On or around the XXXX of XXXX, I talked to a guy on the phone about applying for a home loan. XXXX XXXX, He seemed really nice and eager to help at first. once I started filling out my online loan application and he ran our credit it seemed as if he lost interest. I reached out to him on the XXXX of XXXX via email and text and didnt get a response so i decided to call. His conversation was a little different did'nt seem as enthusiastic as he did just a day or so before. He said that our credit needed some work. Mine was at a XXXX and my husbands was at a XXXX, he said my husbands needed to be a XXXX as well if we wanted to be elidgiable for the first time homeowner assistant grant. I explained to him that I had been told that most company 's want you to be at a XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX Told me for his particular complany we would both have to be at a XXXX. I told him that we had already taken the first time home buyers class and that our certificate would soon expire. He said we could just take it again and it's not that hard. A few days later I spoke with a realtor one that was not associated with XXXX XXXXXXXX I explained to him my issue and he said he could help me. The realtor told me that he also uses that particular company and that he could see if the lender he uses could pull my application. The lender was able to pull my application and He also told the realtor all we would need was a XXXX. He also said that since XXXX XXXX was the lead lender on my application he coud'nt switch me. I started to feel like maybe we were being discriminated against. I also felt like XXXX XXXX, was raising the bar for people of XXXX and trying to hender us from getting a loan with his financial institution, Espically after being told from someone else with the same company that we only needed a XXXX. On XX/XX/XXXX I was on XXXX and a few names and faces appeared as " people you may know '' I saw XXXX XXXX XXXXs name and I clicked on the picture. I soon realized it was the lender that I had talked to back in XXXX. He had a lot of information on his page about his financial instituation. Upon scrolling down the page I soon came to a picture that XXXX XXXX had posted about his grand college years. The first picture that stood out was a picture with a group of people and one had on XXXX face! I immediately felt sick to my stomache. That picture seemed to confirm my suspicions about us being discriminated against. XXXX XXXX, did'nt mind posting a XXXX picture on the same patform that he uses to promote the business that he works for. It would seem to me that someone that has been employed with a company for over 30 years would have work assosiates that were aware of this XXXX content, and would inform him that that kind of thing is hurtful and unacceptable not only to people of XXXX but to their company. That same day on XX/XX/21, I reached out to another lender from the company XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX I asked him about what XXXX score I would need to be approved for the first time homebuyers down payment assistance program, after doing a little research he told me possibly a XXXX but it could fluxuate depending on a few things. I then replied to him " so a person would not have to have a XXXX to qualify for your company overall and he said not necessarly. I then told XXXX XXXX, about my dealings with XXXX XXXX I told him that I felt as if I was being discriminated against and I also told him who I was talking about and I told him it would better for the company if Mr. XXXX, took down his post. Even athough the post has since been removed I have a screen shot of it. I knew I needed to reach out to someone concerning this matter outside of the company so this would'nt be swept under the rug. I have looked at other complaints from this company and it seems the main ones are from people of XXXX.

OVM Financial denying my access to the statement of my mortgage payment. I started a mortgage loan with OVM FInancial in XX/XX/XXXX. After making my first payment to OVM in XX/XX/XXXX, they sold my loan to XXXX XXXX XXXX. During this transition, OVM Financial failed to provide a final status of the loan, verification of receiving my payment and how my first payment was distributed. After reaching out to XXXX XXXX XXXX, they stated that OVM Financial also did not provide them with a record of this payment and that I would need to contact OVM Financial for this information. OVM Financial representative and CEO have deliberately denied my access to the statement of payment and it's distribution since the end of XX/XX/XXXX. I requested the financial statement reflecting how my first payment amount was dispersed and the loan transitioned to the new provider from OVM Financial mortgage loan originator XXXX XXXX on the last week of XX/XX/XXXX over the phone, followed by a written communication via email on XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX. At first XXXX asked to wait, then he advised me to contact my title company and eventually stopped replying. On XX/XX/XXXX I included OVMs CEO XXXX XXXX into the e-mail conversation. I wrote a complaint, explained the situation in detail and requested to receive the financial statement of my payment or a receipt of my XX/XX/XXXX mortgage payment and its distribution. At first, XXXX wrote he does not quite understand what I am requesting and asked to call him. At the end of our long phone conversation he said OVM does not provide any financial statements of payments. As a follow up to our phone conversation XXXX e-mailed a " first payment '' letter which gives an example of how the payment will be distributed, but the verification documenting and accounting for how my XXXX payment was applied was still missing. I replied immediately explaining again in detail what documentation I would like to receive, but he did not answer. The following day, XX/XX/XXXX with no response to my email, XXXX and XXXX began responding in a previous communication thread stating that everything was resolved. When I disagreed and recopied my follow-up email to XXXX sent on the XX/XX/XXXX, XXXX XXXX, OVMs CEO added clearly there is nothing more OVM can provide to you. Considering that this is OVM Financials CEOs position to this request, after I have clearly pointed out that OVM Financials inability or unwillingness to provide the requested documentation of my mortgage payment is a RESPA violation, I am now reaching out to Consumer Financial Protection Bureau to seek assistance in dealing with this matter.

Me and my husband were living in Arkansas at the time and trying to find a home in Virginia so we went on XXXX found a agent on there who showed us properties over XXXX. On XX/XX/2020 we found a house we liked and saw it over XXXX with our realtor who said the house was absolutely lovely and nothing was wrong with it. So we put an offer on the house {$170000.00} our offer got approved and we moved on to starting the contract that week. We came to Virginia XX/XX/2020 and saw the house XX/XX/2020 @ XXXX and it was not what we saw on XXXX. The vinyl outside the house is bowed out bad and the main floors inside are warped and have water damage and have sinking spots all in the main floor of house. The house has cracks all in the walls, kitchen cabinets have mold all in from water damage, upstairs has carpet but under carpet is ply wood in pieces that is soft and unstable in some spots. Front porch is leaning to the left side with a sage in the middle. They gave us the inspection report after we signed all the contracts so we never got to see what all they had done. They said they had bought everything and fixed it all but they didnt fix the floors or outside vinyl. Inspection states that there is rotted wood under main floor as to why it was sagging. We told our agent that we dont want this house bc of all the damage and false advertising of house and them saying they fixed everything and did not. Our agent didnt start the process for us to get out of contract till after XXXX even tho she could have started it that day when we told her no to the house. XX/XX/XXXX we signed the release form. We then got another email from our agent saying the seller will not sign the release form and has legal counsel and an attorney and wants her 3 % of the house for taking off the listing because she had 4 other offers she could have taken. So now we are trying to figure out what to do.

On XXXX XXXX I closed on a FHA loan originated by OVM Financial. However, I qualify for a VA Loan. XXXX XXXX completed the application and also XXXX XXXX. The response was very defensive and removed from ownership of the error. As a result I contacted XXXX XXXX of OVM and shared that the military question was incomplete on the app. Now it 's going into XXXX and still not resolved. I finally received an offer that takes me from my current loan balance of {$300000.00} to {$320000.00}. I 'm currently in a FHA with a life time MIP which is an additional {$210.00} for the life of the loan. I served my country and earned the privilege to utilize VA Loan. I 'm XXXX and in the home that I consider my final purchase. I even pulled from my retirement to put down {$12000.00}. I feel like I 'm getting the run around and seeking help.

In XXXX of XXXX, I contracted with a company to build a house. The builders required that their preferred lender, OVM Financial, is used for the loan. I sent XXXX XXXX at OVM Financial my tax returns for the last two years to get pre-approved for the loan. At some point, OVM sent all of my income information to the real estate agent for the builders, XXXX XXXX with XXXX XXXX XXXX. This was done without my consent or without even asking. XXXX XXXX then forwarded this information, details of how much money I made in the last two years, to the builders of the house. I need to file a complaint due to my personal financial information being passed around without my consent. The email and the attachment with my personal financial information that was sent from OVM Financial to XXXX XXXX are attached below.
