I was approved by own up for a loan. They are the middleman for other lenders. I submitted all my documentation, got the quotes that i Qualify for, I sent them the purchase agreement so that I can get alone estimate, they're refusing to give me a loan estimate without me locking me In Is end submitting a payment. I told them that that's illegal And they are obligated to give me my loan estimate. I've given all my documentation, I already got the approval, and now they're Withholding the loan estimate from me unless I pay and lock it with them 1st.
