I closed a transaction with Parkside lending last XXXX of XXXX, when the first payment letter came it was very confusing and I received several. I called my LO and he helped clear up the confusion. I made my payment of {$1900.00} and included a extra {$100.00} to my payment on XX/XX/XXXX I didn't realize that they sent me my payment back of {$1900.00} on the XXXX of XXXX. I was out of town and when I got back I kept getting calls that my payment wasn't made. I called my loan officer, because of the language barrier. I still wasn't understanding why they were calling for payment. My LO asked me to get the bank statement to show that I made the payment. when I went to get the statement and I sent it to him. there's where I realized they sent me my payment back for no reason. BUT they NEVER sent me my {$100.00} overage I made towards principal back. I had the exact same problem happen in XXXX, but this time some how they took the payment back after reversing again. But again, they never sent me my {$100.00} back. so now I was out overage of {$200.00} and they're calling me for money. VERY SLOPPY AND CONFUSING. XXXX told me to make XXXX XXXX payment and that I wouldn't be marked late because of their obvious error The overage got worked out, now I have my credit destroyed and they refuse to help me with removing lates from my credit. they have me with 60 and 90 days late, when it was their fault. They waived the late fees because of their mistake but wont remove the lates. HORRIBLE, it doesn't make any sense, especially after researching, Per servicing guidelines, lenders are not supposed to mark you late if a mistake happens through the transferring processing of a loan. Now they got their money and they don't seem to care about the customer now that they made their money. Now my loan has been sold several times because of my credit being so low. nobody wants my mortgage because they think I'm high risk. Every month, I'm panicking to make sure the correct servicer has my payment. I have now retained an attorney and will be seeking legal action because of their negligence. I have the proof that, they reversed the money and there was sufficient funds in the account. WORST COMPANY EVER!!!!!!

All property taxes paid directly to Treasurer / Tax Collector summary showing XXXX owed on my property taxes as of the date XX/XX/XXXX This is immediately preceding Parkside Lending withholding property taxes in an escrow account. I believe Parkside to be incorrect on 2 areas : 1 ) Parkside never properly began my beginning balance with a XXXX balance. 2 ) Parkside is attempting to collect {$18000.00}. for an escrow account that only totals XXXX. 3 ) Parkside is illegally forcing me into foreclosure by not accepting my XXXX payment for the last two months. 4 ) Parkside is illegally charging late fees on amounts I have not been late on payments. Loan payment schedule determined by Parkside Lending as follows : Original mortgage payment, not including property taxes {$2300.00}. In XXXX, I requested an escrow account be set up on my behalf. At this time, Parkside Lending increased my payment to include property taxes to {$3100.00}. This allows {$830.00} to accumulate each month and be placed into an escrow account for Parkside Lending to pay my property taxes two times per year. This monthly amount totals {$10000.00} annually and my annual tax bill is {$10000.00}. I paid ( on time every month since inception of escrow account {$3100.00}. In XX/XX/XXXX, I received an increased mortgage payment ( includes mortgage, property taxes and escrow shortage account ) for {$3800.00}. I immediately contacted Parkside Lending and have received the run around for 4 months to no avail. How can a mortgage Lender be allowed to increase a homeowner payment from {$2300.00} to XXXX = an increase of {$1500.00} per month? When this does not total the property taxes?

On XX/XX/XXXX I was notified by Parkside Lending who originated my loan on XX/XX/XXXX for the purchase of my first home via phone call that there was a problem with one of the dates on the paperwork. During this phone call I was told the following : That all the documents were the same that only the dates were different. I was asked to get them signed as soon as possible for my best interest. Before I received the packet I was notified by XXXX XXXX that my credit had been pulled and had a hard inquiry. When I received the email with the new application document I noticed that it was marked refinance. My marital status was incorrect, I was changed to a floating rate, my income was also changed, and a new loan number was issued. Since that time, I have been notified many times by Parkside Lendings over the last 45 days from the mortgage bankers personal cellphone after hours in the attempt to get me to resign the new documents. He told me in several different ways that it would be in my best interest to sign the new documents. I had made my first mortgage payment on XX/XX/XXXX and it was not applied until approx 10 days after making it. It appeared they were holding it as they tried to get me to sign new loan documents. There have been many conversations since the XX/XX/XXXX with the following employees of Parkside. XXXX XXXX - Loan Officer XXXX XXXX - Area Manager I've been told that my loan was closed a day earlier than TRID allows and that is why they are trying to originate a new loan as my loan is not saleable to HUD. This situation has been handled unprofessionally by the lender and those involved. It has been extremely stressful with concerns that I am going to lose my home. I've contacted an attorney and was advised not to sign anything. I've told XXXX XXXX that I am not interested in refinancing and he continues to harass me. I have my original loan documents, the closing package and the new loan documents in paper form if needed. Please notify me if copies of these docs should be forwarded.

I refinanced and after closing my first payment was due on XX/XX/XXXX. Prior to my first payment it was very confusing as I received multiple first payment letters. One to Parkside Lending and one from XXXX XXXX. I called both Parkside and XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX told me my payment was due to them. Over the last month my loan officer who has been helping me who is no longer employed by Parkside put me in touch with their servicing team. I have sent multiple emails and documentation. They are reporting to my credit report a 30,60, and 90 day late. At first they agreed to remove the 60 and 90 day late in which calls from the credit agencies to them have been denied. Even though I gave the a letter at the request of Parkside giving them authorization. In the documentation section I have uploaded my payment history. You will see payments made in XXXX, XXXX, XXXX to XXXX XXXX. There is no way Parkside can report me 30 days late for or later when I made payment in all three of those months. Currently they are showing my XXXX payment not paid. Parkside needs to remove all lates they are reporting to me credit and they are not being helpful. It is not my fault that I received multiple first payment letters. I received zero calls from Parkside during this time stating I was late or there was an issue. Lastly I was told by my loan officer there are servicing transfer laws that should have protected me in this instance where they cant report me late due to their errors. This needs to be removed immediately.

When we first serviced our mortgage loan on XX/XX/2015 with Parkside Lending, all was apples and cherries. They quickly turned around and sold our loan to XXXX XXXX. I received information from XXXX XXXX as our mortgage provider come XX/XX/2015 and began paying mortgage to XXXX XXXX. I followed all instructions, and on XX/XX/2015 I received information from Parkside Lending stating our loan is deliquient and collection will be ensued. It took a long time for me to be able to reach a live person and actually spoke to a manager. I was finally able to secure that and received a letter and confirmation from Parkside Lending stating they no longer hold our mortgage loan and was sold to XXXX XXXX. Today, I am reviewing my credit reports. I see that on XXXX the information is not reported correctly. On XXXX and XXXX it is correct. XXXX clearly states my first deliquent with Parkside Lending was XXXX/2015. There are no records indicating my account was closed/transferred and sold. It looks like I still have an outstanding balance of XXXX. This affected my husband and my credits for the past 5 years.. and WE WERE NOT AWARE of IT!!!! OUR CREDIT SCORES HAVE BEEN IMPACTED, AND WE ARE NOT ABLE TO REFINANCE OR WHAT NOT. This is NOT OK. I NEED PARKSIDE LENDING TO REMEDIATE THIS SITUATION IMMEDIATELY.

I have contacted XXXX XXXX and Parkside Lending in regards to load number ****** for the property address ****** XXXX, XXXX XXXX, CA, XXXX. This loan has been recently transferred from Parkside Lending to XXXX XXXX XXXX in the month of XXXX. I would like to firstly note that I have not received any notification whatsoever from both XXXX and Parkside Lending about this change. Additionally, I also see that XXXX account reports 3 payments due for the months of XXXX, XXXX and XX/XX/2019. I paid the XXXX and XXXX payments to Parkside Lending. Please find the monthly statement for XXXX from Parkside Lending which shows no statement balance, and also my monthly statements which show 3 payments made to Parkside Lending ( for XXXX and XXXX ) out of which I had to revert one due to duplicate payments processed. I reached out to both XXXX and Parkside Lending in regards to this in the past one week without much success to get this resolved. I can only pay my XXXX payment due when : 1. I receive my monthly statement from XXXX 2. I receive a transfer notice from Parkside Lending and XXXX 3. My outstanding balance due is fixed at XXXX. I would appreciate your help expediting this request to correct the balances.

Parkside lending reported my tradeline as 30 days late in XX/XX/2019 ; however ; Parkside Lending did not service my loan, as I refinanced with Parkside Lending and they sold the loan on XX/XX/2019 to XXXX XXXX XXXX. In my welcome letter, I was instructed to send all payments to XXXX starting with my XX/XX/2019 payment. I have provided evidence : bank statements, mortgage statement, & welcome letter, that I made all of my payments to XXXX including the XX/XX/2019 payment that is in question. I have disputed this 3 times with XXXX with no luck whatsoever! I have also called Parkside Lending and they refuse to help as well. I have attached documentation that proves my loan was sold XXXX and I never was late in making a payment to Parkside Lending. My wife and i refinanced in XX/XX/2018, and our loan started being serviced by Parkside Lending in XX/XX/2018 .The mortgage was transferred to a new servicer XX/XX/2018 XXXX XXXX XXXX .We are in the process of obtaining a home improvement loan, and when our credit report came up it appears we have two open mortgage accounts. This incorrect information is causing a credit hardship. The credit report should indicate the Parkside Lending account as closed since it has been transferred to XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX, our new mortgage provider.

i did submit a complaint to the CFPB abut a reporting issue, and bank responded '' Due to this error, all late charges assessed to the borrowers account have been waived and a correction was submitted to the credit repositories to reflect all payments have been " paid as agreed. '' We ask the borrower allow approximately 30 days for the update to be reflected on his credit report. '' and today, more then 50 days it still was not updated
