On XX/XX/XXXX, I was approved for a personal loan with Pacifica Finance. They stated that the loan would be deposited, in full based on my application, by XXXX that evening.
Since then, theyve made several inquiries to my bank and done multiple verification to ensure that, on my behalf, everything is being done correctlyon their behalf, things have been lagging severely.
In the last few days, their employees have resorted to name calling and asking me to pay them prior to fund delivery rather than ensuring that the funds are delivered as promised with no obligation to me at all as the loan agreement has been signed as of XXXX. The only thing thats been amended in that agreement is my banking information because they inquired about verifying my debit card on my XXXX XXXX XXXX account which caused strange transactions shortly aftermy account was then flagged immediately after.
The new account given has been verified and meets the criteria for deposit.
