I, was " Solicited " by A Letter in the Mail back in XXXX of XXXX The Letter offered a Personal Loan- ( Consolidation-Loan ) So, I, Called the Phone Number and Spoke to a Consultant by the Name of XXXX from Panamerican Consutants LLC of Califronia XXXX
He Said that He would not Reccommend a Consolidation Loan but Offered a " Debt-Reconciliation Program '' This Program would Cost me {$320.00} a month for Sixteen ( 16 ) months! So, I set that up thru my XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX as an " ACH-Payment " Payable Once a Month on the XXXX of each Month! So, I have Paid 8-Payments so Far- -- > XXXX $ XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXXXXXXTotal Payments! Last Monday I discovered a Disclaimer on the Regular Website of this Company, so, I, called XXXX Back and asked him about the program and what Am I, getting for my monthly payments? I, do not see where I am Getting any Benefits?
I, told XXXX that I, was under the Impression that when a Debtor sells off my Debt, I thought they would " Negotiate " a Payoff?
Their " Disclaimer " says " No " So, I, believe that this is a " Scam "?
And I, would like a Full Refund? ( $ XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX!!!
