I have been harassed, threatened, intimidated, disrespected, and have endured fraud by Paragon Credit Repair Services. 2 years ago I paid to have my credit repaired and they stopped working on my account after a few months, and told me that they could n't do anything else. My credit never improved, in fact it got worse. The company has a money back guarantee if you are not satisfied. They charged me thousands of dollars for credit repair that never occurred. I refuse to pay any more money to this corrupt business that lies to consumers. The owner of this company is a fraud and abuses his authority to blackmail customers into believing his threats. This organization needs to do an investigation into this company that is fraudulently duping people into believing that they can fix one 's credit ; which they ca n't and they do n't. I am asking from relief from this corrupt organization. Per FCRA and per the company 's money back guarantee I 'm asking that the thousands of dollars I 've already paid in fees be returned to me immediately.

Hello Paragon Credit Repair Services states in their advertisement that if you are not satisfied with their services you do not have to pay. This company promised to increase my credit score 3 years ago and instead made my credit even worse, I went all the way down to the low 505 range. They fraudulently charged me on a monthly basis to me and my wife, claiming that they had debt deleted which was a flat out lie, and nothing was deleted from my record. They falsely tell people that they will delete information from credit reports, which obviously can't be done. In XX/XX/XXXX again they tried to get me to continue to pay for services that were never rendered, my credit was complete garbage thanks to them. I filed a complaint which I'm enclosing, again.
I'm also enclosing emails I received recently in XX/XX/XXXX in which the owner and his assistant are harassing me and my wife over email and phone. They are also filing false claims of owing money with a collection agency that calls non-stop. I have repeatedly asked them not to contact me via phone, email. or via any communication as there debt is not valid. This is a corrupt business that commits fraud by telling people they will fix their credit, and then they try and charge exorbitant amounts of money for services never delivered. This business needs to be investigated for consumer fraud.

XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX has engaged in the following against me and my wife.
1. Consumer Fraud : Company stated they would repair credit by deleting derrogatories from credit file. The company charged me thousands of dollars which we paid. Our credit got worse not better.
2. Fraudulent Marketing : Company provided misleading statements related to credit repair and also provided false claims related to being able to not owe any money if not satisfied. Company lies to Veterans to get them to sign up for this fraudulent service.
3. Lying to CFPB : Paragon claims that they won in the Arizona Attorney General Office. The fact is paragon never won anything. I filed a complaint against paragon with the Arizona attorney general 's office for fraud and consumer scamming. I actually won against paragon and now they are lying to CFPB. Myself nor my wife owe this company a dime.
4. Deceptive and harassing communication : This company bullies consumers by sending threatening emails and phone calls. The paragon owner is a complete fraud who preys upon consumers who are trying to fix their credit. Instead Paragon doesn't fix credit, and lies, and charges consumers for services not rendered.

The Credit Repair agency owner called my previous device in which I no longer have and has been given to a family member because I could not afford and left a voicemail calling me a coward for no paying what I owed even though I was told the money could be refunded for satisfaction guarantee and also stated account specific sensitive information in the voicemail. Also threatened to report to all XXXX credit agencies and hire an attorney to garnish my wages. Then he began to question my position in my company stating he does not know what kind of company I can be the head of because I am a coward and had funds reversed from their company. They have not sent me myself any communications through email which they have as well as anything to notify me of the fact I can not reverse the satisfaction guarantee funds.
