Cfpb # XXXX XXXX From my complaint filedXX/XX/XXXXXXXX XXXX stated that yes we conducted the sale transaction at XXXX XXXX XXXX. In XXXX XXXX XXXX response you said previous claim was denied and turned over to the underwriter. 1. Who was the previous claim with and denied? Who is the underwriter? You said parks title did the title work, then show it. Why are both of our names at the top of the title which has forced me to update law enforcement XXXX and have served a 30 days notice to XXXX XXXX. Cc. XXXX police department XXXX county sheriff dept. Michigan state police mortgage fraud task force XXXX fbi Because I was not happy with the statements to me yesterday, I asked to speak to her supervisor XXXX XXXX, both I was unhappy and asked to speak to the supervisor above them. They would not give me the persons name, I left messages at each of their phone numbers today asking for the supervisors name above them. After some research I was able to locate the CA headquarters office. I called there today at XXXX I spoke to a gentlemen who asked me for the claim number, I gave him this claim number which was given to me XXXX. He immediately indicated that the claim number was one number short. I indicated to him that this was the claim number from XXXX XXXX. He said well give me the address, he located the property by address. He then indicated that the supervisor I needed to speak with, is XXXX XXXX. That he will be calling me back today. I received a phone call around XXXX XXXX from XXXX XXXX, following up on my complaints. He said was sorry for me and it was complicated situation. He listened to my story. He advised me to talk to XXXX XXXX, he indicated XXXX XXXX is above XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX gave me his number which is XXXX. I brought to his attention that I was told one number was missing from the claim number by his assistant claim number XXXX. He corrected me, he said the claim number is XXXX. I then told him this is exactly the claim number XXXX XXXX sent me by email. He then clarified with me that I was missing the 9 at the end. As he starting to give me XXXX XXXX number the phone call disconnected.

XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Attn : Claim Dept XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, IL XXXX XXXX : COMPLAINT ( PLEASE FORWARD PROOF OF THE SALE TO CFPB ) I file a complaint with your company CFPB # XXXX and it were handled by XXXX XXXX she provided new details from the years XX/XX/XXXX-XX/XX/XXXX then I were told that you were not involved with the transaction at XXXX XXXX XXXX then she indicated you did so conduct the transaction on XXXX XXXX and his daughter XXXX XXXX fronting as his wife on covenant deed. You recently contacted me to file an complaint and informed me to file a complaint with your insurance company listed above and provided claim # MI XXXX, PARKS FILE # XXXX I mailed it out. You recently told me on the phone that no correct XXXX XXXX claim that you conducted the sale but that you done the title work, THATS IT.

I informed you that XXXX XXXX add more fraud in XXXX with Step Forward Michigan a Government Agency and are under investigation complaint XXXX and that the case with XXXX XXXX were published XX/XX/XXXX on reference to a trust account from the risk management dept with the OCC # XXXX and provided you additional documetation, the bottom line XXXX XXXX scammed me out of the house you mail me a letter dated XX/XX/XXXX in the letter you state it was determined that nothing was done wrong in the foreclosure of his mortgage but, with XXXX XXXX there are no legal transaction on record. Please work with the CFPB let it be if XXXX XXXX to XXXX XXXX XXXX got a mortgage or any transaction that taken place that nothing was done wrong.

In XXXX 2008 XXXX and XXXX were constantly stopping by my property and sometimes had the XXXX police asking me to move out because XXXX XXXX had purchased the property for XXXX and they presented a covenant deed as evidence and claim that parks title company conducted the transaction. I recently were informed by XXXX that they were doing a release of the lien and provided me a case number. I politely left a message for amaze of this and he taken it as a threat and filed in XXXX county court against me case XXXX. In these pleadings and a statement to XXXX police he indicated that he purchase the property legally and he has legal documentation. Please provide to the CFPB the legal documentation that XXXX claim he has under your title company at XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, michigan XXXX.
