Pan Am Collections repeatedly contacted me to collect a fee I did not believe I owed. Despite communicating with them regarding my dispute they continued to add fees to the original amount claimed. They made repeated phone calls including calling me and leaving a message from an unlisted number. They have proceeded to turn my account over to XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX for collection despite my good faith efforts to confirm and resolve fees owed in a timely manner to the original creditor. They failed to correspond with me for over three months following final payment to original creditor to indicate that they still claimed I owed fees and instead turned my account over to the aforementioned law office. This resulted in additional fees from the law office. The fees charged by Pan Am Collections and XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX are inconsistent, unclear, and not supported by the terms of the financial agreement I signed with the original creditor leading to confusion regarding debt owed. This financial agreement specifically states that I owe expense incurred by " my provider '' in collecting balance owed. According to provider, this obligation was met when the XXXX collection fee was paid. Finally, law office left message on XXXX/XXXX/XXXX requesting I call. The call was returned by me on XXXX/XXXX/XXXX. XXXX XXXX at law office claimed that a letter had been sent to me on XXXX/XXXX/XXXX confirming the debt I owed. I informed him that I never received any such letter from the law office, despite residing at the same address Pan Am Collections and XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX and XXXX have utilized previously.

On XXXX XXXX, 2017 a debt collector called my work looking for my boss they call almost every day we forward the messages to our boss but that does n't seem good enough for them today he called 4 with 1 to 3 seconds apart each phone call the first two phone calls he yelled and screamed at me told me to do my job to get my boss to pay the debt I explained to him that I ca n't make my boss do anything I 'm not on his checking account this debt has nothing to do with me and he should not be talking to me like this I hung up the phone he immediately called back his tone was even worse the fourth phone call I recorded with him yelling at me telling me that it 's all my fault with you here in the recording down below I then contacted the company to put in a complaint myself the company said it is quite OK and OK for the company to talk to me this way basically I allow my boss to go without paying his bills he called my boss a scumbag at that point in time I knew I was not gon na get through to these people and I hung up the phone I think that person who he said his name was XXXX is the same person that calls here every day looking for my boss The company name is Pam am debt collectors as I stated above this debt does not belong to me but the man got very abusive with me over the phone several times on the date listed

I was recently assigned a cell phone by my employer that had been used by a former employee, who is no longer with the company. I have received several calls from Pan Am Collections attempting to contact this previous employee. The most recent call was today XXXX/XXXX/XXXX. Unfortunately, I share the same first name as the previous employee, and answered the phone identifying myself by my full name. With the common first name, the caller was aggressive in insisting that I was the party of his interest. I called back and talked to a XXXX XXXX with Pan Am, and made clear that I am not the individual they are attempting to reach. He adamantly refuses to acknowledge this. I explicitly directed them to cease calling me, which was met with a clear indication that they will not comply. I have blocked the listed number for the company ( XXXX ) on my cell phone. However, they have also dialed in on an " Unknown Number '', so I anticipate that they will continue to attempt to harass me. I was informed that the phone call was recorded by XXXX XXXX. When I signed up for a Leading XXXX membership I told the representative that I might not be able to continue coming if I got a job. She said, " That 's alright, you can cancel if that happens. '' So, I went to the health club for about a month before I got a full time job and could no longer go. I continued paying the fees for about five months, but after that I just could see any purpose in doing so since I could not utilize the club. So, I called to cancel and was informed that I would have to pay off the balance. This is not what I was told I repeatedly tried to work something out with them, but they refused. This occurred five years ago. I want to file a complaint against them at this point. It 's negative option billing. I trusted what I was told and then they change the terms.

PanAM collection contacted me first by calling my cell phone and left a voicemail. Called them back to find out who they were and why they were calling me, told me they were collecting a debt on a medical bill. They continued to call repeated times. The bill was paid in full with the medical group, documentation was send to PanAM collection company showing the bill was paid for the full amount listed on the bill! When the called a few weeks ago they were told the receipt was mailed out and XXXX proceeded to use profanity towards me. today I received another phone call from XXXX first on my cell phone then to my house phone, my wife answered the phone and told him the bill was paid in full and he is requesting more money be paid.

Pan Am Collections has been calling me for debt that I do not owe and has been leaving me abusive language including racial slurs. I still have their voicemails saved I had emailed them I do not owe any debt to them, infact they had over charged me fee for prior two debt collections and had not refunded me those over charges. They charged me fee for stage 3 collection but never asked for permission to go to even stage 2 or stage. As per the contract, before moving on from stage 1, they are required to ask for my explicit permission. I had the contract reviewed by my attorney as well.

The debt was not paid but there is no actual debt. XXXX and XXXX both removed it from my credit report a few weeks after it was added because they said it was not a valid debt. The vehicle was not financed it did not have any loan it was through a car lot that my uncle worked at a XXXX and the car was a piece of junk and given them back to them. They continue to call me daily and tell me that they do n't care if I do n't feel like I owe and they do n't care if it was removed from my credit report but it is still a debt I owe

Male caller identifies himself as representing PAN AM Collections. Telephone number is blocked. Argues when I indicate I can not pay bill at this time. When I attempt to advise him not to call but to contact by mail, he states, loudly, " I can not hear you when you talk at the same time '' very loudly. Attempts to get me angry as a form of abuse ( I am suffering from XXXX ).
