Precision Capital XXXX XXXX, Or Sent my mortgage loan to XXXX XXXX of XXXX XXXX XXXX of XXXX, OR there hired counsel was directed to file foreclosure twice in late XXXX and in mid XXXX All this whole there was a forclosure XXXX XXXX XXXX that was currently in force. I owned a rental house located at XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, Wa XXXX and in XXXX I had completed a refinance with XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, OR with my wife at the time XXXX XXXX now XXXX XXXX. We divorced in middle of XXXX and I was awarded the proprerty in our final divorce decree. I have had multiple problems with the servicing that Precision Capital has done on my mortgage loan. XXXX is a private lender that does not report to any credit bureaus as well as does not participate in sending monthly statements nor any online account access. Until just not too long ago they did not even process XXXX payments they were required to be mailed in a check type form to them. This often resulted in late fees as they were holding checks until after late fee was assessed then acknowledging the payment had just arrived. My contact there was XXXX XXXX who managed the servicing on my loan My loan rate was fixed for 7 years at XXXX I think. In XXXX I was paying nearly 11.0 % interest due to the over ballon payments they kept enforcing. When XXXX XXXX arrived I was severely affected personally and by my tenants I have a large amount of rental homes that I receive rental income on. I had fallen behind on my mortgage and was originally told they had a COVID relief program available for me at this time I was speaking to a lady that her named started with a M if I can recall correctly. After delays I never was offered or able to receive mortgage assistance relief from XXXX was only told no they do not and was sent over to XXXX XXXX XXXX for foreclosure. I was able to have a relative help me and got the mortgage out of foreclosure At this time XXXX had notified my ex wife who then tried to enforce a clause added to our divorce decree that gives her first right of refusal on a defaulted mortgage loan that we jointly may have still. So at this point XXXX my XXXX wife began to communicate with XXXX at XXXX and then again it was sent to XXXX for Foreclosure this being the second time while at Statewide Foreclosure moratorium was still in affect statewide. At that point communication was very tough with XXXX I was trying to request my original mortgage rate note to determine if I did qualify for covid relief, they never sent it to me as well as refusing to send me year end tax interest paid statements I was trying to get correct amounts needed to send in to pull my loan from foreclosure proceedings I was told once to send XXXX amount then another then XXXX was ok then not then told send personal check then was told had to be certified All while XXXX is negotiating with my ex wife on the other end This practice ended up costing me the home as it was awarded to my ex wife on the grounds that I ran out of time messing around with the back and fourth and poor response times.I am requesting a investigation that will hopefully bring my home back to me that I did not deserve to loose
