applied at XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX for residency only with the management company XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX pulled credit on XX/XX/XXXX. we gave her the application on XX/XX/XXXX and she pulled my moms and mine XX/XX/XXXX. she did not tell us we were denied until 22 business days after we applied. XXXX XXXX was extremely unprofessional and delayed the purchase of the mobile home XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX, ca XXXX my mom made 3 times the rent, had excellent credit and have lived in a rv in the park for 1 year. we had to fix everthing that was not ours in backgrounds and without our knowledge XXXX XXXX pulled our credit XX/XX/XXXX. she waited 18 business days to let us know we could be residents. we did not authorize her to pull our credit the 2nd time and she did not even tell us we were having it pulled. XX/XX/XXXX i left XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX because of substandard unhealthy conditions where my rv was parked at XXXX XXXX. my mom and i appled for residency at XXXX XXXX in XXXX where we were accepted then 2 days later denied. my mom spoke with XXXX on the phone and the phone was on 3 way so i witnessed what XXXX said. she said she spoke withy XXXX XXXX of XXXX and she told him i was banned by XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX blacklisting is against the law and XXXX blacklisted my mom and myself. i am XXXX XXXX with a XXXX XXXX XXXX injury and my mom has XXXX XXXX.
