Paid In Full! XXXX & XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, AZ XXXX ( XXXX ) XXXX ; ( XXXX ) XXXX, a collection company, started to call and send letters regarding a commercial lease. We have asked for verification and upon the last letter the collection company did not provide proof that who they were collecting for was the correct entity.
XXXX the original owner sold the property and dissolved the company. We had been paying a different entity since XXXX. When we brought this up to the collection agency, they responded with : " We have communicated with our client concerning your dispute. Please accept this response as verification of this debt that our client has provided. Our client advises as follows : His lease was and remains in full force and effect through and after the sale. We had a new tenant commence as of XX/XX/XXXX. '' They then added a new name for whom they are collecting for without providing proof of who is the rightful recipient of the debt.
This has caused much financial distress for us.

This complaint is in regards to Paid in Full ( PIF Inc. ), and XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX . For unknowingly any legally putting a hard hit on my credit report, and inaccurately reporting something that I have absolutely no personal financial obligation for! This was clearly something I was signing as my job description called for, for a company that I was simply working for. The two mentioned above had absolutely no right to obtain my ss # and run my credit for any reason whatsoever. This is now on my personal credit report and being a personal debt, which is absolutely incorrect, and once again, they had no right whatsoever to do so in the first place! This has damage my credit and hindered my ability to obtain new financing. And also for the record, the contractor that these two represent, never finish the work completely and wanted payment in full! Who do that???? Unfortunately, work was never completed and payment was never made and now this is gone to litigation. Both parties have an attorney.

XXXX XXXX XXXX had a hard hit on my credit report when in fact this account is a corporate account. I was simply signing a contract on behalf of my job duty as XXXXXXXX XXXX. I have absolutely no personal obligation for this debt and this attorney never had the right to obtain my ss # for this matter, period, and to run my credit without my permission! This attorney and the collections done on my personal credit report have impacted my ability to obtain new financing. I believe this is their way of trying to get me to pay and a threat that if I dont pay that it will remain on my credit report!

I have disputed this collection account with PIF 3 times and they have been unable to validate the debt. There is no contract or signed contract and have requested this collection account be removed from all XXXX of my credit reports, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX . This collection account is still reporting on my XXXX credit report. I also disputed wi th the Credit Bureau ( XXXX ) to have this removed because the collection account can not be validated and they still continue to report this collection account on my credit report stating it has been proven valid and it has not.

I have called PIF, inc several times to try to correct this and see what it is about however have been unsuccessful in doing so. I was recently served with papers from XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX who notified me they had purchased the debt from the original person I had an account with which is XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. However I do not owe XXXX as they picked up the merchandise in question. And every other account I had with them is paid in full which is clearly stated on my credit report. So until this is all resolved I want this off my credit report because this is not accurate information.

I was an XXXX, ( XXXX ). Under the corporation, we leased an office. We closed the doors on the corporation a few years later due to the economy crash. We held on as long as we could but ultimately had to close up shop. The corporation had a balance left on the building lease and leasing company decided to send it to collections under my personal credit file. We opened the lease under the umbrella of the corporation and my personal credit should not have been damaged. " Paid in Full collection agency '' is the name of the collection agency coming after me for the corporate debt.

I received a debt collection letter from PAID IN FULL located in XXXX, AZ. I disputed the debt. I provided a copy of the receipt from the dealership. They responded very quickly and stated my receipt wasnt enough and they need a copy of the check. This was a debt from 2015 and my bank doesnt have a copy of the check because its over 2 years old. They refused to remove this settled debt from my credit report. I dont know what else Im supposed to do.

I have never heard of this company, nor have I had any communication with this company. Last I heard was, I was up to date with my XXXX account. I havent done business with them in years.
