I, XXXX XXXX, social security ending XXXX, purchased a XXXX XXXX XXXX, 4 door XXXX with XXXX interior, Vin # XXXX, on XX/XX/XXXX from Owl Automotive Group. The financed it through Owl Auto Finance which is owned by the same man, XXXX XXXX.
On XX/XX/XXXX, the same vehicle as described above was repossessed by Owl Auto Finance. Approximately a week or two later, I was told that XXXX XXXX, who is manager of Owl Automotive Group and Owl Auto Finance, was jumping up and down bragging while smiling and laughing in the front office in front of customers and staff members saying " ha, ha, I just repossessed my old bosses ex-girlfriend, XXXX XXXX 's car. '' I was also told later that she was telling more people/several customers on different occasions that she repossessed XXXX XXXX 's vehicle!
I have since later heard this is a third party disclosure for companies that operate in this capacity. I am writing this complaint to you because I do not think this should happen to me or anyone else. I was very embarrassed and this is an extremely private matter. After receiving this complaint, I would please ask that you advise me on actions that I should take and you should take.
