any sense.

False Alligation claiming that I attended a school in that they have evidence showing that I attended this school which indeed is false I live in a whole different County!!!! I have proof that I never live in that county they stating I attended school at. I have been a victim of identity theft And willing to seek legal reputation if this matter isnt drop. I tried to enroll in XXXX in XXXX. My Family paid for my fees by check. Later on I got a bill from Pathfinder Credit. We checked with the bank and sent a copy of the check we had paid with to XXXXXXXXXXXX. I asked to please stop all attempts to collect and remove it from my credit report since it was never owed. That was almost a year ago and its still on my credit report
