YOUR COMPLAINT On XX/XX/23, my wife and I signed up for Orchard 's Move First mortgage program to move to North Carolina and sell our house simultaneously. We had our appointment on XX/XX/23 and met with an advisor over XXXX. Her name was XXXX XXXX, and we were finalizing all the info. And I shared my desktop to show my wife, who wasn't home, what our viewpoint looks like. In doing so, an NSFW picture got shared instead, and no one noticed, so we moved on. After XXXX minutes, we signed our agreements for a Guaranteed cash offer of XXXX and an exclusive sales agreement. During that week, we had appointments set up for our Real Estate Agent and team to start the process ; on XX/XX/23, Somebody canceled our meetings, and we were waiting for someone to take our calls. We got an email from SVP XXXX XXXX saying they wanted something other than our business. I called XXXX to find out why, and he told me it was because of the shared picture we didn't know about. He broke some internal policy, and he can't service us. End of story, he even admitted it was a mistake and had happened, including it not being a big deal. I told him we already signed an agreement, and he didn't care, illuding to my character not being exemplary. Even though it sounds like what his report says was blown out of proportion. They are forcing us to cancel our contract even though they violated the terms they had set forth, offending someone not listed in the agreement. And they refuse to negate the exclusive seller agreement

I have been trying to sign off my refinance loan started with Loan Monkey. Signed final closing disclosure on XX/XX/XXXX with final close date to be today XX/XX/XXXX. Reached out to the title company myself several times and they still have not received closing documents from Loan Monkey. Reached out to Loan Monkey several times wanting update on my loan and why it is taking to long for docs to be transferred to title company. Getting run around. My loan expiration date is XX/XX/XXXX at this point do not think this is going to happen.
I will need to start loan process all over again with another lender this may cost me points and additional appraisal fees.
