15 U.S.C 1681 Section 602 A : States that I have the Right to Privacy.
15 U.S.C 1681 Section 604 A Section 2 : Al states that a consumer reporting agency can not furnish an account without my written instructions 15 U.S.C 1681c. ( a ) ( 5 ) Section States : That no consumer reporting agency may make any consumer reports containing any of the following items of information that are any other adverse item of information, other than records of convictions of crimes which antecedates the report by more than seven years.
15 U.S.C 1681s-2 ( A ) ( 1 ) A person shall not furnish any information relating to a consumer to any other consumer reporting agency if the person has reasonable cause to believe that the information is inaccurate.

During the month of XX/XX/2020, I lost Job do to the Covid 19.
I reported It to the company : American Leading Finance and ask for
and evaluation for monthly moratory. It was recently denied, they claim I was not paying bills on time. I told them I lost employment and department of labor Have not give me my Unemployment benefits do to controvertial Point. All payments are on hold. I have reported to every finantial Institutions about this matter but There is No help, only treats to collect and report to credit burea missing payments. Please let me know What other options I have. I'm considering going Bankrupt soo

American Leading, keeps sending letters to repossed auto. I reported that due to the Pandemic Covid 19, Lost Job. The Dept of unemployment have on hold all benefits due to point of conflicts. So far I have not made some payments.
