Dear Sir I am COMPLETELY AT A LOSS TO INFORM THAT .It appears Pangea account has been hacked and my personal information such as my phone number and bank account details have been stolen.
I called their office immediately on XXXX XXXX by phone after getting alerts from my bank and informed Mr.Carlos that four unauthorized /fraudulent attempts were made to withdraw {$450.00} from two of my bank accounts registered with Pangea to transfer money fraudulently to 1 ) XXXX XXXX and 2 ) XXXX in XXXX .I had never registered these recipients with Pangea and this hacking has completely shaken us which is going to serve as a deterrent to deal with Pangea in future ..
So far a total of 3 debit entries of {$490.00} are showing in the bank accounts ( with XXXX XXXX XXXX of New Jersey ) and I am awaiting reversal action from Pangea as my repeated request to the company has not yielded any response & they are also not responding to the call made by the bank officials. from the respective bank to secure refund of the unauthorized withdrawals.
Kindly look into and advise how to get our money back and what steps Pangea has taken to ensure it does not happen again and valued and loyal customers like me do not suffer a loss and such a harassment again. I also spoke to their supervisor Manager XXXX and XXXX separately but have not been able to get a redressal of my complaint. He simply kept repeating follow up with your bank.
I have documentary evidence from Pangea clearly stating that these transactions have been cancelled but still they have not sent the refund to my bank.
Please acknowledge and initiate a prompt remedial action in the matter XXXX XXXX Realtor, Broker Associate XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ( XXXX ) Number XXXX Cell ; XXXX XXXX XXXX

I sent money to the XXXX, thru XXXX Pangea USA LLC . sent dated XX/XX/XXXX, XXXX after waiting for an hour the person who I sent the money to called me, to say that they had not received anything. When they went to the XXXX XXXX ( office ) they were told that their system was " slow '', then she was forced to come back the next day XX/XX/2020, she was then told " no response from the main office of this company ''. I tried calling the company 's main office however, it was closed. The money that is being sent is for emergency and needs to be received right away. However, due to the companies ' lack of customer service, there is no one get in contact with regarding the issue. The company does not provide customer service that satisfies certain timezones. Those who are not within the time zone of their customer service hours can't get in touch with the company at all and has no way of resolving issues right away. Due to the circumstances of the receiver, this money was supposed to be received right away. I have the receipts stating that the person was to receive the money on XX/XX/2020 ( PST ) It has address information on the receipt and I will be willing to provide the receipts once I get an email back regarding this complaint.

I tried sending money through Pangea Money Transfer for {$290.00} + the fees. Its been over 4 days and my transfer has not received in XXXX. I have been calling repeatedly to Pangea and they havent been doing anything to get my money transferred to XXXX. I have requested call back from a manager couple of times and no one is calling back. I have exhausted all the resources to get my money back. Transfer ID XXXX
