I get a call from XXXX XXXX to call oakdale portfolio management something about paperwork for me to sign. That never came it was supposed to come between XXXX today. This company dont know XXXX XXXX XXXX but he sure knew them he calls from private number. He gives number to call XXXX XXXX the other number to oak dale is XXXX ( XXXX ) XXXX. I spoke to XXXX with oakdale today he was rude and antagonistic and aggressive. I hung up on him at first to call original creditor lendly and then got referred to XXXX XXXX they referred me to oakdale. Well I call XXXX back after verifying that. He asks about notices sent to me dont recall anything by mail, and he dont know nothing of this XXXX server no show guy but XXXX sure knows them. XXXX demanded immediate payment by debit card and he would send paperwork to stop next step in process what that is they dont know maybe wage garnishment anything really depending on law. With out immediate debit card and signature on some e docs right that second they will consider me not willing to resolve the account ( despite me telling them I was busy and couldnt get them that info right that second ). I think I received something from united maybe but not this oakdale place. Oakdale wouldnt send me payment plan paperwork with out debit card up front. They asked who I bank with same bank as when I got the lendly account XXXX snarked back thats surprising. Also according to XXXX if I kept track with my creditor or something like that this wouldnt happen ( after i informed about seeing if it was a scam ). XXXX was upset and loud and nasty and sounded mad about me hanging up on him earlier to check to see if this was legit he kept being obnoxious repeatedly oh its not a scam we got your info ( ya scammers can get that ). I told them because they didnt want to give much info. Kept demanding immediate payment and signature on e docs after getting my debit card first that maybe I should look at a lawyer or file complaint with ftc he hollered what lawyer I said maybe Ill look at getting one or filing with ftc he immediately disconnected.

The original lender wasXXXX XXXX XXXX Oakdale has contacted me and harassed and threatened me with lawsuit when I was unable to continue my payments. I have done research and the lender claims Tribal Sovereign Immunity. Their debt recovery company, Oakdale portfolio recovery, who also go by oakdale & Associates, called me and claimed that XXXX XXXX was suing me and that I should have been served court papers. Then they back tracked when I told them I had not been served and that there was no court case filed based on a search I did with my local court that would have jurisdiction. I made a couple of payments directly to Oakdale and then fell behind again. When I agreed to make these payments with Oakdale, they had me esign a form but the terms and conditions state that this is for the amount listed on the form, however, no amount is listed on this document except {$9.00} fee depending on the state I am in.
I was out of the country recently and received a voicemail on XX/XX/23 alleging that there was a stop order on my scheduled location date and I needed to call Oakdale and Associates right away to reschedule. I have never received any information from Oakdale via mail or email about any lawsuit and I have not been served and theyre trying to intimidate me.

XX/XX/2023 a company called all my family members and XXXX and they left the same XXXX message stating they knew the individual was associated with me ( XXXX XXXX ) they stated that if I dont answer then they will be responsible. Never sent me any letter or email or call me either but somehow found all my family and close friends and disclosed collections and XXXX XXXX. This company violated my rights! The company is called XXXX XXXX XXXX
( XXXX ) XXXX XXXX They need to stop calling or I will escalate mater up as needed XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX.

This debt collector keeps harassing me and other family members looking for a XXXX XXXX who we do not know. This is not even my last name. Some of my family members are elderly and they call and wake them up early in the morning. One man told a family member that he was a lawyer and they were going to serve her papers.
